Restoring a Megafon SIM card is quite simple.
You can do this in one of three ways:
- by calling the operator on the short number 0500;
- by contacting the Megafon office;
- through the official online store.
Using the 0500 helpline, you can block your SIM card if you lose your phone. You will need to prove to the operator that you are the owner of this card. To do this you will have to answer several questions. Contact any Megafon office and fill out an application for SIM card restoration. Be sure to take your passport with you. The company's employees will offer you to fill out all the necessary documents to resolve your problem. You will then be notified of a date when you will need to come back to collect your reinstated card.
To replace the SIM card through the online store, follow the link https://shop.megafon.ru/ and select your region. On the right side of the screen, click the “Login” button. Then fill in all the required registration fields (e-mail, full name, password) and click “Save”. After registration is completed, go to the “Connections” section and click “Replace/Restore SIM card”. Fill out an application for card restoration. Specify the number to be replaced, passport details and click the “Submit order” button.

How to restore a Tele2 SIM card?
Restoring a Tele2 SIM card is as simple as possible. Come to any of the offices of Tele2, Telefon.ru, Ultra, Teleforum, Dixis, Svyaznoy or Betalink. Buy a duplicate SIM card and activate it using the instructions included. To issue a duplicate card, you will need 50 rubles, which after activation will be automatically credited to your account. When you activate a new card, the old one will be automatically blocked, unless of course this happened earlier.
A passport is required when registering. If you are a corporate client, then you should contact the corporate client department and submit an application signed by the head of the company, attaching a power of attorney. If you have any questions, you can contact customer service by calling 611.
How to forward from a lost SIM card

If a person is forced to purchase a new number instead of replacing it, then he risks being left without communication for important contacts that were “attached” to the old SIM card.
As a standard, forwarding is configured in the phone where the SIM card is inserted, that is, it must be available. If the card is lost, then you can complete the procedure without it. But only if you have access to your personal account or operator’s mobile application.
