Modern technologies do not stand still. Many people do not even realize that each of them has an electronic wallet. Everyone uses phones, steadily replenishing their mobile balance for communication. Today it is not much different from full-fledged payment systems such as Qiwi or WebMoney.
How to withdraw money from MTS, Megafon, Beeline and Tele2 phones? The question is relevant because we often have to deal with situations where it is not possible to make a transfer to a card or pay in cash. You can simply top up your mobile phone and then send all the money to a card or some payment system.
What is needed to make a transfer?
First of all, you need to know the following information:
- name of the mobile operator (Beeline, Megafon, etc.);
- payment system (Visa, Mastercard or Maestro);
- bank card number;
- phone number.
In most cases, this is enough to complete the transfer. You will also, of course, need a phone with Internet access.
Different operators offer transfers in slightly different ways: the names of website sections, SMS and USSD request codes, and the procedure differ. We will provide instructions for users of Beeline, Megafon, MTS and Tele-2.
Almost all large banks - Sberbank, VTB-24, Raiffeisen Bank, etc. - support transfers to cards, but for convenience, in the text we will consider the actions of Sberbank card holders.
If you are not one of them, it will not be difficult for you to calculate your sequence of actions by analogy.

To conduct monetary transactions, the main page of the site sends the user to the page https://market.tele2.ru/. All tariffs and opportunities to withdraw money are clearly described here. The options for withdrawal amounts are clearly stated in the grid. For example, if you withdraw 250 rubles, you will pay 20% extra. And for withdrawing 251 rubles the tariff is already different - 9.6%. Although the amount has not changed noticeably.
Via phone
Using your personal phone, the process of withdrawing funds from Tele2 turns out to be more profitable. There is a single commission of 5%, the transfer period is 3 days. Often the money comes earlier. To execute a command you need to dial *135# and indicate a specific amount.

Why do people transfer money?
A significant number of domestic transfers are made to help relatives: to support the family, to “feed” those who have gone on vacation. The volume of transfers to pay for housing, cars and other large purchases is growing. Funds are transferred to pay off loans, pay for housing and communal services, mobile communications, the Internet and other services. Also, money is actively moving between regions due to the expansion of business geography.
Often, the transfer needs to be done urgently, for example, if unforeseen situations arise: a wallet was stolen, a bank card was lost, etc. In these cases, the search begins for a way to quickly transfer money, and preferably with minimal losses on commissions.
With Yota
For Yota users, the transfer function from phone to card is not yet available. The fact is that all payments by Yota subscribers work using the Yota-money system.
The user credits funds to his personal account in the system, thereby replenishing the balance.
If you want to withdraw money from the system, there are two options left:
- Come to the Yota branch with the passport for which the account was opened and write a written application for a refund.
- Workaround: transfer money to an electronic wallet (with a 6% commission), and then to a card. Services such as Qiwi Wallet are suitable for this.
Yandex money and webmoney
In order to withdraw funds to Yandex wallet, you need to go to the official website, go through the registration procedure or log into an existing account, select “Top up”, then “From mobile balance” and enter the appropriate phone number.
Afterwards, you need to wait for a message confirming the transfer and enter the activation code in the window that opens.
If you are planning a transfer in the WebMoney system, you also need to log into your account (if necessary, go through the certification procedure by providing personal data), open “Top up wallet”, then “From phone+”.
Enter the required amount and confirm the operation via SMS message. WebMoney's commission rate is 10% on average.
Money transfer systems
One of their most popular money transfer systems is Unistream, which also has a minimum interest rate.
- When transferring from an MTS number, the minimum amount will be 1 rub., the maximum – 15,000 rubles. The commission will be 4.3% of the amount;
- if the transfer is made from a Beeline number, the amount can range from 100-14,000 rubles. A commission of 5.95%+10.00 rubles is charged;
- When transferring from a Megafon number, the amount will be from 1 to 15,000 rubles. and commission 9%.
Transfer from card to phone
It will also be difficult for you to do without transfers from card to phone. This is a much more popular procedure.
Many people prefer to top up their balance using a card: it's fast and usually means no fees. There are several ways to transfer funds from your card to your phone account.
Using an ATM
The easiest way is to use an ATM. ATMs of almost all banks allow you to top up your telephone balance.
Here's what you need to do if you own a Sberbank card:
- insert the card and enter the PIN code;
- select “pay for mobile communications without commission”;
- select your operator;
- enter the phone number and then “continue”;
- select how much you need to transfer and then “continue”;
- make sure the entered data is correct and click “continue”;
- take the card and check.
The sequence of actions differs slightly from bank to bank, but the ATM interface is quite simple and easy to use.
You don't have to rack your brain for a long time about where to click - just follow the prompts on the screen. And if something doesn’t work out, feel free to contact a consultant.
Using the app
If your card is linked to your phone, you can increase your balance through the bank app.
Here's how Sberbank.online works:
- install the application and log in;
- follow the next chain “payments” - “mobile communications”;
- find your operator;
- enter the required data and then “continue”;
- Make sure the information is correct again and tap “continue.”
Using the site
If you have linked a card to your phone, you can top up your account through the operator’s website.
Beeline subscribers must do the following for this:
- go to beeline.ru;
- follow the following chain: “payment and finance” – “replenish your account from a bank card”;
- Enter the requested information and click “pay”.
Use USSD request
Each bank offers its own USSD request. If you are a Sberbank client, dial *900*phone number*how much you want to top up#.
Example: *900*89855555555*1300#
Many banks also offer to connect. This is very convenient if you regularly make any payments (for example, for a mobile phone) and want this to be done automatically.
As soon as your balance becomes less than 30 rubles, the amount of money you chose is automatically credited from the card to your phone.
You receive two SMS: about debiting money from the card and about increasing the balance. You can find out all the additional information about auto payments and connect them on your bank’s website.
Withdrawal via Russian Post
You can withdraw cash from your mobile phone through Russian Post. Cash withdrawal is carried out in the following way:
- Indicate your phone number and recipient information on the receipt.
- Write the amount you want to withdraw from your phone.
- Choose the most convenient post office.
The money is debited from the balance along with the commission. For different companies providing cellular communication services, it is:
Operator | Commission amount |
MTS | 4,2%+55,00 |
Beeline | 2.6%+50.00 (post office) |
4.37%+80.00 (home delivery) | |
Megaphone | 5,2% |
Linking a card to a phone

- card number.
Now, having acquired the necessary information, you can act in two ways:

To do this, Sberbank clients need to act like this:
