Continuing the topic of talking on the phone, while there is no money in the account, and the call needs to be made very urgently. There is one way out that everyone knows, but it’s not easy to remember it - of course. This service exists for all operators, but, as a last resort, a similarity of this service (will be discussed below for the Life operator).
And a little educational information for those who have not even heard of this service. If you know what kind of service this is, you don’t have to read this paragraph. is a ussd code (about what it is in this article) consisting of a service code, which is different for each operator and the number of the subscriber to whom you need to send an SMS message with the text Call me back please. The purpose of this service is obvious - to contact the necessary person if there is no money in your account. Also, if there is no money in your account, you can use the service.
How to send a request for a “call back” from MTS
Homeless is a free SMS that is sent to any subscriber and contains your number and the text “please call me back.” It does not guarantee that you will get through, but it still makes it clear to the recipient that you want to talk to him. If he receives an SMS and he has money in his account, then soon you will probably hear an incoming call. However, you shouldn’t bother your friends with such SMS messages too often, because they may stop calling back. Sending a “homeless person” is very simple, you just need to dial “*110*recipient_number#” and press call. As a result of this USSD request, you will receive a message indicating the delivery (or impossibility of delivery) of the message. This service is free and is always active on all MTS numbers (as well as many other operators), unless you disable it yourself. However, then you will only stop receiving such SMS, but you will still be able to send them. You can send a homeless person no more than 20 times a day and only if you have 0 or less money in your balance. In case of a positive balance, SMS will not be sent (exception when there is less money on the balance than the cost of a minute of conversation - then the SMS should be sent as usual). If you still can’t send such a message, you can always call the MTS operator and get advice.
Who can use the service?
Life subscribers can send a request for a call back not only within the network, but also to numbers of other mobile operators in Belarus or other countries. The service is valid even in international roaming, while the conditions for its provision remain unchanged. The option is a free opportunity to send a beacon to your friends.
The free option has a number of restrictions, so you can only use it if:
- Low balance or lack of funds on the phone. Money in both the main and bonus or additional accounts is taken into account. The option becomes active as soon as the balance drops to a figure of 5 kopecks and below.
- Limitations of requests. There are no more than 5 attempts per day to send a beacon with a request to call back. At exactly midnight the counter resets to zero. Send 5 attempts within 24 hours to be contacted!
- Prepaid payment system. If the contract for the provision of cellular communications implies payment at the end of the billing period, this is not available.
The service only involves sending an SMS with the standard text: please call me back. The phone number of the subscriber who sent the request will be indicated under the text message. He will also be indicated in the “Sender” column.
It is worth noting that the recipient’s reaction to this SMS is not always immediate.
In addition, the message does not obligate a call back, but only informs about the Life:) subscriber’s desire to contact another mobile communications user. Ask to call back – and your friends will probably respond!
You need to block the one who is abusing
As already mentioned, you should not abuse this service, because SMS of this type are very easy to block. In addition to the actual blacklists on your phone, you can dial the command “*110*0#” and no more homeless SMS messages will reach you. You can enable the service in the same way by dialing the request “*110*1#”.
Of course, it’s not the most reliable means, but when there are simply no others left, it will cope with the task quite well. After all, sometimes it’s enough to let your friend know that you need him in order to hear the incoming call. It is still undesirable to completely disable this service, since even the richest people can suddenly run out of balance, and it will be difficult to get to the nearest ATM. If someone really bothered you, then you can simply blacklist their SMS.

Below is a description of how to send a homeless person from MTS Russia. There is no need to connect/activate the service. For example, during the day it is not allowed to generate and send more than 5 USSD requests to different numbers.

