On May 3, 2021, the mobile operator MTS updated the Super MTS tariff plan, making it significantly worse than previous versions. The fact is that previously, the tariff without a monthly fee provided a package of 20 minutes for calls to MTS numbers in the home region, as well as to city numbers in the home region. And this package was free. You could only occasionally top up your balance and perform paid actions so that the number was not blocked. There are no more of these free minutes... Although, depending on how you look... Today is May 7, 2021, but on the official MTS website there are still free minutes in the tariff description - those same 20 free minutes per day.

But if you look at the detailed description of the tariff, this is no longer the case: either free outgoing calls to MTS numbers or city numbers in your home region with the “Everything is Super” option, which costs 9 rubles per day, or no free minutes. Outgoing calls to MTS numbers and city numbers in your home region – 1.5 rubles per minute.

So where is the information correct and what is the deal? I called MTS technical support, where they informed me that the detailed description was the correct version, but they simply did not have time to change the information on the MTS website page, since the tariff appeared quite recently. And this, I think, is no longer funny. This is deception for the purpose of obtaining profit, that is, fraud.

Tariffs for individuals

The main target audience for the provision of communication services is the operator’s private clients. These include all individuals who use cellular communications from MTS. Let's consider all the offers for this category in more detail.

Package plans

“Tariffishche”, “Ultra”, “Smart Top”, “Smart”, “Our Smart”, “X” and “My Smart”.

Tariffs that include any free (prepaid by you) volumes of minutes, Internet or SMS are called packaged. This category in Kazan is represented by 7 MTS contracts: “Tariffische”, “Ultra”, “Smart Top”, “Smart”, “Our Smart”, “X” and “My Smart”.

They all have different conditions and costs; briefly the conditions can be seen in the table:

Tariff line “All MTS”

This line stands apart from other operator package plans due to its novelty. It appeared quite recently, but has already gained popularity among MTS clients. Why? The possibilities of the “All MTS” line are endless. Yes, that's not a typo. This line includes 3 tariffs that completely cover the needs of the telecom operator’s customers.

• “All MTS” - unlimited calls to MTS within the Russian Federation, home Internet, MTS TV on channel 141, inexpensive communications.
• “All MTS mini” - also unlimited calls to MTS, there is home Internet, but MTS TV has only 56 channels. What's the benefit? The package costs only 250 rubles!!
• “All MTS Sputnik” - are you going to the country? or do you just want to connect satellite TV? Are you not interested in a discount on a 4g router and a satellite TV set? Interested? Then this tariff is for you! A complete set of equipment: 4G Wi-Fi router, satellite TV receiver and 0.6 m antenna for only 6,890-4,990 rubles.

Home Internet and TV

Along with mobile communications services, MTS also provides fixed-line communications services - home Internet and television. Connection is available in Barnaul, Biysk, Vlasikha, Yuzhny and Sibirsky.

You can connect only the Internet, only TV, or a comprehensive offer in which the Internet and digital television will be combined into one. It is more profitable to buy packages; the subscription fee for them is reduced. In the Altai Territory, MTS offers the following packages:

When using digital television, you can buy or rent a set-top box. Equipment rental will cost an additional 10 rubles. per month. The purchase price will be 2900 rubles. It is possible to connect television via a CAM module. Rent is the same as for a set-top box - 10 rubles, purchase costs 1300 rubles.

If necessary, you can connect set-top boxes for additional TVs:

• When connecting digital television, the cost of renting 1 additional set-top box will be 160 rubles. per month;
• when connecting interactive television, the cost will be 270 rubles.

No monthly fee

Tariff "Super MTS"

Most often, children and seniors choose offers that do not have monthly payments. In Tatarstan this is the “Super MTS” tariff. It allows you to make conversations within the subject even more profitable. Without connecting additional options, there is no monthly fee, but calls will not be free either.

The cost of calls to MTS numbers of the connection subject will be 75 kopecks per minute. Unlimited communication within the operator within the region is ensured by activating the additional option “Everything is super”. The number of free minutes is not limited. You will have to pay 6 rubles/day for an additional service.

