Connection to any of the packages is available only on tariffs without Internet traffic included in the monthly payment. As a rule, these are tariffs like “Orange”, as well as many other archival tariff plans. Packages of 15 GB and above are not available for connection to the “Classic” tariff.

The night unlimited service is valid from 0:00 to 06:59. To activate it, you need to restart the Internet session: for example, turn on and off airplane mode or data transfer in your device. A regular phone reboot will do. Traffic is not charged at this time.

The operator’s line of “black” tariffs was created specifically for those who cannot imagine their smartphone or tablet without high-speed Internet:

  1. Black. Allows subscribers to make free calls to operator numbers in their home region and region within the framework of unlimited and use 1.5 GB of Internet at maximum speed. The monthly subscription fee is only 90 rubles.
  2. Very black. Allows you to use 2.5 GB of Internet at maximum data transfer speed, as well as make free calls within a 250-minute package and send up to 50 SMS messages per month to any Russian numbers. The monthly subscription fee is only 190 rubles.
  3. The most black. Allows you to use 4 GB of Internet at maximum data transfer speed, make free calls within a package of 400 minutes to Russian numbers and 100 minutes for long-distance calls, as well as send up to 1000 SMS messages per month to any Russian numbers. The monthly subscription fee is only 290 rubles.

“Internet to tablet” service.

How to activate a Tele2 SIM card after it is blocked

If the communication card is blocked, you should clarify the reason for this. If the card was blocked accidentally, for example, after the PIN code set on the card was entered incorrectly three times, then you can resolve this issue yourself. The main thing is that you still have the plastic base on which the card was supplied.

  • If the reason for blocking is an incorrectly entered PIN code, enter the PUK code indicated on the plastic. Automatic activation will occur;
  • If the plastic data is lost, contact the Tele2 communication store with your passport. You should also apply here for activation in a situation of use.
  • If you yourself have previously restricted access to the card, go to your Tele2 personal account and activate it by removing the blocking.

To extend the Internet in case of expiration of the package – “Add Traffic”.

If you didn’t calculate and spent more traffic than planned, you can purchase an additional package using the “Add Traffic” service. Tele2 offers 1 and 3 GB packages that are valid for 30 days. You can manage them with the following commands:

  • 3 GB: connection – *155*231# , disconnection – *155*230# , status and balance – *155*23#

These packages can be connected to any tariffs or services with Internet traffic packages.

How to connect?

The connection can be made using different methods, whichever is more convenient for you:

  1. The easiest way is to use a service request to connect. The client needs to enter the command *155*190# on his mobile device, and then make a call to send a request to the network. Activation of the service occurs within 15 minutes from the moment the request is submitted, and after successful activation of the service, the subscriber will receive a text confirmation.
  2. Another convenient way to activate is to use your personal account on the operator’s website. To use the system and enable the service, you will need to go to the Tele2 website. Next, in the open window, enter your username and password to log into the system. When access is opened, the subscriber should go to the section with tariffs and services, and then go to the “Management” tab, just drag the checkbox to connect. Next, an SMS confirmation will be sent to your mobile phone.
  3. An analogue of a personal account is a mobile application that works on any phone platform. You can download “My Tele2” on the operator’s website or in the application market. Downloading and installation are free, but traffic is charged for using the application if accessed from the mobile Internet. Activation is carried out in the same way as a personal account.
  4. If difficulties arise, other methods must be used. You can call the technical support service at 611. All calls are free, customers can receive any advice on Tele2 communication services, and you can also ask the operator to activate remotely. In order for the operator to carry out the necessary procedure, you will need to tell him the number and series of the passport, thanks to which the employee determines the identity of the owner of the SIM card. This method is effective and informative, but it may take a long time for the operator to respond due to busy employees or network congestion.
  5. In order not to call the support service, you should make a personal visit to the company’s communication salon. Tele2 employees in the salon can also quickly activate. All that is required from the client is the presence of documents that confirm their identity (passport or driver’s license).

As for the basic conditions of use, there are not many of them to familiarize yourself with. The first thing that should be said is that the “Internet Package” works throughout Russia. The subscription fee is debited from the main account every 30 days in the amount of 299 rubles. For this money, 7 GB of traffic will be provided each time. The cost of using the service does not change throughout the entire period of use.

If the main volume is exhausted, then access to the Internet will be suspended until the subscription fee is charged again. Otherwise, the client can connect one of the described services, which will extend the speed and provide a certain amount of traffic:

  1. “Add traffic 100 MB.” The activation price is only 15 rubles, but there will be only 100 MB of traffic, which can be used throughout the day, after which the rest will be written off. The connection is made through the combination *155*281#.
  2. “Add 500 MB traffic.” To pay, you will need to have 50 rubles on your balance, and 500 MB per day is provided. To connect, use the request *155*171#.
  3. You can automatically connect an additional 500 MB, each new connection will cost 50 rubles and the option is activated if the balance runs out of main traffic. You can activate automatic renewal by requesting *155*311#.
  4. “Add 3 GB traffic.” This service allows you to use 3 GB of traffic, the volume is provided for monthly use, and the activation price is 150 rubles. To get 3 GB for surfing you need to dial and send a request *155*181#.
  5. “Add 5 GB traffic.” 5 GB is provided for surfing, which can be used for 30 days. To activate, you need to have 250 rubles in your account and enter the combination *155*231#.

The described services operate throughout the country, regardless of the region, except for the territory of Crimea. Funds are written off on a one-time basis, except for the automatic addition of traffic, in which case you will need to disable the service in order to refuse the automatic extension of speed.

As you can see, nothing complicated. Features: all options are one-time - connect once, use it, then, if there is not enough traffic again, you will have to connect additional Internet packages from MTS again. One more nuance. The 500MB turbo button is valid only for 24 hours , then the unused amount simply burns out. But all others have a validity period of 30 days from the date of activation.

How to activate a Tele2 SIM card the first time you use it

Once you become the owner of a SIM card, do not forget that in order to use it you need to go through the activation procedure. When purchasing at a communication store, clarify this issue with the operator. Most likely, employees will activate the card themselves, and this issue will be resolved for you.

Another option is when you purchase a starter package from a provider online. In this case, you will receive a box with plastic inside, with a SIM card attached. In this case, proceed sequentially:

  1. Open the package and carefully separate the SIM card of the desired size from the plastic base;
  2. Insert the SIM card into the slot provided for it in your telephone;
  3. Turn on your phone;
