If the subscriber decides to unilaterally refuse services and does not replenish the balance, when the balance reaches zero or negative (up to -800 rubles), only incoming calls and SMS are available to him for 2 months. But if after 150 days the account contains a positive balance (above 0.01 rubles) without using commercial options, the subscriber is transferred to the “Basic 092013” tariff.

If a user of communication services connects or decides to change his number to a landline number, the “Unlimited call forwarding from a direct number” option must be activated. Its cost is quite high and amounts to 300 rubles. That is, incoming calls to a direct number are actually redirected to a federal one, which is why the fee is charged.

It is not possible to disable the option. Cancellation is carried out by abandoning the city number and switching to a federal one. In this case, redirection is not needed, and the subscriber is not charged.

Do unused minutes roll over to the next month?
