Another reason is the USB port. Make sure it's working. Due to lack of power, the modem may simply not be readable. In this case:

Setting up on a tablet

Let's figure out how to connect Yota Internet on Android. It was not by chance that we chose this operating system: the lion’s share of mobile devices on the Russian market runs on it. So, if a device refuses to connect to the network, the first thing to do is make sure that you are using the correct device.

If there are no contradictions, then the device simply does not have the configurations necessary to access the network. You can set these values yourself, spending just a few minutes on the procedure.

You need to act according to this scheme:

Open the system menu, section “SETTINGS”.
We find the additional settings item, which is usually labeled “MORE”.
Select the “MOBILE NETWORKS” subsection.

Software and hardware problems
