  • if you are a Vodafone subscriber - 111;
  • if the call is from a landline number or numbers of Ukrainian operators - 0800-400-111.

This method is less convenient and takes a little more time, but can also be useful. To use this method, do the following:

  1. Open the official page of the Vodafone operator.
  2. Select the My Vodafone section.
  3. Then click on Internet Assistant.

  4. Indicate whether the tariff plan is based on prepayment or contract.
  5. To log in, please provide your phone number and password.

  6. To confirm your login, enter the received code from the SMS message.
