Registration in the Motive account is quite simple and occurs according to the following algorithm:

  1. Go to the login page for your personal account. Apply for a password using your mobile phone: send an SMS to 1070.

    Note! The message text can be anything .

  2. Enter the password received in the response message in the input line.

You can change your personal password to a more convenient one after logging into your personal account in the “Change Password” section.

Registration of a new password for accessing your personal account using a personal account number or network login is available only in the Subscriber Department.

Attention! In case of inactivity, the session will be terminated after 15 minutes of inactivity.

How to check your balance

You can obtain information about your account status in one of the following free ways:

  1. Dial *102# on the keypad. After a couple of seconds, the request will display a text message indicating the exact balance.
  2. Send an SMS message with the word BAL to number 1021. Information about the balance will come in a response message.
  3. Dial ##918 on your smartphone's keypad. The balance report will be sent via SMS.

You can also check your balance using the SIM card menu panel.

  • To do this, you need to go to the Menu, select ECC service, then Payments and Balance. You will receive an SMS message with information about the funds in your account.

Logging in by phone number is the most popular way to get into your account. The procedure for obtaining login information is described in the Registration section.

For this login method, enter the phone number from which the message was sent to 1070 in ten-digit format.

Subscribers who have phones with connected business tariffs cannot access the account by phone number.

Motive Turbo button

The service allows the subscriber to use traffic on the Internet without a limit on connection speed within 24 hours after connecting. Turbo turns on for 70 rubles. Connection methods:

  • USSD request. Enter *114*151*1#call. Wait for confirmation.
  • In Lisa's personal account. Open the “Additional services” item, select the desired service and save the entered data.
  • Via SMS. Send a message with the number 1 to number 1005. Wait for a response message.
  • IVR. Dial ##914call, dial 1#150#. Wait for confirmation.

Note! The Turbo button is only supported for the Mobile Internet function.

Roaming

For all Motiv subscribers who are planning to travel abroad, the “Roaming NON-STOP” function works. The offer will allow you to receive incoming messages at minimal rates. After activating the service, a subscriber in international (national) roaming will receive incoming calls at a reduced cost.

  • For the Russian Federation, incoming calls will cost 0 rubles per minute.
  • For foreign countries – 7.70 rubles per minute.

The package is activated by dialing the combination *114*24#call. Activation cost – 12 rubles. Every day 5 rubles will be debited.

Roaming is managed in several ways:

  • USSD request. Using the dial pad, enter *114*24#call. Roaming will be enabled. To disconnect, dial *114*44#call. Wait for confirmation.
  • FOX. Go to “Add. services”, check/uncheck the Roaming item and save the changes.
  • SMS. Send a message with the text ON (to add roaming) and OFF to refuse it. Wait for a response.
  • Dial ##925call, follow instructions, enter 1 or 2. To enable and disable respectively. Wait for confirmation.

Attention! The service is not activated for users of business tariffs: “DATA”, “Business.Internet”, “Dispatcher”.

How to find out your tariff

You can find out details about the current tariff by going to the “Subscriber Information” section, it will contain information about your personal account number and new tariff offers.

In addition to your personal account, you can use the “Informant” function, which will cost 1 ruble. To do this, dial *114*28#call (USSD method). Information is also available via SMS message to phone number 1024. The message may be empty.

How to change the tariff

One-time detailing of completed connections allows the subscriber to receive detailed information on all communication services provided for the selected period of the current and two previous calendar months.

The detail contains the following information: the start time of the connection, its duration, the telephone number of the interlocutor, the direction of the call (incoming or outgoing), the cost of the call, the services used by the subscriber, the total cost of all services provided for the selected period.

When contacting the Service Office, it is possible with any balance value. If there are insufficient funds in your account to pay for the service, you must make a payment in an amount sufficient to pay for the service.

How to order:

To order a service, you must present an identification document to the Company specialist (Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation/driver's license/pension card/foreign passport).

When applying from a non-resident, one of the following documents is required:

  • national passport;
  • international passport;
  • identification document of a stateless person;
  • residence permit (for stateless persons);
  • refugee certificate;
  • certificate of temporary asylum.

Each subscriber can perform a free detailing of the previous (starting from the day of order) three days in Lis. However, it is worth noting that the service remains free if you use it no more than five times a month.

The motive provides a good level of coverage with communication services in Yekaterinburg and its environs. An interactive map with the coverage area is available on the operator’s website.

The map is generated automatically, quickly adding coverage areas after base stations are connected and put into operation in the region. Of course, the scheme does not take into account the complex terrain and the presence of dense buildings.

Tips for choosing a tariff

Having considered all Motive tariffs, we can draw the following conclusion:

  1. If the number from this operator is not used as the main one, choose a package of services without a monthly fee. Or connect the cheapest one for 39 rubles with an hourly limit of minutes per month.
  2. A good option for a push-button phone would be a package. Up to 200 SMS and the same number of minutes are enough for five-minute daily conversations.
  3. If conversations do not stop every day from a push-button phone for several hours, look towards “Tariff 190” with unlimited calls and limited speed Internet.
  4. Using your smartphone, you can choose one of the colored service packages that best suits your needs. Or create “Your tariff” with as many free minutes and GB as you see fit.
  5. The most universal is the package with a monthly fee of 250 rubles and all sorts of goodies on board.
