Any operator tries to attract more customers. Some archival offers still remain popular. MTS: “Super First” tariff is one of them. This plan was released in 2007. It was intended for those people who are used to talking on a mobile phone for quite a long time. The opportunity not to limit oneself in communication was manifested in the cost of outgoing calls, which varied depending on the duration of the conversation.

The MTS “Super First” tariff did not require a subscription fee, which largely captivated the company’s regular customers and encouraged them to connect to the new program. Switching from one plan to another was free for first-time users. Subscribers who repeatedly changed their tariff had to pay 34 RUR. The transition procedure was carried out in different ways:

• from your personal account on the MTS website;
• via SMS command;
• through the company's Contact Center by calling the toll-free line;
• by contacting any MTS office.

Today, the “Super First” tariff has been replaced by more modern offers. But among the operator’s clients there are people who remain faithful to this plan due to flexible conditions.

The creators of the “Super First” mobile plan focused on lovers of intimate conversations on the phone.

MTS created favorable conditions for long-term communication, which ultimately brought great profits to the telecom operator. Using the tariff plan, the owner could feel its benefits only after 3 minutes of conversation. From this moment on, payment for communication services was minimal.

Basic conditions of the “Super First” program:

1. No subscription fee.
2. Incoming calls are free.
3. The first minute of conversation with subscribers of any operators within the home region costs 6 rubles. 50 kopecks
4. The second minute is paid at a rate of 3 rubles. 90 kopecks

At first glance, the offer looks like a very profitable one. However, there are several hidden requirements.

Who is the tariff suitable for?

“SuperCITY” is a new tariff offer that was released in November last year. As part of it, cellular communications and mobile Internet services are offered to residents of the capital region - Moscow and the region.

This is a universal tariff with a standard volume of services provided. It is suitable for those who:

• communicates mainly via instant messengers and uses SMS little;
• calls mainly Beeline subscribers;
• moderately surfs social networks;
• Doesn't actively watch videos or listen to audio.

If a person is used to watching movies or a large number of videos on hosting sites through his gadget, the volume of traffic offered within the tariff will most likely not be enough for him. The “SuperCITY” tariff plan is the optimal combination of minutes and Internet packages. It is more suitable for people who use the gadget moderately, mainly for business purposes and are only occasionally distracted by watching videos and searching for information on the Internet.

The “Super First” tariff has several nuances that the company did not mention in the advertisement. The point is that a preferential price of 15 kopecks is provided to the client only from 3 to 10 minutes of conversation. Then the tariff of 1 RUR for every 60 seconds begins to apply.

In the conditions for the provision of communication services under this program, there is a rule that the indicated cost is valid only if certain requirements are met. Firstly, the subscriber must connect . It is provided free of charge. The client's account must have at least 75 rubles, otherwise preferential tariffs will not be provided.

Today, MTS customers can choose a suitable plan; the company is constantly updating offers. For owners of the “Super First” tariff, the conditions remain the same.

Tariff “First” from MTS

After the closure of the “Super First” tariff plan, MTS launched a new tariff plan with profitable calls in the home region. The subscriber also received a reduced rate taking into account the duration of the call. At the same time, the conditions applied to all mobile operators.

The "First" upgrade was released in 2021. At the moment, the plan is also archived and it is impossible to switch or connect.

Active subscribers could use communication services without a monthly subscription fee. But if no calls were made in 90 days, no SMS or MMS messages were sent, no payment was made for mailings or options, a daily subscription fee was set. It was automatically debited from the SIM card balance, 3 rubles every day.

Calls within the connection area, to other countries and cities

For the first minute of conversation, users paid 6 rubles and 60 kopecks, and already from the second minute the prices began to decline. The second minute of dialogue cost subscribers only 3 rubles.

Calls to other cities to users who connected to MTS cost 5 rubles per minute. But if you made a call to a subscriber of another mobile operator, you had to pay more - 21 rubles. and 40 kopecks. in 60 seconds.

Calls abroad were also activated using the “International access” or “Easy roaming and international access” options. A call to the CIS cost 35 rubles, to Europe – 51 rubles. and 40 kopecks, to other countries - 70 rubles.
