This service is the most minimal of all provided and is limited to only twenty-four hours of use.

Brief characteristics:

• After activating the button, the user receives one hundred megabytes, which he can use within 24 hours, or until the traffic is exhausted;
• The cost of the service is only 30 rubles;
• Activation does not take much time. There are two ways: via the Internet and a special section of the official website (i.mts.ru), and using a special USSD code (*111*05*1#);

How to disable?

The “Turbo button” is deactivated automatically when its validity period expires or the entire megabyte package is spent. Unlike other options, it is not disabled when changing the tariff or connecting to a service with the same amount of traffic.

Important! You cannot manually remove the “Turbo button” yourself.

In fact, this is even meaningless: the service does not update automatically, that is, it does not debit money from the account after the traffic package is exhausted, and does not interfere with changing the tariff or adding other Internet options.

But a forced shutdown will be required:

• if the subscriber activated it accidentally;
• There is no longer any need for additional megabytes.

If the package is not used up, try to cancel the connection and get a refund. To do this, submit an application through a call center operator or a consultant at the MTS sales office. The amount you will receive after such an application depends on the amount of traffic spent and remaining

Note! The operator or consultant will not deactivate the “Turbo button” and return money in real time at the request of the client. He will only accept the application and forward it to the MTS service requests processing department, where it will be considered in turn within 10 days.

It is not possible to disable the “Turbo button” using a short USSD command. Wait until it is automatically deactivated, or take your passport to the service office and write an application to cancel the connection.

SMS

The operator did not provide the opportunity to cancel the service via SMS message. The previously valid short number 5340 now only works for adding “Turbo buttons”.

Personal Area

The “Turbo button” does not appear in the list of active options in the subscriber’s Personal Account; it cannot be disabled in this way. But you can check its availability and the rest of the package.

The MTS call center operator will not remove the “Turbo button”. But he will draw up an application on behalf of the subscriber to cancel the connection and recalculate the money, provided that the traffic package has not been used up. To do this, tell the consultant the code word or passport details.

Important! Write down the number dictated by the consultant: you will need it to quickly track the fate of the service request in the future and (if necessary) write a claim.

When connecting the “Turbo button”, remember: you cannot disable it yourself. But if the package is not used up, and additional traffic is no longer needed, try to return some of the money.

Operating principle

Connecting the option does not imply an exact access speed; this indicator is identical to the conditions of the current tariff. Please note that if you do not have any discount on the Internet, for example, you pay directly for the traffic consumed, then connecting to the service will be useless.

• Mini;
• Start;

If the device is in roaming, then the cost of the Internet will correspond to standard prices, while traffic will be deducted from the total amount. The coverage area of ​​the service is also identical to the conditions of the current tariff; outgoing and incoming traffic are taken into account together.

When you reconnect to the service while another package is active, the available traffic is summed up, however, the validity period of the old data package is not extended. In fact, two services are activated at the same time, and the one with the least amount of traffic is consumed first, and only after the limit has been exhausted or the validity period has expired, the use of the second begins.

You can check the remaining traffic by dialing *111*217# and pressing the call button. Once the limit is reached, the service is automatically disabled.

If there is remaining traffic on the current tariff, the “Turbo button” limit will be used up, and then the main one. For this reason, it is recommended to connect a new service only in cases where the old one has already ended or is close to ending.

Advantages and disadvantages

Considering the pros and cons of the “Turbo button” from MTS, it is worth noting that it is almost impossible to detect negative aspects. The service allows you to be in the access zone and use the World Wide Web even if you do not pay for the basic traffic package.