Calls to MTS numbers in other cities cost 3 rubles/min. Calls to other local operators will cost 1.75 rubles per minute, long-distance calls – 12 rubles. International connections do not have a fixed price. The cost varies depending on which country the call is directed to. Calls with subscribers from the CIS countries are the cheapest - 39 rubles / min., Europe is a little more expensive - 49 rubles / m. Calls to other countries will cost 70 rubles per minute.

Without activation, the Internet is provided in 20 MB packages. Each volume costs 25 rubles. With the option enabled, the user will receive 100 MB of traffic every day.

The tariff can be changed using the combination *111*8888*1# or through your personal account.

Tariff "Guest"

For those who came to Tatarstan for a short time from the CIS countries, South Korea or Vietnam, a “Guest” tariff has been created. It is also suitable for those subscribers who often call international destinations. The plan has no subscription fee and provides a discount on connections to residents of foreign countries. Connects via the command *111*741*1#.

The cost of calls to local phones will be 1.7 rubles/min. regardless of the operator. Calls to other constituent entities of the Russian Federation will cost 5 rubles per minute. Rates for calls abroad:

• MTS Armenia (30 min. per day) – 3 rubles. Over volume – 5 rubles;
• MTS Ukraine, China, Kazakhstan Kcell – 3.5 rubles;
• Tajikistan Tcell – 4.5 rubles;
• South Ossetia, Kyrgyzstan, the rest of Kazakhstan and Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Abkhazia - 12 rubles;
• Uzbekistan – 6 rubles;
• South Korea and Vietnam - 5 rubles;
• other numbers in Armenia and Ukraine, Georgia – 20 rubles;
• Azerbaijan and Belarus – 25 rubles;

For other countries, basic prices apply.

Messages can be sent to CIS countries at a discount. The cost will be 2 rubles/piece. In Russia, SMS will cost 1.5 rubles. Internet is provided at 20 MB. The price of each package is 25 rubles.

How to switch to the Super MTS tariff plan

If until recently you used a different tariff plan, and for some reason it no longer suited you, it will be useful for you to find out how to connect Super MTS from a different tariff. To do this you need:

1. Use a personal account registered on the official website of the mobile operator.
2. Use the convenient “My MTS” application on your phone.
3. Call the 24-hour customer service center at 0890 and ask a specialist for help to transfer to “Super”.
4. Visit the nearest Mobile TeleSystems store and buy a new starter package with the required tariff.
5. The command to switch to the Super MTS tariff plan is *888# and the call button.

The transition to a new tariff will be free if the last change to the terms of service was made more than a month ago.

Corporate rates

Running a business requires using standard mobile tariffs and specialized contracts for the Internet and managing remote equipment and smart devices.

For smartphone

Mobile communications for corporate clients are represented by the “Smart Business” line. Each tariff from the line has several free packages and different monthly costs:

1. “Start” is an inexpensive plan in the “Smart Business” series. Its cost is 350 rubles/month. For this amount, 500 minutes, 300 SMS and 5 GB of traffic are available. Calls and messages from the package are spent on both local and long-distance destinations. Connects via the command *111*184#. Unlimited is provided for conversations within the contract and traffic in instant messengers. Valid at home and while traveling.
2. “M” includes 1000 SMS and 1200 minutes to any phone number in the country. Traffic is available at 15 GB. The cost of this volume is 600 rubles. Activation via combination *111*509#. The Internet can be shared with other devices. Conversations within one contract and instant messengers without restrictions. The coverage area is all of Russia.
3. Smart business “L” costs 1000 rubles/month. The subscription fee includes 2000 messages and minutes, and 25 GB of Internet. Connects via *111*529#. Unlimited communication between employees and instant messengers. Valid when roaming within the country.
4. “XL” allows you to save on cellular communications not only in your own country, but also in international roaming. Connects via request *111*293#. When traveling around the world, you don’t have to pay for incoming calls for the first 10 minutes. Monthly payment 1500 rubles. It includes 5000 minutes, 3000 SMS and 30 GB of Internet. Traffic is not wasted in instant messengers. Calls between employees are free. The coverage area is the entire country.
5. “Unlimited” costs 2800 rubles. The amount includes 5000 SMS and 40 GB. Calls of any direction have no restrictions and are free. The first 10 minutes of incoming calls abroad are free. Connection combination *111*478#. Traffic in instant messengers is not charged. Communication between employees is unlimited.