The thing is. that at one time, when cellular communications were just beginning to appear, there was such a strict law that if you ran out of money on your phone, you would have to pay, like it or not. But when mobile communications became more popular, over time the payment for incoming calls was abolished. When there was an economy hour, then they charged less for a call, both outgoing and incoming.
The service can be used by any MTS Ukraine subscriber located in Ukraine. You can send up to 7 requests per day. Be careful when receiving “Call me back” requests from unfamiliar numbers.
Surely each of you has had moments when it turns out that your mobile account balance is zero. Find out how to scam a homeless person from MTS to your friend, acquaintance or loved one. Whether he calls you back is up to him. If you don't use this service often, you will most likely get a call back. The service is convenient in emergency situations, when the call is really urgent and there is simply no time to go to the terminal. But if you abuse this kind of SMS, then you may be blacklisted or completely turned off from receiving such messages.
After all, sometimes it’s enough to let your friend know that you need him in order to hear the incoming call. If someone really bothered you, then you can simply blacklist their SMS.
Some subscribers like to give various telecom services alternative names. For example, this is how “Mayachok” appeared in the MTS network in the most unexpected way - this name was borrowed from Tele2 and given as similar in functionality. In this review, we will look at how to dump a homeless person on MTS. Such an unusual phrase implies the possibility of sending requests within the framework of the above-mentioned service.
Send “Bum” from MTS
Dial USSD command *110*8XXXXXXXXXX#
, where 8XXXXXXXXXX is the phone number to which the message is sent
SMS call me back please
If the account is empty, but you need to talk on your mobile phone, then the question arises: how to send an SMS, please call me back MTS, Life, Beeline, Megafon, Kyivstar. The codes for sending these service messages change and it is best to look at the official website of the mobile operator. SMS call me back allows you to specify the number of the subscriber to whom it will be sent. The recipient will see your number in the message details and will be able to call (if desired). As people say, they don’t take money to dump a homeless person.
Where did it come from to throw off the homeless?
This is a slang popular name. From the name it is clear that you let the person who receives the notification know that you do not have enough funds in your mobile account to make a call and ask (like a homeless person) to call you back.
Transfer via SMS
Now we will consider the option of how you can transfer money from Life to Life using an SMS message.
In order to transfer funds from your account to the account of the subscriber (recipient), you need to go to SMS alerts on your phone and select “Write SMS”. You will see two lines:
- dial string;
- field for writing SMS.
In the line for dialing the number we enter: 124, and in the line for writing SMS you must indicate the following: “PEREVOD_account number of the subscriber who receives money_the amount you want to transfer to his account.”
Instead of the “_” sign, you must put a space, or the money transfer operation will not be considered valid.
To better understand this method, you need to give an example: “PEREVOD 380636947823 50”.
After you have filled out both fields, click on the “Submit” button. After sending, you will receive a report on the completed operation on your phone.
How to dump a homeless person or send an SMS, call me back
Next, I will provide brief instructions for various telecom operators on how to use this service. This instruction is relevant at the moment and may lose its usefulness over time if operators change the command dialing order or change the USSD code.

Balance transfer
If you run out of money in your account, you can use a service such as “balance transfer”. This is the first way to transfer money from Life to Life. The meaning of this service is that a certain amount of funds is transferred to your phone from another phone. By the way, absolutely any user can use this service.
The service is activated immediately, upon the subscriber’s first call. The money is transferred from the main account of the subscriber, who transfers the money to the bonus account of the person who receives it. If the money transferred is not spent within two weeks, it will be cancelled.
The maximum transfer amount can be five hundred hryvnia.

- And 104 is a service team.
The service is activated for all existing subscribers. Just type the above command. Also, using this service, you can send a request to any mobile subscriber - be it MTS, Kyivstar, Life, Jeans, etc.. The only limitation is that you can use this request only seven times a day, but there are more than seven emergency cases - can not be.
Additional service commands Call me back
If your interlocutor does not know the Ukrainian language, then you can use an additional command after the subscriber number 02 - Russian, and 03 - English. And then an SMS message will be sent to the subscriber’s number in a different language. The default language is Ukrainian. For example: *104*+38050ХХХХХХХХ*02# - message in Russian.
To receive instructions for using the service, there is a ussd code - *104#
If you're tired of your operator
Guys, we know very well that operators raise prices and force subscribers to connect to services that the latter do not want to use. Fortunately, now there is a great opportunity to move to another operator with your number. There are virtual operators that provide very good rates and cool perks when porting a number. One of them is Tinkoff Mobile, which is increasingly being chosen by visitors to our site.
Strange title, isn't it? But I think you have come across the expression “leave the homeless.” And this absolutely does not apply to people without housing, but to a banal request for a call back for mobile operators. Description
When asking how to scam a homeless person from MTS, people want to know how to use it. The request is truly unusual, it arose as a result of a humorous and mocking attitude towards people who can never call someone without having their own money in their account. There are quite a lot of such people - it is difficult for them to keep track of their balance, so they suffer from chronic lack of money (more precisely, their phone numbers with a zero or negative balance suffer from this). In this review we will tell you how to dump a homeless person on MTS. But before that, we need to talk about the service itself. It is provided to all subscribers of the operator, regardless of their tariff plan. The service does not require prior connection, so you can use it at any time
. You can dump a homeless person with MTS at any time, with any balance, positive or negative - no restrictions are imposed on this matter. If the called subscriber's phone is online, it will generate a notification about a missed call. Why the functionality is exactly like this is not very clear. If the called subscriber is offline at the time of sending the request, he will receive an SMS with the request “Call me back, please. Sent (time and date of sending the request)".
It should be noted that receiving an SMS with text would be more convenient than receiving a notification about a missed call - it may not be noticed.
Let's talk about restrictions. We have already said that subscribers of any tariff plans will be able to get free on MTS. But they can do this no more than 5 times a day. This was done to protect against those who do not call at their own expense, but constantly make such requests. Previously, restrictions were weaker, and numerous notifications drove subscribers into a frenzy. In order to protect yourself from dozens of homeless requests, a daily limit was introduced. Any cellular subscribers in Russia can send a homeless person to MTS, be it subscribers of Beeline, MegaFon, Tele2, Yota or Rostelecom. In this case, the people called can be located anywhere in the world. Thus, if you run out of money in your account, feel free to give freebies to those you want to contact.
How to check the balance of free messages?
In this review we will tell you how to dump a homeless person on MTS. But before that, we need to talk about the service itself. Among the main functions is free SMS, which is called “bum” in slang. The necessary information is also available on the Internet; if free traffic packages are available, then it becomes possible to contact another person or call him in other ways. Modern smartphones almost always have the ability to connect to the Internet, which is also used to communicate with other people.
All clients of the red-and-white cellular operator can use these requests, while being in their home region, in any region of the country, and even in international roaming. By dialing *116*#. To activate the ban and refuse to receive such requests, you should dial the combination on your number: *116*0#. Please note that the established ban only applies to requests for account replenishment - requests for calls will be received as usual.
Sending a request
Next, we will tell you how to transfer a homeless person from MTS to MTS. To do this, you need to remember a simple USSD command *110*subscriber_number#. For example, *110*89181234567#. The number is indicated in 11-digit format, separated by 8
. The request will be sent to the called interlocutor instantly, immediately after it is sent. In the same way, you can send a free card from MTS to any other interlocutor, for example, a Beeline subscriber. If there is no money in your account, but you really want to call someone, you can not send the homeless person, but ask other people to top up your account - to do this you need to send a USSD request *116*subscriber_number#. After this, you just have to wait for a call back or replenishment of your account. You can also use it - it will not allow you to send a homeless person, but it will allow you to send an SMS or make a call at the expense of another subscriber. You can get detailed information about this service on the operator’s official website.

