  • or “beggar” - an indirect request to call or transfer money to your mobile phone account so that you can make the call yourself. To initiate a request, you must use the following USSD request: *123*subscriber number in eleven-digit format, that is, starting with number 8#call key. Example: *123*81234567891# . The subscriber will receive an SMS with the following content: “Please top up my account.” Your phone number will be listed as the sender. The person receiving this text message may decide to call you back to clarify the reason for the request, top up your phone account, or do nothing.
