The department imposed a fine of 60 million rubles on Rostelecom, and a fine of 12 million rubles on Technoserv. The conspiracy took place during a competition to create a complex for automatically recording traffic violations.

In May 2021, the department fined Rostelecom 150 thousand rubles. for not providing timely information about his communication channels in the Magadan and Sakhalin regions, as well as the Kamchatka Territory. The FAS needed this data for an investigation - the agency suspected the operator of setting monopolistic high tariffs for Internet communications in Kamchatka.
