Non-public MTS tariffs are special tariff offers that are not released to the masses for sale. The plans are intended for a narrow group of people: for employees of the operator company or one of the corporate clients, so ordinary users, as a rule, are not even aware of their existence. However, what two people know, everyone knows, so information is slowly leaking out. This is actively promoted by people who make money by connecting to such shadow tariffs.

And there is something to connect to: preferential terms, reduced subscription fees, cool offers for traffic and communication. We don’t pretend to reveal all the secrets of MTS, but we will note a couple of useful tariff plans - we need to help each other.

Tariffication

The cost of the Comfort + Digital TV tariff plan is 500 rubles per month. In addition, the operator allows advance payments for 3, 6, and 12 months, receiving tangible benefits.

The subscription fee is debited as a one-time payment upon the onset of a new billing period.

If funds do not arrive to the provider’s account, access to the network and digital television broadcasting is blocked until the debt is repaid.

If payment is made on time, subscribers are provided with the following services:

• unlimited Internet access at speeds up to 100 Mbit/sec;
• 133 digital TV channels, of which 27 are broadcast in HD quality.

In addition, the following equipment is installed for an additional fee:

1. Wi- Fi router – 1 rub/month.
2. Television module – 85 rubles/month.
3. HD set-top box – 110 rubles/month.

In addition to renting, the user can buy equipment at a price of 1,500-2,900, depending on the category.

As a bonus program, subscribers can watch the entire package of TV channels on their mobile device. The service is provided on the basis of a subscription fee of 100 rubles per month.

If the user takes part in the promotion, 20% of payments are returned to the personal account monthly. As part of the program, the home Internet package is automatically linked to a mobile phone number.

Tariffs without obligatory payment

They were developed by the company for subscribers who are accustomed to paying for exactly those services that were previously in demand by them.

The table provides a description of the tariff characteristics provided for Moscow subscribers:

• By sending a message with the numbers “868” to 111.

1. "SMS Smart Package". The bonus option is automatically provided to any subscriber when connecting to the “Super MTS”, “Your Country”, “Red Energy” tariffs. It is available only 1 time; the remaining connections are made independently. With its help, the user can send up to 10 SMS per day to local numbers. The grace period for use is 15 days. Further, payment is debited at the rate of 5 rubles/day. Excludes the use of other monthly SMS packages.

Disabling the service is carried out under the condition of lack of demand, when the subscriber has sent no more than 2 messages in 15 days. The ability to reconnect is blocked.

Manual connection is available via:

• USSD command *111*9009#.
• Sending a message with the text “9009” to 111.

1. "MiniBit". Allows you to reduce traffic costs due to megabyte packages updated every 24 hours.

   
   There is an undoubted benefit - the subscriber pays exactly for those days on which he used Internet resources. Connect with the combination *111*62#.

   When in your home region: For 25 rubles. the client receives the first 20 MB.
2. All additional 20 megabytes cost 15 rubles.
3. Outside the Moscow region:
   Starting 20 MB cost 45 rubles.
4. The next 20 MB - 25 rubles.

1. "SuperBit Smart". Automatically connects to “Super MTS”, “Your Country”, “Red Energy”, “Per Second” tariffs, after the end of the available 3 megabytes of traffic. With its help, the monthly consumption increases by 3 GB. If this is completed, then 15 packages become available, the volume of which is 500 MB. When they come to an end, the subscriber can take another volume of traffic of 500 MB for 75 rubles. Payment of 12 rubles is carried out daily.

You can disable the option via the USSD command *111*8650#.

Connection

To connect to the tariff, the operator offers subscribers three options:

1. Contact the nearest MTS office and draw up an agreement for connecting your home Internet, setting up and maintaining equipment.
2. Visit the official website of the provider, where you need to select the “Home Internet and Television” section. In the list of offers, you need to find the “Comfort + Digital TV” tariff and fill out the electronic application form. A company representative will contact you shortly to discuss technical details.
3. Call technical support at 8(800)250-08-90 . Here you can also submit a request for connection and agree on the time for the work to be carried out.

After drawing up an agreement, the document number provides access to your “Personal Account”, where you can make payments and connect additional options.

Features of corporate tariffs

The main feature of corporate tariffs is the many additional options, privileges and discounts. The manager can choose the package that is suitable for his company.

