Here you also need to take into account what exactly the user means by the word “Internet” - mobile Internet or Wi-Fi. Since both of these options are configured differently and have different ways of working. First, make sure that you see the mobile network connection icon on your desktop in the upper right corner. If you see a cross from above, do not be alarmed - this means that the mobile Internet is simply turned off.
