At that time it was for communication, but now we’ll launch it for the Internet!!!”

I obediently turned off the smartphone, five minutes later turned it on... 3G does not work.

Again a call to Beeline, again a description of the problem, again an attempt to “run a corrective program.” When they were informed that “already launched.. twice.. does not help.. and never helped,” I was strongly recommended to visit the nearest Beeline office and exchange the SIM card for a working one.

I honestly made additional replacement SIM cards, twice! Of course, this had no effect on a non-working 3G in a single tower. I had to call Beeline back several times until an employee was found who suggested “filling out an application with technical specialists.” After filling out the application, within 5-10 hours, 3G was restored, and I received a mocking SMS with the text “there are no communication restrictions in your region, we recommend visiting the Beeline office and changing the SIM card.”

(one day, one of the employees said that he would submit a request to improve the capacity in our area. In his opinion, this could help.. someday...)

6-8 times a year, I was forced to repeat this procedure, only because this is the procedure prescribed in the instructions of Beeline operators. This is an insult to the client.

“For your convenience, your contracts have been combined”

Once I tried to look in my personal account when and how much money I paid to Beeline? And I couldn't. In the “finance” and “details” sections there was very limited information. When I asked “how can I get acquainted with detailed financial information”, I was informed that my two contracts were “merged”, and therefore detailed financial information is not visible to me. And if I’m such a restless weirdo, I want to know everything, then I have to contact the office with a written statement so that the contracts are “severed.”

But Beeline’s expression “contact the office” does not mean “contact any office.” When I arrived at the nearest one (40 km away from us in one direction), with a sad face they refused to fill out such an application. Like, you need a real office, but we are a franchise, we can’t do anything about it.

Well, it’s okay, we were going to the capital, and it was decided to go to the real point! In Moscow, according to the official Beeline map, a “real office” was found, where I drove up.

HAHA! You can’t just come to Beeline with your problem! In the “real office” they shaved me off - after all, you have a problem in the Tverskoy Beeline, but here in Moscow, we cannot convey your statement to them. And from us to Tver (drum roll) - some 120 km one way. Just great! One weak-minded employee “merged contracts” and the client is forced to travel a total of 320 km in order to give the office a piece of paper with a written request to bring the work of his personal account to proper condition!

What idiot in Beeline’s management decided that if a client “merges contracts”, then he should not see complete financial information on his accounts? Who is this sick creature who decided that this would be better? Who are his colleagues, the headless mollusks who agreed with him and brought this to life? What kind of brain damage must one have to deprive a client of the ability to leave a statement in any office in the country? Is there no Internet on Beeline? Beeline doesn't have a fax? Beeline employees do not know how to use Russian Post services? Is it really impossible to immediately send an electronic copy of the application to the appropriate division of the company? Are the carrier pigeons dead in Beeline? This is simply beyond good and evil.

By the way, once driving through Tver, I wrote a statement about the “severance of contracts.” Do you know how it ended? Nothing! They simply ignored him. And not a single employee could explain what the advantage of “united contracts” was.
