In essence, “Netariff” is a constructor tariff. The user decides how many minutes, gigabytes and SMS to connect for a month and selects additional services - from various unlimited services to entertainment subscriptions.

Netariff's settings are very flexible: traffic is regulated per gigabyte, and the call package is regulated per minute. This means that you can put together a tariff with, for example, 438 minutes and 17 gigabytes.

If the package of calls on the MTS “Netariff” tariff runs out, then the cost of a minute of conversation will be 1.75 rubles. The cost is the same for calls to all numbers in your home region and beyond.

Additional Internet will cost 160 rubles per 1 gigabyte. The service is activated without user intervention as soon as the traffic in the main Internet package ends.

If the SMS package runs out, the cost of one message within Russia will be 3.50 rubles. SMS to other countries are charged at 8.50 rubles per piece.

The maximum Internet package on Netariff includes 30 gigs. If this is not enough, then you can connect unlimited traffic to any web resources - for only 87 rubles per month. Agree, it’s not that expensive to use mobile Internet without restrictions. So what's the catch?

As long as you are in your region, there are no catches. You really use unlimited Internet on the MTS network without conditions and restrictions.

But when traveling around the country, users have access to only 30 GB of Internet at the maximum. Then the operator limits the speed to 128 kbit per second. Therefore, unlimited traffic outside the home region becomes a formality, since comfortable Internet surfing at such a speed is impossible.