There are general prices for the entire line:

• calls with local subscribers after spending free minutes - 1.5 rubles per minute;
• long-distance calls - 10 rubles;
• SMS within the region of connection - 1.7 rubles/piece;
• SMS to other constituent entities of the Russian Federation - 2.8 rubles.

Internet for business

We have developed our own offers for tablets, modems or routers that are necessary for running a business.

The “For Tablet” tariff is similar to the contract for private subscribers. The basic price also includes a traffic package and an additional service to choose from. Subscription fee is 400 rubles monthly. Internet is available for 10 GB. As an unlimited direction, you can choose: television, managing employees while traveling, data transfer through a corporate access point and cloud storage together with antivirus. You can join the plan using the command *111*745#.

Internet via a USB modem or router is provided by the Business Connect tariff. Connects only in your personal account or using a virtual assistant. Plan benefits:

• You can share traffic with several devices;
• Internet volume can reach 100 GB per month;
• 50 GB cloud storage and antivirus.

The cost varies depending on the connected additional options:

If none of the functions are activated, then access to the network is provided through the “Internet for a day” option. Its cost is 50 rubles/day.

Calls to all local numbers and MTS intercity numbers will cost 3 rubles per minute, calls to other telephone numbers in the country will cost 12 rubles. An SMS within the borders of your native region will cost 1 ruble/piece, to other cities 1.95 rubles.

For office

Managing remote devices and collecting data from a distance is carried out through the following tariffs:

Telematics

Allows you to manage SIM cards in IoT and M2M devices. The coverage area is the entire country. Activated only through the virtual assistant. The cost is not constant, depending on the connected packages. You can select the traffic volume from 5 to 100 MB. The minimum monthly amount is 35 rubles, the maximum is 120 rubles. CSD packages are available in sizes from 10 to 5000 minutes. The cost of the smallest volume is 12 rubles, the largest is 10,000 rubles. Messages can be selected in packages of 25 SMS for 25 rubles. or 50 SMS for 45 rubles.

loT for business

It operates not only in Russia, but also in the CIS countries, Asia and Europe. Packages can be selected depending on the field of activity. The kits are presented in 7 options:

MTS tariffs in Kazan in 2021 are intended for two categories of subscribers - private and corporate. Choose great deals according to your needs. If you don’t use communication services much, then it’s better to take a closer look at free plans. Package tariffs are more suitable for active Internet users and those who often call other regions.

How to disable the Super MTS service

According to statistics, not all subscribers who connected Super MTS were satisfied with the conditions offered within the tariff. Probably, the company provided this option, since to deactivate the service you just need to switch to a new tariff, after which “Super” will be automatically disabled.

If, when using this tariff, you have a problem with how to turn off the Internet on Super MTS, then you can solve it like this:

1. Dial a simple command *111*8649# and press the call button. Information about the success of the operation will come in a text notification in a few seconds.
2. Send an SMS notification containing the text 8649 to the number 111.

Complete deactivation of the service will occur within one day after sending the request.

Possibility to save on calls

Full information about the “Super MTS” tariff allows us to conclude that the company’s clients have the opportunity to activate the additional function “Call for free to MTS Russia 100”. Once the service is activated, the client will receive 100 free minutes per day for on-net calls in the home region, as well as for calls to landline numbers. In addition, the subscriber is offered 100 minutes to MTS numbers in other cities. The connection conditions are as follows:

1. The cost of the tariff upon connection is 3.50 rubles.
2. The fee for one day is 3.50 rubles.
3. The cost of connection is already included in the payment for the first day of using the option.
