  • Every month the subscriber is given a package of 10 GB of high-speed Internet access.

For written communication, the tariff provides 500 free messages that can be addressed to subscribers anywhere in Russia. The price for 1 SMS over the package to local numbers will be 1.95 rubles/piece, outside the home – 2.50 rubles/piece. The cost of MMS is 6.50 rubles/piece. Sending a message to subscribers located abroad of Russia is estimated at 5.50 rubles/piece.

For the entire billing month, the subscriber is given 10 GB of traffic for any services. For users of the “Super Black” tariff from Tele2 who connected in Moscow and the Moscow region, using the Zvooq and Tele2 TV applications is possible without wasting the main traffic.

If the entire volume is exhausted, then 500 MB of additional Tele2 traffic worth 50 rubles per connection will be automatically activated for you. Activation of auxiliary megabytes will occur before updating the main package. If you do not need automatic addition, you can disable the service at any time. In this case, after using up the main traffic, Internet access will be blocked until the package is updated.

For trips within the country, users of the “Super Black” tariff have preferential conditions. All calls, messages and mobile data are consumed from the provided packages.

What happens after the service packages are used up?

After the volume of services provided for the month has been used up, the tariffs will become as follows:

  • One minute of communication with all local numbers will cost subscribers 1.50 rubles.
  • Calling a Tele2 consumer from another region will be completely free.
  • Sending SMS in “your” area will cost 1.5 rubles per notification.
  • Sending one SMS to other regions will cost the user 2.5 rubles.
  • SMS to other directions – 5 rubles per notification.
  • One MMS message to all directions is charged at 6.5 rubles.

Calls to other cities of the Russian Federation and other countries will be paid in the following way:

  • Calls to other cities in the country will cost users 9 rubles per minute.
  • Conversations with CIS countries - every minute will cost 30 rubles.
  • Conversations with European countries, America and Canada - you will have to pay 49 rubles for every minute.
  • Calls to all other directions will be charged at 69 rubles for each minute of communication.


The balance of the package of minutes provided for the month can be checked using the USSD service command - you need to dial *155*0#, and then make a call. You can also find out the remaining number of unpaid minutes from a Tele2 call center specialist - you need to call the special number 611.

Other conditions

Tele2 “Super Black” already includes a number of free services:

  • Trips around Russia;
  • Roaming abroad;
  • Voice mail;
  • USSD;
  • Transfer of residues, etc.

Traffic is calculated according to the general rule and rounded up to the nearest 150 KB.

You will be charged when you upgrade to Super Black and then every 30 days as long as you have enough money in your account. If there are insufficient funds when debiting, the normal conditions are suspended. Basic rates apply.

Failure to use a SIM card for more than four months will result in the remaining amount on it being written off and the number being blocked. After 120 days of inactive mode, 3 rubles per day are withdrawn until the account is reset. And after only six months of a zero or negative account, the contract with the company is considered terminated, and at the initiative of the subscriber.

  • To request a connection to the consumer support service, you need to dial the service number 630. When communicating with a consultant, you must submit an application to activate the tariff. After identifying the subscriber, the tariff plan will be changed to the ordered one.
  • To resort to the USSD command - the user needs to dial the combination *630*2#, and then send a call. In just a couple of minutes you will receive a notification on your cell phone that your tariff plan has been activated.
  • Register on the Tele2 website and log into your account in the “Personal Account”. In it you can manage any options and services, as well as activate or deactivate tariff plans. To do this, you need to open the “Change tariffs” section, select the one you need and confirm activation.

How to disable

When we talk about how to disable Super Black Tele2 on Tele2, we do not mean disabling the tariff in the literal sense (this is technically impossible), but switching to another product from those that are currently available for connection. It's very easy to do:

  • Directly from your phone, through the mobile application. We launch the program, open the menu, then the “Tariffs and Services” section and select the appropriate item there.
  • From your personal account at the office. Tele2 website. The required section is located under the menu button, in the “Mobile communications” column.

Please note: you will no longer be able to reconnect the Super Black tariff to Tele2, because, as we mentioned above, it is in the archive and is not available for activation.
