Their price accordingly depends on the amount of traffic purchased - the more additional gigabytes, the higher the cost. But the more megabytes in the purchased Internet package, the cheaper the cost per MB. The price in each region may differ, so you can check the cost on the official website or by calling the operator.

Extend traffic on MTS by 100 MB

A 100 MB package is enough for a variety of purposes, for example, for several hours of leisurely surfing or for working with email. If you don’t have enough hundreds of megabytes of traffic for work or entertainment, use the “Turbo button 100 MB” option. The option is valid for 24 hours from the moment of activation; it is disabled automatically .
In order to increase Internet traffic on MTS by 100 MB, dial the USSD command *111*05*1# or send an SMS with the text 05 to the free service number 5340. The cost of connecting to this additional package will be 30 rubles.

How to check the balance of the MTS package

There are many options to check the balance of the Internet package on MTS. The easiest way to do this is through your MTS Personal Account, since balances are displayed there for all your options for using traffic - according to your tariff, connected options and additional Internet packages. But if you don’t have a computer at hand right now, it’s inconvenient to go online from a phone or tablet, and you haven’t installed the MTS LC mobile application, then all you can do is use USSD commands. Increase traffic by 500 MB

How to extend Internet traffic on MTS by 500 MB? There is nothing simpler, because the network has the “Turbo button 500 MB” option, which provides an Internet package of this size. Unlike the previous option, this option is valid not for one day, but for 30 days, which is even more profitable. The cost of connecting to the package is 95 rubles.

In order to receive an additional 500 MB of Internet traffic for 30 days, you need to dial the USSD command *167# or send an SMS with the text 167 to the short service number 5340. The traffic package will be provided for 30 days immediately after connecting the option. Shutdown, as in all options, is automatic.

Additional package for Smart tariffs from MTS

Another option is the “ Smart for your own ” option - you just need to activate it once, and then it will automatically connect you to 500 megabytes of traffic for 75 rubles (for all tariff plans except: Smart Nonstop, Smart Top and Smart+ - it connects there 1 GB for 150 rubles), as soon as the previous volume runs out. In total, you can use no more than 7 bonus Gigabytes per calendar month (that’s 15 such packages). Moreover, in your Personal Account you will see all this additional Internet, but in fact no more than 500 MB is active at any given time. You can, of course, simply not activate it or turn it off, but this is cheaper than the same volume in Turbo buttons, so in some cases it may be more profitable.

Profitable, convenient, as it costs less than Turbo buttons. But there are only two proposals and their pitfalls. You can connect an additional 500 MB or 1 GB of traffic monthly. The cost, respectively, is 75 and 120 rubles per month. Plus - it's cheaper, minus - this subscription fee will be charged monthly until you turn off the service (read how to do this below). • 500 MB (75 rub/month) - using USSD combination *111*526# or SMS to number 5260 with the text “111” ;
• 1 GB (120 rubles/month) - using the command *111*527# or sending “111” to the short number 5720 .

The first time the subscription fee will be charged immediately for the entire month, then on the date you activate this tariff option. With the USSD command *217# you can check your balance within the framework of this service at any time.
If you change the tariff, including to another from the Smart line, the option will be disabled and you will need to connect to it again. If you haven’t used up all the traffic in a month, it burns out and doesn’t move on to the next one.

Add 2 GB of traffic to MTS

Are you spending a lot of Internet traffic? Then you can extend the speed on MTS using the “Turbo button 2 GB” option. This is a more substantial package that will be enough for many purposes. The validity period, as in the previous version, is 30 days. The cost of connecting the option is 300 rubles.

In order to receive an additional 2 GB of Internet traffic for 30 days, you need to dial the USSD command *168# or send an SMS with the text 168 to the short free number 5340. The traffic package will be automatically disabled 30 days after connection (if it is not exhausted earlier, which is valid for all “Turbo buttons” presented in the review).

For smartphone

Tariff lines for telephones provide a variety of plans with and without a subscription fee. Some tariffs include Internet traffic, others do not. In the first case, when the network limit is exhausted, you can connect an increased package; in the second, in principle, you can connect an Internet package in order to save your communication budget. Before adding the option to your mobile phone, you should read the rules for connecting and using the service.

Mini, Maxi, VIP Internet packages

Each of the presented packages has an automatic traffic extension function after the main limit has been exhausted. You can use additional access, which is much more expensive than the main volume, or connect a package with a large number of megabytes.

To disable the additional options Mini, Maxi or VIP, in a short request, instead of 1, type 2. At night, the user needs to track the time spent on the network.

Attention! By night period the operator means the time from 0:00 to 7:00 hours.

Connecting an additional amount of Internet resource after using up the Mini, Maxi, VIP package cannot be done more than 15 times within a month. When roaming around the country, 50 rubles per day is charged for using activated traffic.

Internet packages from the Bit line

These packages differ from the previous line in smaller volumes and, accordingly, lower prices. The principle of their activation is similar to the previous options.

On tariff plans “Red Energy”, “Your Country”, “Super MTS”, “My Friend”, the additional Internet Super Bit SMART is connected automatically. The operator provides 3 gigabytes of traffic for a month for a daily fee of 12 rubles. As soon as the main amount is spent, a 500 MB package will become available to the user.

