How to disable

Since the tariff is archived, it is no longer possible to connect it, but it is quite possible to disable it. Below are three ways to disable “Everything is Super”:

1. On the official Beeline website, in your personal account. Here you can find everything in a couple of clicks and connect any tariff you like using a computer.
2. Through the “My Beeline” mobile application. You need to download the application, select a new tariff from the list of proposed ones, configure it for yourself and click the “Connect” button.
3. Call 0611 or 8 800 700 0611. This method is only available to individuals. By contacting the operator, dictate the desired parameters and a Beeline employee will select a tariff that is suitable for you.

If more than 30 days have passed since the last transition between tariff plans, then the new transition will be free.

If less than 30 days have passed, the transition will be paid. The cost is individual and depends on the new plan (usually its subscription fee).

Do-it-yourself tariff plan 2021

This is the first, as far as I know, tariff from Beeline in Kazakhstan, where the subscriber can independently select the required amount of minutes and traffic (see table).

• Unlimited calls within the Beeline Kazakhstan network;
• Option “Exchange minutes for gigabytes” (rate 10 minutes = 1 GB);

• The ability to connect up to three additional numbers to the tariff (price 990 ₸/month for each), with which you can share the volume of minutes and traffic from the package;
• Free viewing of “TV360”;
• For 800 ₸/month. You can activate unlimited services for the following services: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp and VKontakte.

How to reconnect the tariff

If the provided package is completely used up, it is possible to reconnect the tariff and receive full SMS, minutes and Internet limits again.

The only way to reconnect the “Everything Super” tariff from Beeline Kazakhstan is to dial the USSD command *355# on the keyboard.

After this, the full cost of the tariff is written off and the service package is updated.

When reconnecting, the month count starts from the day of reconnection. That is, if the reconnection occurred on June 21, then the next subscription fee will be charged on July 21.

What has changed in the tariff since June 27, 2021

On June 27, 2019, changes were made to the services and their prices:

1. The volume of the Internet has become larger - 12 GB of traffic is now provided.
2. Increase in subscription fee by 100 tenge. Now the cost is 1390 tenge per month.
3. With the activation of the “Everything is Possible” service for unlimited use of social networks and instant messengers, the subscription fee will be 1880 tenge per month.
4. The cost of SMS messages has been increased by 2 tenge.

Until August 1, 2021, it was possible to change your tariff plan for free.

Several useful commands that may be useful to subscribers who have chosen to use any of the tariffs.

• *355# — allows you to prematurely restore quota packages provided as part of the offer on a monthly basis. Restoring quotas will cost you the same price as the monthly price of the tariff plan you are using;
• *106# — a team aimed at providing up-to-date information about the remaining services in the packages provided according to the tariff. It is available for use completely free of charge and has no restrictions on the number of uses.

1. Command to check the remaining resources: *106#.
2. Any unused balance of resources will not be carried over to the next month.
3. When changing or switching off the tariff, the unused balance of resources is reset to zero.
4. The tariff plan works throughout the entire Republic of Kazakhstan. The cost of services outside the country is carried out according to the tariffs established for roaming services.
5. The tariff plan has the “Stay in touch” option. This option sends free SMS with notifications about missed calls and voice messages. You can listen to voice messages by calling the short number 6600. The cost of a call is 15 tenge/min. You can disable the “Stay in touch” option with the command *110*016#.

Voluntary number blocking

If you wish, you can issue a voluntary block. It allows you to freeze the subscription fee for a certain time. The first time you activate voluntary blocking is free, each subsequent time you will need to pay 50 tenge.

The blocking is controlled via USSD commands:

• *370# to connect.
• *371# to disconnect.

At the time of blocking, calls within the network will be blocked, but you will be able to use the rest of the traffic and the SMS package. Calls to numbers of other operators will also be available.

When voluntary blocking is disabled, the subscription fee will be charged (if there is money on the balance) from the moment the service is disabled in proportion to the days until the end of the month.

For example, if you disable the blocking on August 20, then the subscription fee, the size of SMS and Internet packages will be calculated for the remaining 11 days out of 31 (from August 20 to August 31).

For home internet

Beeline offers Kazakhs the “Unlimited” , which can be used for the Internet and watching television.

It requires a monthly payment of 5490 tenge . For this money, the operator’s client receives:

• unlimited 2G/3G/4G Internet traffic;
• free subscription to the Beeline “Amediateka” service for watching TV shows.

Calls are not provided. One SMS will cost:

• 9 tenge when sent to a Beeline number;
• 15 tenge. when sent to a subscriber of another operator.

Tariff “Easy as Easy” [archived, connection closed]

This is an offer that is not intended for the most active subscribers, or for users who prefer to pay only for those services that they definitely use. This modification does not include a subscription fee, which means that subscribers need to pay separately for each service used.

The terms of the package look like this:

• Calls to mobile phones: 11 tenge/minute;
• Calls to landline numbers: 18 tenge/minute;
• Sending SMS to Beeline/other phones: 9/15 tenge;
• Use of web traffic: 20 megabytes for 29 tenge. (you can use the package no more than 10 times a day, after which further use of traffic will be charged at 3 tenge for each megabyte).

Activation of the “Easy as Easy” tariff in Kazakhstan is done using the command *711*11# , the transition fee is 200 tenge.

Automatic Internet package 100 MB

If 10 GB of mobile Internet is not enough or you have exceeded this limit, then Beeline provides an automatic Internet traffic replenishment service.

The service provides an additional 100 MB of Internet traffic for 29 tenge. The service is activated automatically. Additional traffic is provided only if there is a sufficient amount to be debited from the account.

You can disable this service using the USSD command *399*100#.

To reactivate the service, dial *399*101# on your phone.

If the service is disabled and the 10 GB package ends, the cost of mobile Internet will be 1 tenge/MB.

Tariff “Talk” [archived, connection closed]

The next updated offer is calculated for subscribers for whom calls are a priority, and mainly to numbers within the Beeline network. The terms of the tariff package are as follows:

• Subscription fee: 990 tenge per month;
• Calls to Beeline: free, unlimited;
• Package for calls to other mobile numbers in Kazakhstan: 30 minutes per month;
• Calls to other mobile numbers when the quota is exhausted: 14 tenge;
• Calls to landline phones: 18 tenge;
• Package of messages on Beeline: 40 pieces;
• Messages to Beeline when using the package: 9 tenge;
• Messages to other numbers: 15 tenge;
• Multimedia messages: 25 tenge;
• Mobile Internet package for 50 megabytes: 29 tenge.
