What's happening?

On September 20, MTS announced that from October 1, 2021, the “Corporation”, “SMART OFFICE” and “Business” tariff plans will be transferred to the archive category and will become closed for connection.

Subscribers who are served on these tariffs can independently switch to one of the Smart Business tariffs for free until the end of September.

If the subscriber does not switch to the new tariff independently, it will be transferred automatically on October 1. Users will be transferred to one of four tariffs of the new line (Smart Business 1, 2, 3 or 4), based on their current consumption of minutes and Internet traffic.

The tariff package provides a number of additional options that make doing business easier:

1. Business subscription. Allows you to pay for communication services several months in advance and receive a discount of up to 20%. There are three types of subscriptions - for 3, 6 or 12 months.
2. Additional Internet packages, but no more than 15 packages per day.
3. Calls and Internet in roaming.

Reviews about the tariff plan are generally good, but subscribers also noticed two drawbacks. The first is a large number of incoming messages of an informational nature, the second is that a team of no more than 10 people can be connected to the tariff.

Why are subscribers outraged?

In recent days, several MTS subscribers have contacted us. How to connect Smart Business M

To activate the Smart Business M tariff plan, you must conclude an agreement. You can do this:

• In a company communication salon;
• At the MTS representative office;
• By calling the hotline number;
• On the MTS website. In this case, fill out an application.

Before concluding an agreement using one of these methods, you should prepare a package of documents. For legal entities they are as follows:

• Russian citizen passport;
• TIN;
• A photocopy of the certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
• Company details;
• A photocopy of the document on ownership or lease of the premises.

If the documents are submitted by the head of the enterprise, then you must provide a copy of the minutes of the meeting of the authorized body. If a trusted person contacts the operator, then a formalized power of attorney is required.

For individual entrepreneurs, the package of documents is slightly different:

• Russian citizen passport;
• TIN;
• Copy of OGRNIP or USRIP record sheet;
• A copy of documents on the lease of the premises or its ownership.

What is remarkable about the new tariffs?

The operator called the introduction of new tariffs “updating offers.” First of all, we are talking about increasing the Internet traffic included in the subscription fee.

For example, if previously users of the popular “Company” tariff with a subscription fee of 3.56 rubles (35,600 before denomination) had 120 minutes on the network and 100 MB of traffic, then users of the new “Smart Business 1” have 250 minutes and 250 megabytes per 3.8 rubles (38,000).

Tariff plans of the new line include 250, 500, 1000 and 2000 on-net minutes and the same number of megabytes of Internet traffic (Smart Business tariffs 1, 2, 3 and 4, respectively).

As noted in mobile.bel, on three higher tariffs it is available, allowing you to use all on-network minutes included in the tariff for calls within Belarus. The cost of connecting it on both lines is the same - 1.99, 2.49 or 3.59 rubles per month.

Advantages

This corporate tariff has a number of advantages. These include:

• Flexible tariff settings are provided at your discretion;
• An impressive amount of Internet traffic and unlimited communication via instant messengers;
• Unlimited calls between employees within the network;
• A large number of minutes for calls to subscribers of other operators.

It is possible to buy a SIM card with a city phone number at an MTS communication store. At the same time, the cost of servicing a city number is higher and amounts to 1,235 rubles per month.

What to do if you are not satisfied with the proposed tariff?

In fact, corporate tariffs by default are more attractive than their regular counterparts, so there is no need to rush and close the contract.

If you are not satisfied with the tariff to which they want to transfer you automatically, you still have until the end of September 30 to choose one of the tariffs from the Smart Business line yourself.

For voice communication, the user receives 250 free minutes, but they are valid only over the internal network. As soon as you exceed the established monthly quota, you must pay 0.0435 rubles per minute of conversation. All other directions cost 0.109 rubles. For each billing period, 5.90 rubles will be debited from the user’s balance.
2. 4G Mini. For a monthly fee of 11.90 rubles, the subscriber receives 1.5 gigabytes of free traffic, which can be spent on any resources, as well as 500 minutes for calls to consumers of MTS services. If you go beyond the standard quota, then one minute will cost 0.0325 rubles. The monthly fee will be charged each billing period on the connection date.
3. 4G Maxi. The tariff plan provides more voluminous data sets. It includes 3 gigabytes and 1000 minutes for calls within the MTS network. For trouble-free operation of the offer, it is necessary to promptly pay a subscription fee of 17.90 rubles. If the consumer goes beyond the voice communication kit, one minute will cost 0.004 rubles.
4. 4G Mega. After successful installation, the user receives 6 gigabytes of mobile Internet and 2000 minutes for communication within the network. The estimated cost per month is 26.90 rubles.

All listed items are subject to a discount for new MTS subscribers. The cost of recurring payments drops significantly in the first 90 days of service. You can install tariff plans using the mobile assistant and your personal account.

Unlimited, Ultra, Absolute

After the end of the package, per-minute billing begins to apply. Moreover, new MTS subscribers can distribute the Internet for free from their mobile device. After the expiration of the month period, you must pay 0.25 rubles for using the modem mode. There is a monthly fee of RUB 15.90 for using the tariff plan.

   The Ultra contract is distinguished by quite voluminous packages of traffic and free minutes. For 47.95 rubles. The consumer has access to 10 GB of Internet, 1000 minutes for calls to any mobile operator, as well as 1000 free SMS.

3. Absolute.

   
   This is a unique solution for active MTS subscribers. Unlimited outgoing calls to all network destinations in the country, unlimited text messaging, as well as unlimited access to the Internet for a cost of 130 rubles per month.

The titles listed above are top-end and created for lovers of unlimited communication. The network traffic is enough to download huge files and watch movies online in maximum resolution. They are ideal for people who cannot imagine their life without a mobile phone.

Cost of services

There is a subscription fee of 400 rubles for using the contract. If the entrepreneur’s SIM card has a city number, then this amount is increased to 900 rubles.

Once connected, fees are charged every month on the tariff plan activation date. If at this moment the personal account has zero or minus, but not more than 300 rubles, then over the next 61 days the subscriber can receive incoming calls, text messages and make calls to service numbers. As soon as the user leaves this time interval and does not replenish the balance by more than 0.01 rubles, the SIM card will no longer be serviced by the operator.

If you have not been financially active, have not activated services and options, or made calls, then after 183 days the provider will terminate the contract unilaterally and your SIM card will be automatically blocked.

For corporate clients who use a credit method of payment with a cellular provider, in the event of bankruptcy, it is possible to switch to the advance payment method. Below we will analyze the cost of the main areas of communication of the Smart Business Start contract.

Calls

After successfully connecting the contract, the user receives a package of free minutes of 300 units, which are valid in the territory of their home region to the numbers of all providers. Connections via the internal network of MTS Russia are deducted from the limit. If the established quota is exceeded, other prices will apply; we will consider in detail:

1. Conversations with MTS subscribers are not charged and are completely free throughout the country in any quantity.
2. After going beyond the package, calls to all other contacts in the house cost 2 rubles;
3. Outside the registration region, connections to other networks cost 10.9 rubles. and are not included in the general package.

International destinations are calculated as follows:

SMS and MMS

The subscriber has a package of 400 SMS messages at his disposal. The limit applies to numbers of all communication companies, but only in the territory of the native region. This set is automatically updated after one billing period. As soon as you go beyond the quota, the tariff will be:

• 2 rub. for one shipment at home;
• long-distance SMS costs 3.80 rubles for all networks and is not included in the general package;
• sending a message to an international number costs RUB 5.90.

If you are not enough of the established norm, then additional SMS packages are provided.

In addition to text correspondence, the consumer can send photographs, postcards and other images over the mobile network using the MMS function. It only works if you have an Internet connection and a configured access point. There is a fixed price of 9.90 rubles for this method of communication.

Internet

The Smart Business Start tariff plan provides its consumers with a free traffic package of 3 gigabytes. It is valid throughout the country. After the established norm has expired, an additional set of 500 megabytes is automatically activated on the subscriber’s number for 95 rubles. It can be used a maximum of 15 times per month. In other situations, each megabyte will cost 9.90 rubles. If you wish, you can connect special functions for extending traffic of the required size.

In international roaming, a different tariff will apply, which depends on the specific country. To avoid being unexpectedly left without internet, check periodically using the USSD code *100*1#. This command will give the current state of balances in the current billing period.

Guest rates

MTS has created favorable conditions and services for guests of Belarus:

1. Guest 7. There is a subscription fee for a weekly period, which is 6 rubles. For this period, the consumer receives 1 gigabyte of free network traffic. After exceeding this size, 1 MB will cost 0.0435 rubles. Low prices for voice communication within the network and for all other directions - 0.07 rubles. This is an ideal choice for people visiting the country for a short period of time.
2. Guest 30. For 14 rubles you will receive 2 gigabytes of traffic for a month of use, the subsequent period has a reduced rate of 1 GB.
