Description
“Vyruchai” is a service of the mobile operator MTS, created to ensure that each subscriber of the company remains in touch with loved ones even with a negative balance. The only caveat is that the called subscriber must agree to accept this condition. Thus, the mobile operator protects the interests of both parties. Let’s assume that the person you are calling does not want to answer your call because they are running out of funds on their balance. In this case, the called subscriber can simply reject the call, because after answering the interlocutor will first hear a recording of the answering machine informing him about the conditions of this call.
If at the time of making a call at the expense of the interlocutor, the phone of the called MTS subscriber is turned off or busy, then he will receive a message asking him to call back.
Calls from other telecom operators
It is also possible to call at the expense of the MTS interlocutor from numbers of other cellular operators. To connect, you just need to dial the code combinations of characters on your phone.
Beeline subscribers can use the following set of numbers and symbols - “05050 - telephone number of the called subscriber - call button”. Remember the input parameters. The phone number is indicated without the eight or seven.
The telecom operator Megafon makes it possible to call at the expense of the interlocutor like this: “000 - subscriber number - call button.” The phone number can be entered in international format. . Its cost is 3 rubles per minute. In this case, the tariff plan of the subscriber who was called is not taken into account.
How to use
There are two options for using the “Help Out” option:
- Call the short number 0880. Wait until the autoinformer answers, listen to the recording, and then enter the phone number of the MTS subscriber you want to call at his expense. The digital combination must be entered in ten-digit format, that is, without the first digit “8” or “+7”. Example.
- Open the dialing mode on your mobile phone and manually enter the phone number of the subscriber you want to call, but with the prefix “0880”. In this case, the digital combination is also entered in ten-digit format. Example: 0880.
Attention! You can make no more than ten such requests per day.
Other
This company has made sure that its subscribers have the opportunity to stay in touch even with a zero or negative balance. So, you can make calls either at the expense of the interlocutor (MTS) or the subscriber himself, or at the expense of the telecom operator. Here are some of these services.
- "In full confidence." The client can communicate freely with a zero balance, since MTS provides a cash limit. Its size depends on the funds that the subscriber spends on communication services.
- “Top up my account.” It is quite acceptable to send such a request to your closest friends.
- "Direct transmission". The service provides the opportunity to top up the balance of one subscriber from the account of another cellular customer. This can be a one-time or regular replenishment of the limit.
- "Positive zero." The subscriber has the opportunity to receive calls and SMS with a zero balance.
- "Promised payment". Using the service, the client tops up his phone limit at the expense of the cellular operator. For MTS subscribers, the amount of the promised payment can be up to 150 rubles. Within 10 days the client is obliged to return the funds. Options allow the client to pay for communication services provided later, for example, next month.
As we can see, subscribers are provided with excellent service. Calling at the expense of the interlocutor is not a problem for them!
