How to disable a tariff with a subscription fee and save

Tariff description

This tariff plan is intended for undemanding users who only need calls and sometimes SMS messages. The usage fee is charged daily and amounts to 15 tenge per day.

The daily fee includes:

  • Unlimited calls within the network.

The daily payment does not include:

  • Calls to other numbers, including landlines - 11 tenge per minute;
  • Messages within the network and to other networks - 9 tenge/piece;
  • SMS abroad - 29 tenge.

To use mobile Internet, you need to connect one-time Internet packages in your personal Tele2 account or using USSD commands. There are three types of this service:

  1. 2 gigabytes of Internet for 590 tenge, connection code - *151*2#;
  2. 4 GB of traffic for 990 tenge, via command *151*4#;
  3. 8 gigabytes at a price of 1390 tenge, connection command - *151*8#.

Reference! Activation of packages is free, valid for 30 calendar days from the date of payment.

It is not possible to connect two packages at the same time. When paying for one volume of traffic, the previous one is canceled.

The tariff plan is valid throughout Kazakhstan, the daily fee is charged according to Astana time.

For TELE2 dial *121# CALL

How to connect and reconnect

The easiest way to activate the “Call Yours” tariff on Tele2 Kazakhstan is to use the USSD command *122*34#.

The tariff includes a reconnection service, but it is not practical, since calls during the day are still unlimited. But if you need to reconnect: dial *121*0#.

Reference! The reconnection service is free.

You can check the remaining traffic through the number *123*1*3#, and find out what the current tariff is on your number through *121#.

Pros and cons of tariffs

The “Call Yours” tariff plan has its advantages and disadvantages. Among the positive aspects it is worth noting the following:

  • The user gets access to unlimited calls to subscriber numbers within the network;
  • The tariff plan sets the optimal cost of services;
  • Additionally, the subscriber can connect Internet traffic packages.

Among the disadvantages, users highlight the following:

  • The service package does not include SMS messages and calls to numbers of other operators;
  • The maximum call duration is 1 hour;
  • Users cannot connect several Internet traffic packages at the same time.

How to disable or change to another

There are two ways to disable the “Call Your Own” tariff on Tele2:

  1. Switch to another plan.
  2. Terminate the contract with Tele2.

To begin, select the current Tele2 KZ tariff you like. You can connect it either by clicking on the “connect” button on the website page, or by calling 441.

You can also change “Call yours” to something more interesting through the official Tele2 Kazakhstan mobile application or using your personal account on the operator’s website.

Before carrying out the operation, make sure there is a sufficient amount of money in the balance of your number - this is the subscription fee + fee for changing the tariff. After debiting an amount equal to the monthly payment from the account, the tariff will be automatically activated.

Important! For the first tariff change you will not be charged anything, for each subsequent one - 99 tenge.

To completely disable and block the SIM card, call 504 or contact the nearest mobile phone store with your passport and phone number.

Connection, reconnection and change of tariffs

To connect to the “Call Yours” tariff plan, a Tele2 client just needs to dial the USSD request *122*34#. After this, there will be an automatic transition to the new tariff plan. If desired, the subscriber can reconnect the tariff using the USSD request *121*0#.

To change the current tariff plan, the subscriber can use the services of a personal account on the official website or in the mobile application, and also seek help from the employees of the Tele2 communication salon. In this case, the user can choose a tariff plan from the proposed options on the site, and also switch to it in accordance with the terms of the contract. The first tariff change is free of charge, after which the cost of switching is 99 tenge.

  • 9 tenge for 1 message to other operators in Kazakhstan, abroad – 29 tenge per message;
  • calls within the network – 14 tenge per 1 minute.

Final shutdown through termination of contract

In some cases, a complete shutdown of the tariff is required. For example, if you decide to switch to another operator.

To terminate the contract, you must visit the nearest operator’s office with a passport or other document, if the SIM card was not purchased using a passport (identity document). The manager will provide you with an application that requires your signature.

It is possible to completely terminate the contract only with the personal presence of the subscriber at the sales office or the representative must have notarized authority to represent the interests of the subscriber.

If it is not possible to visit a communication store, and the contract needs to be terminated, you can just wait. If you do not use the SIM card for more than 10 months, it will close itself if there are no debts on it.

To terminate services, the account must have a positive balance. If any funds remain in the account, the application will need to indicate how you want to get them back. This can be a transfer to a bank account (card) or to another Tele2 number.

Call rates

The mobile operator offers several tariff plans with different variations and contents. Be careful when choosing the appropriate option, because for repeated reconnection you will need to pay an additional 99 tenge.

There are 2 mobile release options presented in the form of a regional offer and 1 national offer. If there is a problem in choosing a tariff, you should consult with a company employee. An experienced manager will ask several questions and offer the most suitable options that will fully meet the existing requirements.

The offer is relevant for those people who spend a lot of time communicating within the Tele2 network. It is possible that you have many friends, relatives and acquaintances who also prefer to use Tele2 communications in Kazakhstan. In this case, the “Change everything for 1390” tariff has a number of advantages.

Tariff cost

The price is the same for all regions of the republic; the concept of “home region” is absent, as is the concept of roaming within the country. Let's start with the tariffication of calls, the rounding step is a second.

Connections across the Republic of Kazakhstan are calculated as follows:

  • within the network – 0 tenge without restrictions;
  • for other operators after the end of the package – 11 tenge/min.;
  • The subscription fee was not paid on time - 11 tenge/min.

Connections abroad are charged as follows.

Zone nameCountriesPrice
"Commonwealth"Former republics of the USSR and Russia95 tenge/min.
"Europe"European countries145 tenge/min.
"The whole world"Other210 tenge/min.

Important! Calls to service and short numbers are not included in the general package of minutes and are calculated separately.

Messages:

  • within the network 600 pcs. - for free;
  • over a package to Tele2 numbers – 8 tenge;
  • for other operators – 8 tenge;
  • to another country – 15 tenge;
  • MMS – 15 tenge.

Internet is provided in two parts:

  • 12 GB at night - from midnight to nine in the morning;
  • 12 GB per day.

Initially, “nightly” gigabytes are consumed - and only then are they written off from the daily traffic. If the volume is insufficient, then there are two options: switch to another Tele2 tariff or take additional GB.

Best choice for the Internet

A major advantage of the Tele2 operator is its wide range of tariff plans, thanks to which each user independently determines what he needs.

The selection of a tariff for those subscribers who use mobile Internet depends on the activity of its use.

For users who regularly use the mobile Internet, actively communicate in instant messengers and are constantly online, the most suitable tariff will be the “Change Everything” package with a monthly payment of 2,590 ₸. Thanks to the provided traffic volume of 20 GB, as well as unlimited access to social networks and instant messengers, a Tele2 client will be able to always stay in touch and also use the Internet without limiting their own needs.

Traffic with a volume of 5 GB will allow you to communicate in instant messengers, send and receive mail, and communicate on social networks. Unlimited mobile Internet is not provided within the “Change Everything” tariff for 1390.

Those users who do not need to use mobile Internet can connect to tariffs where access to the World Wide Web is provided as part of a one-time package. Payment for it is carried out only upon use and stops one day after the subscription fee is deducted.
