This is mainly due to the complex relationship between regional operators and the Big Four.
There are more options for transferring money from MTS to Motive, although they will also not be entirely standard:

Motive-TELE2 and back
You can send from an account at Motiv to Tele2 on the website or in the application of the MotivPay system. If the client has not registered before, he must first create an electronic wallet. There are 3 ways to perform a reverse translation:
- USSD service. To make a payment, you need to dial *145# and follow the system prompts. The amount must be indicated without kopecks, and the recipient’s phone number can be indicated in any convenient format (starting from 8, 7 or ten digits).

Motiv-Megafon and back
From Motiv to Megafon, as well as to other Big Four operators, money can only be sent through the MotivPay system. It can be used on the website or using the application of the same name.
A reverse transfer from Megafon to Motiv can be performed in one of the following ways:

Clients don’t have much choice in how to transfer money from Motive to Beeline. The only thing you can use in this case is the MotivPay payment system. Moreover, it is only available through the website or smartphone application. There are several more options for transferring funds from Beeline to Motive:
