Terms of service for Asset KZ subscribers
In order to use the Extra Balance service in the amount of 250 to 1000 tenge, the following conditions must be met:
- The SIM card has been used for more than three months.
- Balance with a plus sign or equal to zero (not negative).
- The account has been replenished at least once during the last month.
- There is no debt for the provision of the Extra megabytes service, according to the extra balance.
After the trust payment service is activated, the subscriber’s account will contain the amount he requested (from 250 to 1000 tenge, depending on the conditions for using the number).
If the client decides to terminate the contract with the operator, then it is necessary to repay the existing debt in full.
In order to check whether it was possible to activate the extra balance service, you need to wait for the automatic notification. The service cannot be reactivated until the previous debt is paid off.
The extra balance amount will be debited automatically upon replenishment within five days, or after 5 days, even if the debt is not repaid. Thus, communication will be unavailable.
What operator offers can or cannot be combined with the Extra Balance service:
- You cannot use funds for transfer that are provided as a loan, but you can accept them from another subscriber and use them to pay for the service.
- Possibility of one-time connection “Extra megabytes” within 5 days of using the Extra Balance service.
- The service cannot be activated when participating in the “Contact Phone” promotion.
- The service cannot be activated while roaming.
Combination with other services and options
It is worth considering how the “Extra Balance” service is combined with other offers from the mobile operator Active:
- If this service is activated, the subscriber cannot transfer funds from the balance within the “Mobile Assistance” option. However, the client can receive funds on the balance to pay off the debt.
- Within five days from the moment of activation of “Extra Balance”, the user can additionally use the “Extra Megabytes” option.
- In accordance with the terms of the “Contact phone” promotion, this option is not provided.
- If the subscriber is roaming, the option cannot be activated.
How much does it cost to connect?
The cost of connecting to the service will depend on the required amount, as well as the period during which the subscriber uses the SIM card - the longer the period, the more money can be borrowed.
There are 4 connection cost options:
- 3 months or more - loan in the amount of 250 tenge (cost - 25).
- 9 months or more - 250 or 350 tenge for 25 and 35 tenge, respectively.
- More than 12 months - previous amounts, as well as 500 tenge with a commission of fifty.
- More than two years - all the above amounts + 750 and one thousand tenge (payment of 75 and 100, respectively).
Five days from the date of the loan are given to repay the debt.
How to connect and disconnect
There are no special nuances in applying for a deferred payment. get the “Extra Balance” on “Asset” in one of the following ways:
- request for a service directly from the Activ operator website;
Extra Balance on the Activ website
- USSD command *911*1*# – exit to the service menu, where you can listen to all the necessary information on conditions, cost and activation;
- USSD command *911*1*3# – sending an application to receive a trust payment.
There is no need to disable the service. This will happen when the virtual debt is automatically repaid. You can clarify the amount of debt by dialing *111*3# or *123*2*3#.
If the client does not have time or is not able to close the payment on time and restore a positive balance, it is appropriate to use the “Pay for me” (*131*assistant number#OK) or “Mobile assistance” (*143#OK) functions. Funds for payment will be transferred to the debtor’s mobile account from the specified number. The first service is provided free of charge, the second - with a commission of 30 to 60 tenge.
Attention! You cannot pay off the debt with the help of “Units as a gift”.
Auto Extra Balance
In order to always remain disconnected, regardless of the circumstances, you can take advantage of a special offer from the operator - Auto Extra Balance, the connection and disconnection of which is completely free. The balance is automatically replenished when the account drops below one hundred tenge.
To do this, just dial *911*4# on your phone. To disable the option, you need to dial *911*4*5#.
Thus, you can use the extra balance for the Active operator using a single command on your phone, and also use the service automatically, i.e. the balance will be replenished automatically so you can always stay in touch. It is important to note that after five days the additional balance will be debited from the account and the debt will need to be repaid.

Keep in mind that if your opponent refuses to accept 10 calls in an hour, the option is blocked. The same rule works for 30 refusals per day. Moreover, only people using Activ or Kcell will be able to make calls in this way.
An additional advantage of this choice is the chance to contact friends and relatives even with a negative balance. However, for the interlocutor a minute of conversation will cost 15 tenge .
Convenient and interest-free lending to the operator’s clients is a request for replenishment of the account received by the subscriber’s friends. To do this, just send a request:

Another communication option is to send a message at the recipient’s expense. In such a situation, the service will cost the recipient 7 tenge , and the sender has the right to use the service up to 70 SMS per day.
Please note that blocking such a request by the interlocutor more than 5 times per hour or 20 messages per day leads to a temporary ban on sending applications. In addition, the service is available to clients of the Active or Kcell network.

People who use the Internet of the Kcell provider will be able to access the operator’s home page even if their subscriber allowance has been exhausted.
