"Super MTS"
— a unique tariff plan from the MTS operator without a subscription fee, but with a package of minutes. The package, however, is modest - only 20 minutes for city numbers and MTS numbers in your home region, but the subscription fee is 0 rubles per month.
The tariff plan is not entirely simple in terms of parameters, so you should thoroughly understand it before connecting. Let's look at the tariff parameters using the example of Moscow and the region...
Package of minutes
. The Super MTS tariff provides 20 free minutes per day to city numbers and MTS numbers in your home region. This is quite decent - about 600 minutes per month. If you use up this daily limit, you will have to pay 1.5 rubles per minute when calling to MTS numbers in your home region, and 2.5 rubles per minute to landline numbers.
“Call for free to MTS Russia 100”
. This is the name of the paid option, which can significantly expand the package of minutes on the Super MTS tariff plan. By connecting it, you will receive as many as 100 minutes of calls to city numbers and MTS numbers in your home region instead of 20 minutes! And as a bonus, you will receive 100 minutes of outgoing calls to MTS numbers in other regions. The subscription fee for this attractive service is 3.5 rubles per day (about 100 rubles per month). The “Super MTS” tariff is intended mainly for calls within the MTS network, so there are no Internet and SMS packages. Outgoing SMS – 2 rubles to numbers in your home region and 3.8 rubles to numbers in other regions. One megabyte of mobile traffic will cost 9.9 rubles. You can, of course, connect additional options, for example, “Package 100 SMS” for 120 rubles per month and “BIT” - 75 MB per day for 200 rubles per month. But at the same time, all the charm of “free” is lost and it is already more profitable to connect to a tariff plan with a subscription fee, for example, Smart Mini.

Mobile operator MTS is increasing the cost of using the Super MTS tariff. The changes will affect archived versions of the Super MTS tariff. The tariff will increase in price from August 13, 2019.
MTS is changing the terms of tariffs for the Super MTS . We counted nine varieties of such tafifs: “Super MTS 042014”, “Super MTS 122014”, “Super MTS 092014”, “Super MTS. Region 072014", "Super MTS. Region 072015", "Super MTS 0513", "Super MTS 2013", "Super MTS", "Super MTS 082013".
Let's look at the changes using the example of the tariffs “Super MTS 042014 ” (closed for connection and transition from 09/01/2014) and “Super MTS 122014”.
When calling a local MTS number and all landline phones in Moscow and the Moscow region, the cost of 1 minute of conversation will be 95 kopecks. Then from the 2nd to the 15th minute the conversation will be free. And from the 16th minute of the same conversation - 95 kopecks per minute.
The cost of calls to MTS to other regions of Russia will be 5.50 rubles/min.
The daily fee for the “Call for free to MTS Russia 100” option will be 4.50 rubles.
The daily fee for the “Call for free to MTS Russia 100 (022015)” option will be 4 rubles.
Before the increase in price on the Super MTS tariff without connecting the “Call for free to MTS Russia 100” option, the operator provided 20 minutes per day to mobile phones in Moscow and the Moscow region and landline phones of MTS Moscow. These are the conditions for subscribers from Moscow and the Moscow region; in other regions, tariff parameters may differ.
Description of the tariff and its prices for services

Calls 0 rubles per minute to MTS in your region From August 13, 2021, for a call lasting 20 minutes, the subscriber will pay 5 rubles 70 kopecks (6 x 0.95 rubles) If you call once for 20 minutes every day, then for a month (30 calendar days) expenses will be 171 rubles.
Costs will increase even more if you made 20 short calls per day, within 1 minute (59 seconds) each. Now each such short call will cost 95 kopecks. 20 calls per day to MTS numbers in your home region will cost 19 rubles. And in a month, expenses will increase to 570 rubles.
Last changes
Previously, the offer included an hour of calls in your region. But not so long ago the tariff was “blown away” to 30 limited minutes.
Typically, archived tariffs do not release updates and new extensions, because for a company, archiving an offer is the first stage towards its elimination. Only a large number of subscribers who use the services can slow down the process of this freezing.
Cost of calls to other regions
The cost of calls to MTS mobile phones in other regions will rise to 5.50 rubles. in a minute. Before the price increase, the cost of such calls was 5 rubles. in a minute.
Calls to numbers of other operators (Beeline, Megafon, Tele2) in regions other than home will cost 14 rubles per minute. As a result, a 10-minute call to a friend from Irkutsk to a MegaFon Irkutsk number will cost you 140 rubles. In fact, this cost of tariffs for calls to other regions is prohibitive. But in the MTS store, when buying a SIM card, of course, they won’t tell you about this.
Deactivation
Customers do not have the option to turn off their current billing plan. The subscriber must have certain terms of service in order to use mobile communications services.
But the client can change the program to one of the tariffs open for transition. To do this you will need:
- Review current plans from MTS.

- Switch to the selected program using one of the available methods.
- Afterwards, the old tariff will be automatically disabled.
