Subscription fee
In the first month of using the “X” tariff plan, 12.33 rubles are debited daily from subscribers in Ryazan and the Ryazan region. From the 2nd month the subscription fee is 370 rubles/month. When connecting, the following conditions are available:
- 100 minutes.
- 200 SMS.
- 7 GB of Internet traffic.

When connecting to a tariff, 7 GB of Internet traffic per month is provided, which is not consumed when using the following resources:
- Skype, MTS Connect.
- YouTube, Instagram.
- Facebook, Twitter, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki.
- Viber, WhatsApp, Snapchat.
- Other services: Yandex.Music, Apple Music, Google Music, Zvooq, MTS Music, App Store, Google Play, Twitch, World of Tanks Blitz, World of Tanks, World of Warships, War Thunder, Tanki X and Tanki Online, The Division , Rainbow Six: Siege, Scull and Bones (2018), TikTok.
Many services use third-party resources, the traffic of which will be paid for - debited from the main package (7 GB). Please take this into account.
Calls
Subscribers of tariff “X” are provided with 100 minutes of calls per month free of charge. After the limit is exhausted, the fee per minute of conversation is:
- For MTS subscribers, regardless of region - 0.00 rubles.
- For other operators of Ryazan and the Ryazan region - 2.00 rubles.
Important! Calls to other regions to phones of other operators are not included in the main package of the “X” tariff plan and are paid for each call separately, immediately upon activation of the tariff. The cost of 1 minute for such a call is 5.50 rubles/min.
Calls to other countries
The cost of a minute of conversation from Ryazan to Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan on the “X” tariff plan is 35 rubles/min. To Abkhazia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, South Ossetia - 40 rubles. Calling Europe costs 60 rubles. All other countries - 80 rubles per minute.
SMS messages
After exhausting the main limit (200 SMS), the fee for a message within Ryazan and the Ryazan region is 2.00 rubles.
SMS to other regions are not included in the main package and cost RUB 2.80. for the message. Send SMS to other countries - 8.00 rubles. The cost of MMS messages is 9.90 rubles.