For example, employees on a business trip need the Internet, frequent calls abroad or within Russia, they need unlimited communication within a group of telephone numbers... All these requests can be satisfied by a corporate tariff. Today there is even a “Mobile Employees” option that allows you to find out the location of the employee. MTS also offers the “Virtual Manager” option, which will allow the subscriber to manage numbers throughout Russia, and the “Corporate Budget” function will help manage services, set limits for company employees, etc.

It also offers legal entities an easy, memorable, in a word, beautiful number. This move attracts many clients, because not a single organization will refuse to have a phone number that will become the business card of the company.

Underwater rocks

The “Comfort + Digital TV” package is characterized by the following features:

1. The Internet + TV package is offered as part of a promotion, so the operator can change the cost of services.
2. When disconnected, all unspent limits are lost and funds are not returned.
3. Internet connection speed of 100 Mbps is provided only at night. During the day this value drops to 40 Mbit/s.

Our opinion, based on customer reviews, characterizes the offer on the positive side.

It offers many TV channels in excellent digital quality, stable Internet access. The only drawback is problems with technical support. Not all problems are resolved promptly; there are delays in payments due to the fault of the operator.

Tariffication

MTS is actively introducing new technologies, abandoning technically outdated ADSL and providing home Internet via GPON. This allows you to increase the bandwidth of your home network up to 1 GB. Of course, the Comfort tariff cannot boast of such speed indicators, but the terms of the offer look very good.

So, for 450-550 rubles per month, the user receives the following services:

• free installation of a fiber optic line, setting up the connection and operation of additional equipment;
• setting up a wireless connection if the subscriber orders a router;
• unlimited Internet access at a speed of 50 Mbit/sec, at night: 100 Mbit/sec;
• ability to download movies in HD resolution.

It should be clarified that the Wi-Fi router is not included in the basic package tariff. Equipment is supplied only at the request of the subscriber and is paid for separately. The rental price is 60 rubles per month, the customer can buy the router outright by paying 1,300.

Please note that only for this home Internet package there is a “Connect for 1 ruble” promotion in some regions. If, when concluding a contract, the user pays for 2 months at once, the first one costs 1 ruble.

New offers

In October 2021, MTS launched two new tariffs: “We are MTS + 500 IP”, open for connection from 10/01/2020 and “All MTS Gaming”, to which new and existing customers can switch for a limited time: from 10/12/2020 until December 31, 2020.

We are MTS + 500 IP

Tariff plan terms:

• home Internet at a speed of 500 Mbit/s;
• 138 channels of home digital television;
• unlimited mobile Internet;
• 2000 minutes to all Russian networks;
• 500 SMS to all networks in the region.

The subscription fee is 1290 rubles per month.

The indicated prices and tariff parameters are valid for Moscow and the Moscow region. Information for other regions can be obtained from the Help Desk or in the description of the service package on the operator’s website.

All MTS Gaming

The tariff plan includes a premium subscription to the gaming cloud service "GeForce Now", home Internet, mobile television and mobile communications at the price of a subscription to "Cloud Gaming GFN.ru" for the first two months.

After connecting to “All MTS Igrovoy” there is a special price - 990 rubles for the first two months. Then the cost will be 1390 rubles per month.

Tariff plan parameters:

• 15 GB mobile Internet;
• 500 minutes to all Russian numbers;
• unlimited calls to MTS RF after the end of the package of minutes;
• 100 SMS within the region;
• 138 mobile television channels;
• home Internet at a speed of 200 Mbit/s.

The indicated price and tariff plan parameters are valid for Moscow and the Moscow region. They may differ in other regions.

Connection

There are several ways to connect your home Internet “Comfort”. You can use the following options:

3. Go to the official website of the operator. Here you can leave an electronic application for connection by going to the “Home Internet and Television” section.

The provider does not charge additional fees for connection; installers’ services for connecting the line and setting up the equipment are free.

Shutdown

To refuse further use of the tariff, the user is offered the following methods:

1. Switch to another home internet package. In this case, the subscriber retains the same contract number, only the terms of service change.
2. Completely disable the service by writing an application to terminate the contract.

Both options are free.

It is important to understand that if you disconnect or switch, it will be impossible to return to the “Comfort” tariff plan under the same conditions: all discounts and promotional offers are canceled.

Which MTS tariff is better?

We have reviewed almost all MTS tariffs. The review did not include only tariff plans intended for special cases. They are less popular, so we will talk about them in a separate article, but here we will only mention their names.

