- 100 SMS messages are given to send in your home region.
There are also other tariff conditions that apply after the included service package has been exhausted:
- To all MTS numbers in the Moscow region - 2 rubles per minute;
- Calls to other domestic operators in Moscow and the region - 3 rubles per minute;
- Calls to other regions of Russia to MTS numbers – 2 rubles per minute;
- Calls to subscribers of other operators throughout the country - 5.50 rubles per minute;
- SMS message to MTS numbers in your home region - 2 rubles per message;
- SMS messages to numbers of other mobile operators in your region - 3.50 rubles per piece.
If the subscriber does not have enough 30 minutes of calls included in the package, then he can additionally subscribe to separate packages of minutes. Packages from 200 to 1000 minutes are available for connection.
From June 1 to December 31, 2021, all MTS users who have activated the “Automatic payment at threshold” option receive a 10% discount on the annual subscription fee.

This tariff package from MTS has many attractive aspects:
- Unlimited internet is provided. At the same time, 200 MB per month is given at high speed; after the limit is exhausted, the speed decreases to 64 Kb/sec. But in this case, it doesn’t matter at all at what speed the smart device’s sensors transmit information packets. It should be taken into account that the volumes of transmitted information are small, which means that high-speed Internet will last for a long time;
- If you pay for services immediately for the year, this allows you to save significantly. The savings are about 35% when compared with a monthly subscription fee;
- SMS messages and 30 minutes for calls within the network are provided. The packages seem to be small, but it’s nice that they are included in the subscription fee;
- There is nothing superfluous in the packages; there is exactly as much traffic as is necessary for the correct operation of the smart device;
- It’s easy to control your balance; for this you can use a mobile application or your personal account on the website.
The tariff plan also has a few disadvantages that you need to keep in mind. Thus, SMS messages can only be sent within the home region, and unused traffic is burned, and it is impossible to transfer it to the next period.
Many users also consider the disadvantages of rounding traffic packets up to 200 KB, which is a real redneck on the part of the company. For example, Tele2 and MegaFon companies round up packages to 1 KB, which is much more profitable.

It is worth considering that there must be enough funds in the account to pay the subscription fee for the first month at the chosen tariff. If there is not enough money in the account, the transfer will not be possible.

In just six months, if there are no payments, the contract will be canceled at the initiative of the subscriber.
