- The monthly subscription fee depends on the region. For Moscow and the Moscow region it is 399 rubles. But in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region you can connect to the new tariff for only 250 rubles.
- The subscription fee includes free calls throughout the Russian Federation. The tariff plan for Moscow and the region includes 500 free minutes. For users from the Leningrad region, Tele2 provides 300 free minutes to all phones in Russia.
- In addition to free calls, the subscription fee includes free SMS messages to all numbers of Russian operators. The number of SMS depends on the region. It is important to know! If a subscriber activates this service package for the first time, no connection fee is charged. Subsequent transitions will be paid at 99 tenge for each transition.

- Call the operator. Call short number 423 and follow the system prompts.

Information about transferring balances
One of the features of this plan is the ability to carry over balances that you have not used to the next month. But there are certain transfer rules that you should definitely be aware of.
Unused packages can only be transferred to the next calendar month in advance. If you do not use these options next month, they will simply burn out. Let's give an example. You used the tariff for a whole month in October, but you still have a few gigabytes of traffic and SMS left. After the subscription fee is charged, the remaining service packages will be added to those charged for the new month. As a result, instead of 15 GB, the subscriber receives more, also via SMS. Thus, carrying forward balances is only possible one month in advance. We didn’t have time to spend even this period - everything would burn.
If you reconnect your tariff early, the remaining packages will be credited for the next month. But here, too, the conditions of the previous paragraph are met.
If the subscriber does not have enough funds to charge the subscription fee for the next month, all unused options will be deactivated. The same situation occurs when switching to another tariff. All bonuses will expire.
Running out of internet traffic? There are several ways to restore it:
- Reconnect the tariff and pay 1590 tenge again;
- Use a separate option and connect an Internet package from ready-made options with different terms and volumes (day, week, month, year);
- Pay 3 tenge for each megabyte of Internet.
Activation methods
Since the Tele2 Super Plus tariff is archived, it cannot be connected. It has been closed for activation since November 2015. According to clause 2.2.10. Public agreement on the provision of cellular communication services
The Subscriber does not use the provided Subscriber Number to organize and conduct lotteries, voting, quizzes, advertising and other events that lead to violation of the rights of third parties, the performance of equipment and communication devices. The Subscriber does not have the right, without the written consent of the Operator, to use gateways special technical devices/tools/programs to provide access to communication services provided by other communication operators (including fixed-line communications) and Internet/IP telephony.
If violations of the terms of the Public Agreement are detected by subscribers of this tariff plan, the operator has the right to transfer these subscribers to another tariff plan.
