Through the fault of Sergei Kolmakov, we lost 1.5 hours of time, but we never got him to fulfill his direct duties. And in this situation, the hotline helped us out; the girl suggested to us that the equipment would be picked up by a courier, arriving at the address we provided, which happened the next day. I am extremely outraged by the work of an office employee; such characters should not be allowed to communicate with people. Your employees are your face... The attitude towards the company as a whole depends on how they answered our questions and helped us understand this or that situation.