Subscribers are not charged for using these services, but for each transfer two hryvnias are deducted from the account. The service can be used no more than three times a day.
If you still don’t understand how to transfer money from Life to Life, then the operator will definitely help you. The information and consultation center number is 5433.
The “Call me back” option first appeared on the Belarusian cellular communications market in 2007, when MTS introduced it.
However, today other communication providers offer customers a similar option.
Life:) subscribers do not have to worry about how to contact loved ones if there is no money in their account.
Sending a request for a call back
The “Call me back” option from Life does not require a paid connection. It is installed by default on all tariffs, but becomes active only after the balance is exhausted. This option can only be used through the additional services menu:
- *120# - to access the main menu page;
- *120*2# - to access the page with the “Call me” option.
In both cases, after typing USSD commands, you will need to follow the prompts that appear on the mobile phone screen. To do this, you just need to send a number with the corresponding number of the selected item.
For the option to work correctly, the Life subscriber must indicate the phone number of the person to whom the request needs to be sent. The number is indicated in international format, but without the “+” sign. All attempts can be spent on the same phone number or you can send the request to different people.
The cellular provider Life:) has a similar function for zero and negative balances. Life's beacon is a way to leave an unanswered call without making a full call.
Call me back Life
is a service that allows you to send a free message to any mobile phone subscriber in Ukraine with a request to call. Even when the account has zero, it is still possible to send a begging request to Life or any other operator. This is very easy to do, and can even be done in several ways.
How to send “Beacon” from MTS
In most cases, after receiving this type of SMS, subscribers respond to the request and call back. However, if you use the option daily, there is a high probability of stopping callbacks. This service is presented as a way out of an emergency situation, creating at least some opportunity for communication. The essence of “Call me back” comes down to informing relatives, colleagues and friends that you have run out of funds in your account and you need an incoming call.
The service allows the subscriber to always stay in touch, even in cases where there is no money to make a call. The request for an incoming call takes the form of an SMS message. In order to start using “Call me back”, you just need to dial a simple combination on your phone.
After this, a notification message is sent to the recipient’s number, indicating the date and time of the request, as well as the number of the subscriber who needs the incoming call.
Service for Beeline subscribers
If you are the owner of a SIM card from the Beeline operator and plan to ask the desired subscriber to call you back, you need to dial the combination *114* on your phone, then enter the digits of the phone number of the person to whom you are sending the request, followed by # and press the call button. It is important that the subscriber’s number is dialed in an internationally acceptable format, that is, using a plus.
After these steps, your interlocutor will receive a message containing your request for a call back, and you will be notified that the request has been received. The message itself is free and is valid not only for Beeline subscribers, but also for other mobile systems in Russia and nearby countries, such as Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. Remember that if you are within the roaming range in Russia, there is no charge for the service either. You can send up to ten such requests per day.
Please note that it is possible to block such messages from your phone. Just dial *114*0# and requests for a call back will not be sent to your number. You can return the process using the combination *144*0#. Only Beeline subscribers can set the ban.
Do not forget that incoming calls while you are in roaming are paid for, which means that you can receive them provided you have a positive balance.
How to send a request to call back from MTS
It happens that you need to make a call, but there is not enough money in your account, then you can use the “Call me back” or “Call at the interlocutor’s expense” service provided by MTS Russia for free. Choose the option that suits you.
You can send a “Call me back” beacon by sending a special command: *110*(phone number of the person)# you want to ask to call. The combination will look like this: *110*89187654321#. You will receive a message that your application has been accepted indicating the number of requests remaining for today. You can send a request asking to call back 5 times during the day. The subscriber you contacted will receive a message about a missed call. If at this time the phone of the called friend or other subscriber is unavailable, he will receive an SMS “Call me back, please. Poisoned (date and time when request was made).”
