How to check subscriptions on MTS: step-by-step instructions

Hello everyone, I just want to remind everyone how subscriptions with a red operator are disabled, because the other day I was doing just that.

Oddly enough, it was Megafon that motivated me to do this. It released subscription-protected tariffs. It's funny how they carefully pretended that they had nothing to do with it! As if no one knows for whom and why these subscriptions are initially made...

Well, that's not the point. In general, it is given: MTS, any tariff, does not matter.

1. Download the free My MTS (App Store or Google Play)

2. Log in or register using your phone number. If you forgot your password, don’t worry, they will send you a new one via SMS

3. Find the Services section on the main page, click

4. Expand the list of paid and free services and disable everything you don’t like

There's just one problem. Some subscriptions may not be displayed in the application's personal account. This rarely happens, but it is accurate. Therefore, if you didn’t find what you were looking for on the list, we continue...

5. Open the website mts.ru, click on the Personal Account button in the corner, then Mobile Communications.

6. Log in to your personal account using your phone number and password. If you forgot, you can restore it there

7. On the page that opens, select Services on the left. Then do the same, open the drop-down lists and disable what you want

Finally, if you've done all this, but they keep charging you money for some kind of subscription, it's time to move on to the big guns.

8. Open the My MTS , select the More section (lower left corner)

9. Click on Support, then Chat. In the barely noticeable field at the bottom, enter a message about the problem: I want to disable subscriptions. A bot will start answering you, ask the person in direct text.

10. If you talked to an employee via chat and he didn’t help you, call the hotline :

▫ 0890 (free when calling from MTS Russia) ▫ (free from any phone in Russia) ▫ +7 (495) 7666-0166 (free when calling from roaming)

If they didn’t tell you anything useful there either, then put on your mask and gloves and go to the nearest MTS salon . You can find the addresses here.

Subscriptions are evil! I have everything, thank you.
