Everything is improving and progressing. However, as before, it is very difficult to get through to the Vodafone operator.
Network subscribers have many important questions. And if previously they could independently register in the “Personal Account” and track the entire process, now it becomes impossible to control their account and other moments by logging into the “Personal Account”.

Vodafone (Ukraine) there is no login to the “Personal Account”: what to do?
If you go to the official Vodafone website today, you will find the sections “Tariffs”, “Abroad”, “Go to Vodafone”, “Joice”. Below are the headings “Top up account”, “Internet”, “Money to order”, “Vodafone Bonus”, “Online store”, “Send SMS”. But the “Personal Account”, as well as the “Internet Assistant” are not available on the site.
Don't bother and don't waste your time, you really won't find them here. And they are no longer at the personal address of the old MTS operator either. Vodafone has stopped providing these services. And he suggests moving with the times.
Free mobile independence through the My Vodafone application is the ability to choose and switch to a different tariff at will, disable/connect a certain service, replace bonuses with gifts, etc.
It turns out that registering with Vodafone to check your account is quite possible. But only through a free application. However, today not everyone has fancy smartphones. And what should those users who have a regular push-button mobile phone do?

Vodafone: how are calls detailed?
You can call the operator or go to the nearest operator center. However, the waiting time for calls via the hotline is quite long. And contacting the center sometimes causes inconvenience in your personal schedule.
Previously, Vodafone offered to use the Internet Assistant self-service system in this case. But in this matter the line was toll. And to find out the details of calls it was necessary to pay 10 UAH.
To receive a special report, you must be a registered user in the system. The procedure for ordering call details took several minutes. It was necessary to enter the “Personal Account”. Click on the “Statistics” section, then select “Generate details”. And click on the required period of time.
After this, the system offered a choice of how to receive details: by email or through the My Vodafone system. Residents of Kharkov, Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine chose call details in this way. It was enough to complete the order by clicking on the “order” window. And wait to receive the report via email or in “My Vodafone”.
What about today? After all, we already know that it is no longer possible to enter the “Personal Account”, since the “Internet Assistant” does not function. It is our duty to inform you that the free mobile application “My Vodafone” allows you to view the details of expenses, top up your SIM card without commission, manage services online, select and change tariffs.
Tariff Smartphone Standard - the only one for Donetsk and Lugansk regions
By 2021, the mobile operator suspended service to subscribers in the ATO zone, transferring work to offline mode. That is why it was decided to transfer all residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions who are Vodafone Ukraine clients to the “Smartphone Standard” tariff. The news outraged many, and the reason for this reaction was the unfavorable conditions under which the above-mentioned tariff operates.
The terms of use of the “Smartphone Standard” tariff from Vodafone Ukraine imply that the subscriber must pay three hryvnia to the operator every day for the provision of communication services. This means that the monthly subscription fee is ninety hryvnia, for which a client of Vodafone Ukraine, connected to the “Smartphone Standard” tariff, receives unlimited calls within its network, as well as 50 megabytes of traffic. Every next 50 megabytes for Internet use will cost five hryvnia.
Subscribers connected to the “Smartphone Standard” package from Vodafone Ukraine in the DPR and LPR are not given free time to call clients of other Ukrainian companies, so a minute of such communication will cost one and a half hryvnia. The price of one message on the tariff is hryvnia. The client is given ten free minutes for calls abroad.
Not long ago it was said that Vodafone Ukraine is preparing to announce new tariffs for the Lugansk and Donetsk regions, but such information has not been confirmed, and it is not possible to obtain any response from technical support. We can only say that many clients of the Vodafone Ukraine operator want greater comfort and expanded opportunities for using communications and mobile Internet, and the only tariff for Donetsk and Lugansk for 2021 remains the “Standard Smartphone” from the Vodafone Ukraine operator.
“My Vodafone”: what are the pros and cons?
My Vodafone has much fewer disadvantages than advantages:
- Unknown period of communication with the operator.
- Unknown result of number of megabytes remaining.
Pros of My Vodafone:
- Ability to check the number of remaining free minutes for numbers of other operators.
- Effectiveness of management of current tariffs.
- Successful tracking of used Internet traffic.
- Activity of coordinating the number of free SMS messages.
- Ability to control several numbers simultaneously.
- The “question-answer” resource allows you to find out points of interest.
- The effectiveness of communication with the operator via chat or call.
- The activity of the functionality for checking possible services with their further activation.
Of course, it is not necessary to download and install the My Vodafone software. It's quite possible to do without it. But if you use it, you will begin to understand many issues much better on your own.
Among the advantages of the application, it is worth noting a convenient menu and functional design. Thanks to the Android application, you can learn about promotions and become a participant in them.
Control your account, remaining minutes, SMS, manage services online yourself. By downloading “My Vodafone”, you will greatly simplify your mobile life, your children and older relatives.

The mobile operator Vodafone (MTS) Ukraine offers customers the “Personal Account” function - a free self-service system through which you can independently manage services and subscriptions. To use the account you need to register in the system.
You can access Vodafone Ukraine's personal assistant through a mobile application, available on IOS and Android platforms, or a website.
The application has an intuitively simple interface, which is not difficult to understand. For all questions regarding the operation of the system, you can contact the operator, but, as a rule, this is the most extreme case.
You won’t be able to log into your personal account on the Ukrainian Vodafone website, since it is located on the official website of the Russian MTS (for several years now).
