You can only connect one list at a time - white or black. It is important that if a white list is connected, which is empty, then subscribers will not be able to call you at your expense.
In order to activate the black list, you need to send 1 to number 6010, white - 2 to the same number.
Description of service
Previously, subscribers with a zero balance could not make calls. The situation changed with the advent of the “Call at the expense of the interlocutor” function at Active KZ.
The person who accepts the call can pay for the call. The called subscriber pays for the call at will (he can refuse), and he must also have money on his balance.
The service is provided under the following conditions:
- This option can only be used within the network.
- If the caller wants to talk to a subscriber of another operator, the called user will receive a missed call notification.
- If you refuse to pay for a call 10 times within an hour or 30 times during a day, access to the service is blocked for an hour/day.
- Calls at the expense of the called party are available if the amount on the balance has gone negative. The exception is complete blocking of a number.
- The service does not work in roaming.
- Funds for payment are charged only from the main account.
Attention! Bonus minutes purchased as part of promotional packages cannot be used to pay for an incoming call.
Calls are charged per second, the cost is 15 tenge/minute, regardless of what tariff plan is connected. All Activ and Kcell users can use the option.

The reliability and availability of mobile communications affects the operator’s reputation, so Beeline provides a number of useful functions. Subscribers will be able to contact friends and family with a zero or negative balance.
Help: the Call service at the expense of the interlocutor does not require activation, it is available at any time, regardless of the balance and length of service, the subscription fee is 0 rubles/day.
The Client does not need to contact the Subscriber Service or additionally activate the service. It is available on all tariffs with a prepaid payment system. If you do not want to receive calls from specific people, or want to communicate only with a certain circle of interlocutors, use the Black and White list.

Either the Black or White list can be active at the same time. If you have a BS priority, but there is no one in it, the interlocutors will not be able to reach you through the Service. You need to activate the emergency and remove the necessary contacts from it. And vice versa.

Who can use the service?
Beeline subscribers are not subject to serious restrictions, and access to the most popular services is provided without complex actions. However, there are several mandatory conditions:
- The client must be an active subscriber with a valid SIM card to which money has been credited at least once.
- Using the Call at the expense of the interlocutor is allowed only in the home region; the service is not available in roaming.
- The maximum limit is no more than 15 calls per day.

It is possible that after receiving such a notification, this person will call you back on their own.
The service is included in the starter package of all tariffs and does not require a separate connection.
To disable sending notifications to other subscribers, dial the short command *212*1# ; to restore the service – *212*0#.

When your balance remains less than 5 rubles, you can send free notifications to other numbers asking them to call you back. To do this, dial the command *118*8XXXXXXXXXX#, where 8XXXXXXXXXX is the phone number starting with 8.

The number of “Beacons” is limited; you are allowed to send no more than 5 requests for a call back per day, and no more than 60 per month .
It is not known in advance whether the recipient of the notification will want to call you back and when exactly he will do so. It is possible that a person will read a message only some time after receiving it. All you have to do is wait for his call or look for options to replenish your balance.

Do not abuse this service; you can use it no more than 10 times during the day.
Send a request to top up your account only to close people and only in exceptional cases, otherwise, most likely, it will simply be ignored, and a stranger may even perceive such “begging” negatively.
