If your outgoing Internet speed is 3 Mbit/s, then the optimal values will be as follows: the total limit on the number of connections is 700, the maximum number of connections is 40, the maximum number of upload slots is 15. What to do if qBittorrent is idle or qBittorrent does not download? Experiment with the parameters, leave the second parameter lower than the first, about 10-20 times lower (the larger the first, the greater the difference with the second), and the maximum number of upload slots is half the number of connections.
