A distinctive feature of the offer is the ability to share the listed packages with loved ones by linking their SIM cards to the subscriber’s phone.
Tariff "X"
Tariff “X” is distinguished by unlimited access to popular virtual services, including social networks, instant messengers, video services and music mobile applications. Additionally, users have access to:
- 7 GB;
- 100 minutes;
- 200 messages;
- 44 TV channels.
All of the above will cost the SIM card owner 600 rubles. Activation is performed by the combination *111*1010*1#.
"Smart"
“Smart” is the most budget MTS tariff in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk in 2021. For 300 rubles clients receive:
- unlimited calls to MTS areas;
- 300 minutes and sms;
- 5 GB;
- 44 TV channels.
To switch to the described conditions, you need to use the USSD request *111*1024*1#.
"Ultra"
“Ultra” is the exact opposite of the “Smart” tariff plan described above. This name hides premium service and solid packages:
- unlimited traffic;
- 3000 minutes and messages;
- TV.
The fee for the specified communication parameters will be 2200 rubles. monthly, you can activate premium conditions using the combination *111*777*1#.

On May 14, subscribers of the largest Russian telecommunications operator and digital provider discovered unauthorized expenses in their personal accounts. In all cases, this was due to the sending of SMS messages every minute to the number +7 914 743-3333 (Sakhalin region). The cost of one message varied from 3 to 4 rubles. The total amount of expenses ranged from 900 to 1000 rubles.
User phone logs are blank - no sending data.
Most people who encountered this fact left applications on the MTS website.
One of the users posted a response from technical support:
Your claim 1-680ххххххххх (the claim number is in the editorial office) has been processed.
Dear Customer, we inform you that the reason for outgoing SMS messages could be a malfunction of your telephone device or the presence of malicious software on your telephone device. We advise you to contact any authorized service center to test your telephone. We sincerely regret the situation that has arisen. We hope that it will not affect our future cooperation.
This is the number! Ay, well done! This is the best that any technical support can do, especially considering that write-offs are reported in the personal account:
those who “sent messages” were carried out even after the SIM card was removed from the phone;
those who have Dr Web installed (i.e., no viruses or threats were detected during a full scan);
and those who do not access the Internet from their phones (did not receive suspicious messages, did not click on links, and did not even call back to unknown numbers in response to a missed call).
I can add a few more interesting facts from myself.
I have NEVER had any incoming calls or messages from the number +7 914 743-3333. It is not in the address book or blocked numbers.
On the same day, May 14, 2021, outgoing calls to another unknown number were recorded in the personal account (which other subscribers have not yet reported)
In my case, all the expenses taken into account in the personal account seem to correspond to the selected tariff:
- Outgoing SMS to subscribers of mobile operators in other regions of Russia – 4.00 rubles. per message
- Calls to MTS mobile phones and all landline phones in Moscow and the Moscow region - 1.90 rubles. in a minute
BUT! I'm on roaming and when actually sending messages or outgoing calls they cost several times more.
Other users also report that charges do not correspond to the selected tariffs. So the assertion of the technical support service that our phones live their own lives can already be questioned, because... The phone is not able to charge its own actions at its own discretion.
And finally - drum roll! – the settings for the credit limit were changed in the personal account. Now there is this picture:
Those. We will not slow down either by -300 rubles or by -1000. Walk like that. Even together with the operator, we could not find the treasured “Limit” option - it disappeared. Here I would also like to add that there were no unauthorized entries into my personal account, since I receive a notification about each such action.
I really want MTS management to launch an internal investigation. Because, well, it doesn’t happen that only MTS subscribers are at risk of any virus. The corresponding request will be sent to MTS PJSC, and I will definitely post their comment.
And to you, dear friends, I recommend that you check your personal accounts and, if this also affects you*, without panicking (!), fill out the appropriate applications through the CHAT of the mobile application or on the MTS website. According to most responses, so far these write-offs are only shown in expenses. In my case, the balance is still positive, but I’m not an indicator here, because... My debits may be delayed.
* I will also be grateful if you can add some facts about this situation (for example, similar replies from the technical service regarding your application / positive answers and resolution of the issue). MTS tariffs in the Sakhalin region without a monthly fee in 2021
Subscribers are provided with only 2 different MTS tariffs in the Sakhalin region without a subscription fee. Such a small choice is explained by the lack of demand for such tariff plans.
"Super MTS"
“Super MTS” does not contain a monthly fee, but includes the “Everything Super” option to reduce communication costs. It leads to debiting 8 rubles per day from the balance. After disabling the option, call rates become as follows:
- to MTS numbers in your home region – 1.25;
- other region phones – 3;
- MTS Russia – 4;
- the remaining numbers are 12.
For messages within the region, 2 rubles are charged, for SMS within Russia - 2.8. To connect, use the command *111*8888*1#.
"Guest"
“The guest card is intended for calls abroad. The cost of a call depends on the selected country, so you need to check the exact price on the operator’s website. Other services are assessed as follows:

- SMS in home region – 1.75;

If at the end of the period (a month for the “Smart” tariff, a week for “Smart Zabugorishche”) you have unused minutes, SMS or megabytes, they are transferred to the next accounting period.

The “Smart Zabugorishche” tariff includes the “Veti” option. It allows you to view without consuming the main Internet traffic:
- social networks: VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter;
- messengers: FB Messenger, Telegram, Skype, WhatsApp, Viber, Snapchat;
- Twitch website.
Important! Clicking external links and having VPN enabled consumes megabytes.
Subscribers of the “Smart” tariff can activate the option using the USSD command *345#. The subscription fee for the service is 5 rubles per day.
After switching to tariffs, a grace period is provided for using the MTC Music application.
For the first 30 days after switching to the tariff, there is no charge for using the full version of MTC Music. It allows:
- listen to music online and offline;
- search for songs;
- create your own playlist;
- listen to recommendations.
After the free period, the option will be automatically disabled. It can be connected using the USSD command *111*959# for 6 rubles per day.
Also, 90 days after switching to a tariff plan, you can use a limited version of the application without spending the main package of megabytes. The limited version allows you to listen to recommendations from music editors online. After 90 days, no additional connections are required, but using the application will consume Internet traffic.
When the minutes, messages and megabytes included in the subscription fee run out, services are paid as follows.
