Subscribers who decide to refuse the Internet in this tariff plan should abandon the idea, as it does not make sense. There is no way to deactivate some of the available packages or completely disable the Internet.
Those people who want to disable billing or unused options should not waste their time. It is almost impossible to do this. At the same time, people who are dissatisfied with the services provided and current prices may well:
- Completely change your SIM card tariff plan.
- Change your mobile operator by terminating your contract with them by writing a corresponding application.
- Block the SIM card for a while.
Important! Any of the proposed options will allow the operator to refuse its inconvenient tariffs, terms of payment for services and the provision of unnecessary options.

The tariff has a fixed fee.
- In the first month, all new subscribers pay for the service on a daily basis. The daily fee is 10 rubles.
- In subsequent months, the subscription fee becomes monthly - you will have to pay 550 rubles per month.
Above this amount, additional communication service packages are paid. MTS clients can switch to a tariff for free; subscribers of other operators who want to keep their previous number must pay 100 rubles for this opportunity.

- If you create a group for the “Unified Internet” option, then only 10 GB of traffic will be available to everyone.
- There is no way to disable the Internet option in the package. If you don’t like the tariff, you’ll have to change it. MTS did not provide any other options.

Traffic volumes, minutes and SMS

- A package that includes 10 GB of Internet traffic for a month.
- A package consisting of 350 minutes of calls to any Russian numbers.

It should be noted that the service for unlimited calls to MTS Russia starts working only if the entire 350-minute package has been used up. In other words, when making calls to MTS Russia, you also spend your primary package of minutes from your phone.
This tariff for MTS will allow you to use the Internet while moving throughout Russia, regardless of the region where you connect to the tariff plan.
After the user has used up the main limit, he can take advantage of additional packages of 1 GB each, which will be provided to him automatically. Additional Internet packages are provided on “Unlimited” no more than 15 times a month, that is, the tariff plan implies only 15 additional GB.
Then the subscriber will have the opportunity to use the “Turbo Button” service. You can manage the connection and disconnection of additional traffic packages yourself. The “Turbo Button” option is also available for use if the main package has expired, and the user has disabled the connection of additional packages independently.
The rest of the traffic on MTS, minutes and SMS that were not used in the current month will be transferred to the next one. Using the “Smart Unlimited” tariff on a phone will cost the subscriber 10 rubles per day during the first month after connection. From the second month onwards, the subscriber will pay a price for using the tariff plan depending on the region of connection.
In Moscow and the Moscow region, using the tariff will cost 550 rubles per month. In St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, the subscription fee will be 400 rubles per month, and in almost all other regions of the country the tariff will cost 350 rubles per month.
How much do all other main types of communication cost on this tariff? The cost of other services provided by the operator is as follows:
- Subscribers of other mobile operators and landline phones in Moscow and the Moscow region (over 350 minutes per month) - 2 rubles per 1 minute.
- Other Russian operators (over 350 minutes per month) – 5 rubles per 1 minute.
- Outgoing SMS to subscribers of MTS and other mobile operators in Moscow and the Moscow region (over 350 SMS per month) - 2 rubles per message.
- Outgoing SMS to subscribers of MTS and other mobile operators in Russia - 3 rubles 80 kopecks per message.
- Outgoing SMS around the world - 8 rubles per 1 message.
- All outgoing MMS – 9 rubles 90 kopecks per 1 message.
- Calls to all CIS operators - 35 rubles per 1 minute, to European operators - 49 rubles per 1 minute, to all other countries - 70 rubles per 1 minute of conversation.
From the second month of using the tariff, payment for it is charged once a month. If there are not enough funds on the balance, the number is blocked by the operator until the account is replenished with an amount corresponding to the monthly debit.
Additional Internet traffic packages of 1 GB each, but no more than 15 packages per month will cost the user 150 rubles each.
Roaming within the Russian Federation in the MTS network does not require separate costs for mobile Internet use. But when using a tariff plan outside the home region, the operator charges a fee of 15 rubles per day “for expanding the coverage area of the tariff packages.” Payment is debited from your account the first time you use any communication services on your mobile phone.
Fare restrictions
