As you know, in order to stay connected even when traveling within the country or abroad, cellular operators offer their subscribers roaming services and separate roaming tariffs. Most of them today already have very tolerable conditions, which can often even be called profitable.
Each user has the opportunity to choose the most suitable roaming option for themselves, which can be connected depending on their communication needs. However, the problem is that upon returning home, not all subscribers remember how to disable roaming on Beeline, and not everyone remembers that it generally needs to be switched to a deactivated state.
That is why today we propose to understand how to disable all currently relevant roaming services on Beeline.
How to disable additional roaming services
Often, Beeline cellular users additionally activate services that make communication outside the region and country cheaper than the cost of roaming, which is provided automatically by the operator. These include “Sounding Roaming”, “Seductive Roaming”, “Effortless Roaming” and others.
You can also use several methods to disable it:
- Call Beeline support service at 0611;
- Use the Beeline menu and follow the instructions given in it;
- Disable services through your personal account on the official Beeline website.
Let’s look at the last method in more detail and look at it step by step.
How to remove roaming on Beeline using the menu
To deactivate roaming, it is not necessary to send an SMS or call somewhere. The necessary settings can be made in the menu of your own mobile phone. On different smartphone models, this item may be located in different places, but you need to find the “My Beeline” menu. If you find it, click on it and follow these steps:
- open the list of sections;
- select "Other services";
- find the line with the option name;
- follow the instructions to deactivate.
In a few minutes you will receive a service message informing you that the service has been disabled. You can go on a trip and not worry that additional funds will be charged from your number for SMS or calls. If at some point you need to contact someone, you should activate the service in the same way in this menu. Management can be carried out both at home and abroad.

Disabling options through “Personal Account”
In addition to the listed methods, the service from Beeline can also be disabled via the Internet, that is, you can manage this service through your personal account on the operator’s official website. To do this, you need to register on it, which does not take much time.
If the subscriber is not yet registered in the system, you should initially go through this procedure:
- Dial the command *110*9# on your phone;
- Press the call button;
- Receive a system message with a password to log into the system;
- Go to the official Beeline website;
- Fill in the fields to enter your personal account, typing the received password;
- Log in to your personal account;
- After this, the temporary password received in the message is changed to an individual one by filling in certain fields;
- Next, click the “Run” button;
- Read the rules for using the system;
- Confirm your agreement with them.
After these steps, you can begin to fully use the system.
To disable the option, go to the “Service Management” tab and find the “List of connected services” item. All services that are connected are displayed here. By unchecking the required item and clicking the “Disable” button on the right, you can refuse any of them presented in this list.
Speaking about using Beeline’s “Personal Account”, it should be noted that it allows you to manage any services, top up your account, and make statements regarding the expenditure of funds. It also has many other functions that are necessary to provide convenient and cheaper Beeline communications.
Tariff selection
The operator offers roaming tariffs from the “ Bright ” series, using which the subscriber receives a full range of services:
- calls to all numbers;
- Internet;
- SMS packages.
There are several tariffs from this series in the price range of 1990–4990 tenge. For short-term trips lasting no more than 2 days, the operator recommends using standard tariffs, which include unlimited Internet. Subscribers pay 690 tenge per day.
An alternative is the “ SuperVisa S ” tariff, which allows you to get 30 minutes of calls to any numbers and 1 GB of Internet for only 1,990 tenge. For subscribers going on long trips and staying outside of Kazakhstan for more than three days, the operator recommends the “ SuperVisa M ” tariff, which costs 4,990 tenge and includes 30 minutes of calls and 4 GB of Internet.
Features of accessing the Internet while roaming
Users of archive tariffs can connect to “Unlimited Internet” and receive 8 GB every month. There are also 2 options for traveling within the country, which have become archived. Of the new tariffs, “Close People 3” is beneficial for traveling around Russia (and includes unlimited Internet), and “All for 1800 + roaming” for trips to other countries.
“30 days of Internet for traveling around Russia”
The option was valid throughout the operator’s coverage area. For 200 rubles. per month, users were provided with unlimited access to the Internet while traveling around the country. This proposal now has archival status.
“7 days of Internet for traveling around Russia”
This is an option for those who do not need access to the network throughout the month. For weekly service, a payment of 99 rubles is provided.
"Unlimited Internet"
For users of archived tariffs, this option is still available for connection. Every day 14.24 rubles are withdrawn from the subscriber's account. At the same time, he is provided with 8 GB of Internet per month, which can be spent both in his home region and abroad. Turn on .
Additional features
For subscribers using communication services abroad, additional services are provided:
- – Internet all over the world for 49 tenge/1 MB, and calls to Kazakhstan from the CIS countries and other popular countries are provided at the same price per minute. The cost of communication for other countries is 99 tenge/1 minute. Sending SMS messages will cost 49 tenge;
- SuperVisa M - the service includes unlimited Internet at maximum speed. 4 GB traffic is provided for the CIS and 1 GB for other countries. 30 minutes are provided for outgoing and incoming calls in the host country;
- SuperVisa S – high-speed Internet for the CIS with 1 GB traffic and 100 MB for other countries. 30 minutes are provided for calls in the host country.
Contacting the support center
Regardless of the type of roaming connected to your number, you can deactivate it by contacting a specialist at the subscriber support center. The operator provides subscribers with advice 24/7 on the operator’s services and tariffs. This is the simplest method of deactivating roaming, both for the home network and the international option. The consultant will also tell you how to turn off the Internet while roaming Beeline.
How to save money on communications abroad?
Do you need cheap communication abroad and decent internet, but not a lot of used goods? This is relatively subjective, because from our personal experience. What to do:
- Catch the net upon arrival at the airport.
- Don’t forget about Wi-Fi at the hotel/apartment.
- Catch Wi-Fi in a cafe over a cup of coffee.
- If the trip is for 2-4 weeks and to one country, then it’s easier to buy a local SIM card, but have a universal Drimsim in reserve (and don’t forget to pick up the 7 euro bonus via the link).
- Calls via applications - Skype or Whatsapp.
- Download the application to find Wi-Fi passwords in public places.
- To navigate around foreign cities, use the offline Maps.me map. And you will have free happiness.
And another small life hack, if you can call it that. Have you heard about the offer for premium VISA cards? Unlimited Internet abroad for Beeline, MTS, Megafon and Tele 2 operators for 7-21 days! Offer valid once a year until September 30, 2021.
