Tariff “Smart Unlimited” from MTS – description, connection, cost

The telecom operator MTS offers a large number of different packages. Almost all modern offer options imply a certain amount of Internet traffic, messages and minutes, which are provided for a fixed weekly or monthly payment. After the services provided are exhausted, the subscriber can continue to use them for an additional fee, which is why it is so important to know about ways to find out the remaining minutes on MTS.

  • How to control withdrawals
  • The first package of minutes is provided immediately when connecting to a tariff or changing it. Further, all services provided will be charged from this moment. In the event that the connection occurred on the 31st, and some months do not have it, then the update will occur from the last day of the month.

    Under the terms of some tariff plans, all unused minutes are reset to zero at the beginning of a new month, while others are summed up and transferred to the next period.

    In the presented tariff plans, minutes are not canceled, but transferred to the next period to a new package:

    • "Ultra";
    • "Smart";
    • "Smart Top";
    • "Smart Unlimited";
    • "Smart Plus".

    Based on the current terms of the tariff plan, the remaining minutes may be transferred to the next period of service provision (week/month) and added to the updated limit. Moreover, only the volume of minutes that is provided for this period within the tariff is preserved.

    Important! When changing the tariff plan, all packages that have not been used will be reset. Therefore, it will be beneficial to exhaust them to zero, and only then perform the transition.

    Checking package balances via USSD code

    A special short code allows you to quickly perform the necessary manipulation with the tariff, from changing the tariff plan and connecting/disabling services, ending with checking the remaining minutes, Internet traffic or messages. The code is entered in the dialing mode on the smartphone, then the call button is pressed and the command is sent to the mobile operator. You can check the remaining minutes on your MTS tariff plan in this way quickly and free of charge.

    USSD combination to view the remaining minutes and messages in the package: *100*1#. After sending the combination, you need to wait until a message arrives on your phone. Usually the wait is no more than one minute. The SMS contains information about the number of minutes and messages on your tariff plan. The command: *100*2# is also suitable for this purpose.

    This method has no limits, which means that you can perform checks using the above combinations as many times as you like, and the operator is not charged for the service provided.

    Additional options

    If the Internet traffic limit provided within the tariff is coming to an end, use special Internet options.

    Option "Internet-Mini"

    The client receives 7 GB of traffic for 30 days. Once the limit is reached, an additional 500 MB is provided. The cost of one additional package is 75 rubles. Packages are added automatically one after another as the traffic is exhausted, but there is also a limitation: no more than 7500 MB can be provided over the course of a month. If you have used up the main limit and all available packages, Internet access is suspended until the main package is renewed. In this case, it is recommended to activate one of the “Turbo buttons”.

    Option "Internet-Maxi"

    The offer includes 15 GB during the day and unlimited at night. Additional packages of 1 GB are available for 150 rubles. The terms of provision are similar to those described above.

    Internet VIP option

    For a monthly fee, the customer can use 30 GB during the day and unlimited at night. Additional package – 3 GB costing 350 rubles. The terms of provision are similar to the options described above.

    Checking package balances through your Personal Account

    To use this method, you must have a computer or laptop at hand, as well as access to the global network. Open your browser and go to the official MTS website. In the upper right corner there is a link “Personal Account”, click on it and select the “Mobile Communications” section in the pop-up window. Enter your phone number as your login and password. If you do not have a password, request a temporary access code to your Personal Account by clicking on the “Receive password via SMS” link.

    When you log into your Personal Account, find the “Internet Assistant” section and go to it. Then select “Invoice and Payment” and click on the “Account Status” subsection. The screen will display information about the number of minutes, CMC and traffic on the tariff, and the balance on the balance will be indicated at the top.

    This method is free and allows you to find out the remaining traffic, messages and minutes on an MTS SIM card without restrictions on the number of checks.

    Checking package balances through the mobile application

    If you don’t have a computer or laptop at hand, but have a mobile phone, then it is more convenient to use not your Personal Account, but the “My MTS” application, which can be downloaded from the Google Play/App Store, depending on the phone model.

    After installing the application, log in by indicating your phone number and entering a password (the password from your Personal Account is suitable). If you do not have a password, the application also allows you to request a one-time code via SMS. You can check the remaining minutes in the My MTS application by following the same path as in your Personal Account. Thanks to the simple and convenient interface of the application, the user can easily find any information and perform the necessary manipulations with the tariff plan.

    For residents of Ukraine

    There is a convenient Internet assistant for subscribers of the MTS network in Ukraine. In the “Account” section, you must select the “Account Status” item, there is a sub-item “Balance of unused service packages”.

    Ukrainian users are also provided with a convenient USSD command * 101 * 103 #, which will allow them to obtain data on the remaining traffic.

    In order to communicate with a company employee and ask him your question, you can use the service number for subscribers 0890.

You can also activate the mobile assistant via SMS by sending the text “1” (without quotes) to number 111. To find out the remaining minutes on your SIM card, send the number “2” to the same number.

    This method allows you to get any information on your tariff, as well as find out the remaining minutes on such popular MTS tariff plans as “Smart”, “Unlimited”, “X” (“Hype”), “Ultra”, “Super MTS” and so on Further.

    SMS notification

    For tariff services Bit, SuperBit, Unlimited, Unlimited-Mini and others that include Internet access in the service package, an SMS information service is available. When the quota is reached, the user receives an SMS indicating that the time and megabyte limit have been exhausted.

    For example, the Smart Mini package has a network access quota limited to 1 GB. The user also has a choice between a city and federal number, unlimited calls within the home region and 250 SMS.     Checking package balances in the Call Center

This method is less convenient compared, for example, to requesting information via a USSD combination, as it requires time. However, in the salon you can get answers to any of your questions, ask employees to activate the services you need or, conversely, deactivate unnecessary options, change the tariff, top up your balance, configure the operation of some options, and much more.

    Office visit

    An alternative option is to visit the office in person. It is relevant if you do not have access to the Internet on your PC and you do not know the combinations for checking your account using hot combinations or a voice assistant. To sell products and provide assistance, showrooms and service offices are open in almost all cities, staffed by trained employees. To check the number of minutes or get other information on MTS services, take the following steps:
