  • personal information of the applicant (full name, passport details, contacts);
  • date of execution of the incorrect payment;
  • amount;
  • the number to which the payment was made and the telephone number where the funds will be returned;
  • signature.

The document will need to be accompanied by proof of payment (cheque, receipt, bank statement).

Call the hotline

Let’s immediately say that returning savings in this way can be problematic. Despite the fact that the operator allows you to transfer back up to 3 thousand rubles, by calling the Cool center, the subscriber will be able to apply for a refund of no more than 500 rubles.

Start by returning your money remotely; it is possible to return funds without visiting the office, but this method is not suitable for every case.

If you deposited an amount equal to less than 500 rubles and made a mistake in the numbers of the number by only 1 or 2 digits, then you just need to call the toll-free number 0611, where the operator will definitely help solve the problem.