The review turned out to be quite voluminous and you, dear readers, really have a lot to choose from. Many subscribers want to know which MTS tariff is better, but no one will give you a definite answer to this question. Each person chooses a tariff based on personal preferences. For example, for some, the Smart Unlimited tariff is ideal, while others consider it the worst. The situation is similar with other tariffs. We suggest you not to guess which tariff is the best, but to familiarize yourself with all tariff plans and choose the best option for yourself.

Any MTS tariff plans are characterized by some technical features, which the subscriber usually learns about after connecting. For the Comfort package, the following nuances can be highlighted:

1. The provider does not guarantee the stated connection speed. Accordingly, any claims regarding the quality of service will be rejected.
2. Free installation of a fiber optic line has a catch: if the subscriber refuses services within 12 months from the date of connection, he pays a penalty to the provider.
3. GPON technology only works in the capital region, but even here, not all apartments have the possibility of such a connection. Promises of regional providers to provide home Internet using new technology are a marketing ploy.

In general, customer reviews characterize the tariff plan on the positive side.

Our opinion agrees with this, although with some reservations. In particular, the provider is not responsible for the speed and quality of the connection. In addition, many questions arise for the technical support service, which sometimes turns out to be incompetent in basic matters.

Conditions

MTS offers 2 options for such a convergent tariff:

— “All MTS Super”: home Internet and digital TV in the apartment + mobile communications with unlimited mobile Internet, — “All MTS”: home Internet in the apartment + mobile communications and 10-15 GB of mobile Internet.

At the same time, the subscription fee in most cities on these tariffs is the same as on similar tariffs without mobile communications. This means that mobile communications are completely free.

Equipment rental for almost nothing:

• A WI-FI router can be rented at a reduced price - 10 or 60 rubles/month (varies depending on the region).
• TV equipment (set-top box or cam module) is already included in the price of the “All MTS Super” tariff.
• TV equipment for the second (third, fourth) TV in the apartment - only 10 rubles/month, there is no additional payment for the Multiroom service.

The price can be further reduced:

• Receive a free first month of service when you top up your account with 300 rubles.
• Sign up for automatic payment and get a 10% discount for 6 months.

Spin off:

• “Discount for friends”: up to 90% discount on mobile communications for 5 numbers for family and friends.
• “Shared package” - the ability to share Internet packages, minutes and SMS included in the tariff with several subscribers. That is, mobile communications can be free not only for you, but also for your family members or friends.

What are the dangers of using hidden tariffs?

The main problem faced by subscribers connecting new numbers to hidden MTS tariffs is issuing a card for another individual. In this case, if the SIM card is lost or blocked, nothing can be done, since to manage it through the sales office, you must provide the owner’s passport.

It should be remembered that the mobile communications market is full of scammers who, under the guise of official MTS partners, are trying to profit from the operator’s clients. In order not to lose money and not become a victim of criminals, you must use only proven resources and in no case buy SIM cards in person without registering delivery and having the appropriate documentation.

Otherwise, there are no particular difficulties with such tariffs.

The operator, like many other companies, offers its customers different tariff packages. Some of them are not available to a wide range of people, that is, they are hidden and not released for mass sales. Connecting them allows you to save a lot on communications and take advantage of promotional conditions by purchasing service packages from MTS partners.

Features of the line of tariff plans All MTS

As part of the “All MTS” line, the user receives access to the Internet, mobile communications and television from the operator under one contract. One general invoice is issued for all communication services.

Payment is made using the credit payment method.

When connecting to any tariff, the subscriber is provided with a package with the “My Friend” tariff plan. According to its terms, a person can use communication services and must make timely payment before the start of their provision under the terms of the “All MTS” tariff line. The date by which payment must be made is the activation date of the last service included in the “All MTS” package.

As part of the package, the user is provided with an IP TV set-top box for rent. There is no need to pay for it separately - the cost is included in the monthly fee.

The number of TV channels and their composition may vary.

If a subscriber refuses one of the services, the tariff will be changed. For mobile communications, “All MTS Basic” will be connected, for TV and Internet – “200 Mbit/s + Digital TV”, “300 Mbit/s + Digital TV”, “500 Mbit/s + Digital TV”, “1 Gbit/ with + Digital TV", depending on the Internet speed.

Payment of the Unified Invoice is carried out using the client’s phone number or personal account. The payment deadline is within 20 days. If the money is not received, access to services will be suspended.

If the money is credited to the account in insufficient quantities to pay in full, it will be debited in the order of services listed in the charge details. If the client has an overdue debt, it will be paid first, and then the current services according to their order in detail.

If the subscriber does not use the services within 183 days, the Agreement will be terminated.