Turbo button 100 MB

The minimum amount of additional traffic that an operator from the Turbo - Button line is ready to offer is 0.1 GB. It is convenient to activate the service if there are several days left before the main package is credited, and the need for the Internet is very high. A resource of 100 MB is enough to view the latest news or monitor email. Activation of the Turbo button is performed:

For a relatively small amount of traffic, the operator will write off 30 rubles at the time the function is activated. The service will automatically terminate if:

• the entire additional limit has been exhausted;
• 24 hours have passed since the service was activated, even if there are megabytes left in the account.

You can use the Turbo button resource while moving throughout the country. As soon as the subscriber enters the international roaming zone, payment for the Internet connection will be made according to the connected contract.

Additional access for the phone is always used up first, even with the existing basic Internet package. This should be taken into account if the subscriber actively connects options for accessing the virtual space.

Turbo button 500MB

For more active users of social networks, the Turbo button option with a resource of 0.5 GB is available. Increased traffic can be connected under the following conditions:

If the client consumes megabytes before the service expires, the service is considered fully completed and is automatically disabled. Activation is done:

Adding 20 GB traffic

There is an excellent solution for modem users that will allow you to connect the largest traffic package of 20 GB. The cost of such a service is 900 rubles, and the connection duration is 30 days. For “Turbo button 20GB” connections, you will need to send a USSD request *469#, or send a free SMS with the text 469 to the short number 5340.

When two or more identical packages are connected, their volumes are summed up, and the validity period is set by the last connected package. When two or more different packages are connected, the lowest options get priority, the validity period is set by the validity period of the oldest package (it will be used last).

For modem device

When we are not talking about megabytes, but a significant amount of traffic, MTS offers to extend the mobile Internet by 5 or 20 gigabytes at once. Similar services are activated for modem devices. The function is connected in the usual ways established by Mobile Telesystems.

Turbo button 5 GB

The conditions for using the additional 5 GB package are no different from the restrictions for tablets or smartphones. The amount of a one-time payment for the specified amount of Internet is written off immediately after activation of the service and amounts to 450 rubles. 5 GB is valid for a month, after which the operator deactivates the option.

To extend the Internet for the modem, the subscriber should dial the combination *169# on the gadget keys. In international roaming, the prices of the main tariff plan and tariff conditions apply.

Turbo button 20 GB

The maximum limit of additional Internet resource provided by the Turbo Button line is 20 gigabytes. If the package megabytes run out soon, it is possible to connect an increased Internet size for 900 rubles. You have 30 days to use up the limit. If megabytes remain after 1 month of use, they are burned. You can get this kind of volume traffic by dialing *469#.

The subscriber can connect several Turbo buttons at the same time. Certain conditions will apply. The smallest package is consumed first, and then the larger one. If the same additional resources were activated, the service will expire on the date of the last connected package.

Option “Unlimited for 3 hours”

Every user has a situation when the packet traffic has already been used up, and there is an urgent need for virtual surfing. This is possible with the “Unlimited for 3 hours” function for modem devices. In conditions of limited time, the client can unlimitedly use the paid Internet at his discretion.

To order the service, you can go to the MTS website or send a request to *637#. Immediately after connection, 95 rubles will be debited from the client’s balance. Unlimited connection is available for 3 hours from the moment the option is activated. If the subscriber still has a small balance of packet traffic, the available megabytes are not taken into account.

Option “Unlimited for 6 hours”

Even more active surfing is available with. The function has some features:

1. Traffic use is carried out without restrictions on megabytes.
2. The cost of 6-hour access to the Internet is 150 rubles per request.
3. Instant debiting of money from the balance upon activation of the service.
4. Ability to see the fact of service activation.
5. The service is valid for 6 hours, after which it is automatically disabled.
6. Basic Internet traffic and additional package are not taken into account.
7. The option is active in the MTS network throughout the country.

The service can be activated on the personal page of the official website. A faster way to get megabytes if the traffic has run out is to generate a *638# request.

If the user is in the territory of another state, the “Unlimited for 6 hours” action is suspended. Internet access is charged based on the established prices for international roaming.

Turbo nights

Do you surf the Internet mostly at night? Then the “Turbo nights” option will come in handy. It offers unlimited traffic at night, allowing you to use network resources in unlimited quantities. The night window is valid from 01-00 to 07-00, the connection cost is 200 rubles/month . To activate the “Turbo nights” option, use the USSD command or send an SMS with the text 776 to a toll-free service number. The option is valid for 1 month from the moment of connection.

The “Turbo nights” option is currently not available for connection and has been moved to the archive.

Connecting an additional package

There are 2 types of additional packages:

1. One-time: suitable in cases where there is usually enough traffic, but one day it ran out faster. In such a situation, the client will receive traffic once with any tariff plan. This can be done through the Turbo buttons.
2. Regular: Suitable for clients who experience difficulties on a regular basis. Once connected, MTS will automatically add volume when the Internet runs out. This service is valid only on the “Smart” tariff plan. They are connected automatically; if you do not want to use them, you must disable them.

This is interesting: previously, customers could use one-time packages of 200-900 MB, but now this service is only available to those who are already connected to it.
