How to disable the “My Conversation” tariff in Volgograd and the Volgograd region
There are three ways to disable a tariff plan: switching to another TELE2 tariff (for example, a tariff without a monthly fee), blocking the SIM card, or not using the number for a long time.
You can block a SIM card in your personal account, or by contacting:
- to support service - 611
- to the communication salon
To block a SIM card, identification is required:
- by phone – code word, PUK code of the SIM card or owner’s passport details
- in the communication salon - an identity document
- No additional identification is required in your personal account.
If you do not use your number within 4 months and do not credit money to it, then your contract goes into inactive mode

In this mode, 3 rubles will be withdrawn from your account every day until the balance reaches zero or you top up your account. Further, if within 6 months the zero balance remains, Tele2 will terminate the contract with you
and the number can be transferred to another person. At the same time, you will be disconnected from the My Online Ultra tariff.

SOS package on the “My Conversation” tariff
This service is automatically activated if there is not enough money in the account at the time the subscription fee is charged and opens a limited set of free services. The service also applies in roaming.
Free services that are activated for three days or until a subscription fee is paid include: WhatsApp, Yandex navigator, Transport, Maps. Voice and video calls via WhatsApp are not available.
The SOS service is blocked when:
- when connecting to a tariff plan on an installment basis, the subscription fee is charged
- when changing a tariff plan, when there are not enough funds to charge the fee for the changed tariff
- if the subscriber has other Internet options activated
Pitfalls of using the Internet on a tariff
After exhausting the 5 GB Internet package included in the subscription fee, a 500 megabyte package is automatically connected using the “MORE” option for 50 rubles, a maximum of 20 packages are automatically connected (10 GB for 1000 rubles), then Internet access is turned off.
Unless, of course, you actively use Internet traffic and accidentally went beyond the limits and limit yourself to these 500 megabytes for 50 rubles, that’s okay, but if you actively use traffic, it’s better to connect some other additional Internet package.
The rest of the traffic on the “YET” package is not carried over to the next month

Management Fee upon activation of add. options/packages are charged immediately, and from the next billing period it is added to the monthly subscription fee for the telephone number. This tariff is twice as expensive as My Conversation, however, you cannot find more similar conditions from an operator in Moscow. It offers 5 GB of Internet, 300 minutes and unlimited use of Megafon for 400 rubles per month. At this cost, it is more logical to compare the tariff with “My Online”, which provides as much as 15 GB. In a word, in Megafon there is simply no alternative to the “My Conversation” tariff.

- In the package of minutes included in the tariff, calls only to mobile numbers in your home region; for calls to landlines you need to pay extra;
- When connecting to the tariff, many services are activated, including paid ones that are unnecessary for most subscribers: “Unlimited Internet abroad” (disable - *143*70#), “Unlimited Internet in Crimea” (disable - *143*70#);
- When you subscribe to the tariff, it is activated for a period of 30 days free of charge, then it will cost 15 ₽ per month. If you don’t need it, turn it off using the command *155*330# or in your personal account;
- The operator's network is not always stable.
Who is the tariff suitable for?
This is one of the most common tariff plans, which gained its popularity due to its low price. It is suitable for people:
- who often calls Tele 2 operators, TPs are often connected by relatives or friends who talk to each other every day while in the same or different cities;