If the client does not use the services for 150 days, and the account balance is positive, the money will be debited according to the terms of the “Basic 092013” ​​tariff plan, and the payment method itself will be changed from credit to advance.

Within the line, a subscriber can switch from one tariff to another. If necessary, you can close your tariff plan and switch to separate fixed-line and mobile services.

The “Voluntary blocking” option is available only for mobile communications. It does not work for home Internet and TV.

The line tariffs are not intended for modems and routers. When a SIM card is inserted into one of these devices, Internet access is suspended.

As part of service packages, you can switch to the “All MTS for Your Own” tariff for mobile communications. It allows you to register up to 5 numbers on one personal account and pay for them all at once.

Within the range of tariffs you can use the following services:

• “Shared package” - to share minutes, messages and GB with other subscribers;
• “Subscriptions at a special price” - favorable prices for online services;
• “Discount for friends” - to receive a discount on mobile communications for other subscribers within your home region.

Who is eligible for the offer?

New customers can take advantage of the range of tariffs (except for subscribers of individual developments and users of residential complexes with personal organization of fiber-optic lines to residential premises), if it is technically possible to connect fixed-line communication services using GPON technology.

Hidden rates for existing numbers

For existing numbers of subscribers who have been using the operator’s services for a long time, there are four categories of hidden tariffs:

• "Smart";
• "Ultra"
• "SuperMTS";
• "General".

Each of them has its own terms and conditions and requires a subscription fee and may require a one-time payment to connect. You won’t be able to buy such tariff offers yourself. They are not available either on the operator’s official website or in sales offices for ordinary customers with unlimited Internet.

Services included in the main package:

• 600 minutes and SMS for communication throughout Russia;
• unlimited internet connection;
• calls within the network without restrictions;
• There is no roaming in Crimea, the subscriber uses standard conditions.

An unlimited hotspot is provided as part of the “Much Internet” option. The subscription fee is 200 rubles/month.

It is not possible to activate this tariff for existing numbers in all regions. The service is not available in Magadan, Kamchatka, Norilsk and Chukotka.

“Smart for your own” 10 GB + Unlimited social networks

This service package differs from the previous one in other conditions. The Internet is limited to 10 GB of traffic, but all popular social networks that are actively used in the country remain unlimited. For example, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki and Facebook.

The subscription fee is also 200 rubles per month and allows unlimited communication throughout Russia and Crimea. Connection cost: RUB 1,790.

"Smart Business"

The tariff plan has five options available for connection. Terms and subscription fees are presented in the table below:

Connection is available for existing numbers throughout the country. The provided Internet traffic is not used for social networks and instant messengers. National roaming is disabled. Activation cost: RUB 2,990.

According to the latest information, this tariff plan is no longer available in Moscow. For other regions of Russia, activation is carried out. Connection conditions for other areas should be clarified.

"Ultra for our own"

This service package provides a permanent discount of 50% of the subscription fee for the public Ultra MTS tariff.

Basic conditions:

• 5000 minutes and SMS for communication;
• 20 GB of traffic;
• subscription fee - 1450 rubles/month;
• connection - 1990 rub.

Unused packages are automatically rolled over to the next month, including minutes, messages and traffic. Uniform conditions apply throughout the country and on the Crimean peninsula.

Connection is available for all active numbers within Russia. The conditions are presented using the example of Moscow and Moscow Region. The exact cost should be determined by your home region. For example, in the Rostov region a different monthly fee will be established.

"SuperMTS for our own"

This is one of the oldest special tariff plans that was introduced in different countries as part of promotional offers. For example, in Ukraine or the Republic of Belarus. In 2021, it is not public and you cannot connect to it freely.

Plan terms:

• 60 free minutes for calls within the network, updated every day;
• calls to numbers of other operators - 1.5 rubles/min.;
• unlimited Internet;
• 1 SMS for 1 rub.;
• monthly fee - 0 rub/month;
• connection cost - 990 rub.

This is the only tariff plan that does not provide for a mandatory, that is, fixed subscription fee for one payment period. The subscriber pays only when using option packages.

"General S"

The “General” line is presented in four versions, providing different volumes of traffic and packages for communication within and outside the network. To connect to any plan you will have to pay 3,290 rubles.

The main package includes:

• 500 minutes and 50 SMS;
• traffic - 5 GB;
• subscription fee - 125 rub./month.

"General M"

Package of services:

• 1000 minutes 100 SMS;
• 5 GB of traffic;
• monthly fee - 240 rubles/month.

"General L"
