Transfer of a corporate number to an individual Beeline

Where can I re-register?

To re-register the card, the subscriber will need to personally contact the sales department. After providing a number of documents, the employee will carry out the operation. To reissue a Beeline SIM card, you need to contact an office in a locality located in the region where it was originally purchased.

Advantages of SIM card owners:

  • possibility of locking and unlocking;
  • having access to funds on the balance sheet and the right to withdraw them to a bank account;
  • availability of services.

conclusions

As we can see, the process of connecting corporate SIM cards, as well as compensating communication expenses for your employees, should not cost money also for the reason that this very connection, in theory, should generate a certain income. If the same sales managers are provided with an additional opportunity to call their clients, then it is quite possible that this will ultimately lead to an increase in profits. For accountants, additional communication can always be useful for an “informal” dialogue with a tax inspector, with a director when he is on a business trip... Yes, you never know, for what else! You just need a connection and that's it! And we told you how expenses for it are reflected in accounting!

We wish you good luck, dear colleagues! See you again!

How to apply for yourself

It is easier to re-register an agreement when both people take part in the procedure: the current owner of the SIM card and the future owner. Algorithm of actions:

  • the current user must fill out an application and pay for communication services (if there is a debt);
  • a new subscriber needs to sign an agreement and top up the number balance (for a tariff based on a prepaid payment system).

The Beeline employee will enter the updated information into the system database and the operation will be completed.

Carrying out the procedure without the owner of the SIM card

It is more difficult to re-register a Beeline SIM card in your name without the owner. The citizen will need to fill out an application and confirm that he is using the number.

The entire process takes up to 180 days. Time is given to the former owner so that he has the opportunity to prevent the change. At the end of the allotted period, the operator will inform the subscriber of the need to come to the office and conclude an agreement.

When you sign up for a new service agreement, the physical copy of the card is replaced, so it is recommended to copy contacts from the SIM to the device memory.

If the owner is willing to participate

If the cardholder cannot visit the office in person to re-issue a Beeline number, but is ready to participate in the procedure, then you can change the owner of the SIM remotely. The application is accepted online; this opportunity has become available since May 2021.

The form and example of filling out the application are available for download on the official Internet portal of Beeline. You will need to fill out the document, attach a scanned first page of your passport and send it to the Beeline email address.

The processing time for an application submitted online is 3–10 business days. Once the transaction is approved, the new owner will be asked to come to the customer service department to formalize the contract.

If he cannot or does not want to participate

When the person holding the card cannot write an application for re-registration, the process becomes more complicated. To complete the transaction, the subscriber will need to confirm that he is using the number. Required:

  • information about the last 10 incoming and outgoing calls (numbers, call duration);
  • 5 checks, receipts or statements from bank cards about replenishing the phone balance.

Having this information, the citizen can contact the office and submit an application. In special cases, the company meets halfway and re-issues the contract without data. Such issues are considered on an individual basis. You can clarify the details and algorithm of actions by calling customer support 8-800-700-06-28.

If the owner of the number has passed away

When a SIM owner change is performed due to the death of the previous owner, the procedure can be performed in two ways:

  1. Providing confirmation of the fact of using the card. Re-registration will occur six months after submitting the application. If a citizen attaches a medical death certificate to the package of documents, then a new agreement is signed upon contacting the department.
  2. Inheritance of property. When a citizen takes ownership, he can provide a certificate of inheritance and a passport to the company office. No additional information is required; the contract will be renewed upon submission of the application.

How to re-register an MTS number: all available methods

The actual owner of the number and the holder of the SIM card under the contract are not always the same person. In everyday life this hardly interferes; the user can manage services through his personal account.

However, in some situations it is impossible to avoid visiting a call center or calling a hotline. And this can only be done by a person whose passport details are indicated in the MTS system.

Therefore, the mobile operator has approved instructions on how to reissue an MTS number.

Conditions for changing the owner of an MTS number

The communication provider does not impose virtually any requirements to re-issue an MTS number. All you need to do is:

  • Pay all debts;
  • Sign an agreement to change the SIM card holder.

If there are still funds on the phone after re-issuing the MTS number, they become the property of the new subscriber. Therefore, all financial issues should be resolved before going to a mobile phone store.

Note! When you transfer the dialing combination to another person, the tariff plan remains the same, but most services are disabled, for example, the black list and auto-payment, participation in the MTS-Bonus program is interrupted, and the points are burned.

The cost of re-issuing an MTS SIM card

Number transfer is a paid procedure, its cost varies depending on the region where the service is provided. For the capital it is 340 rubles, and in Omsk, for example, only 100 rubles. The money is debited from the account of the new SIM owner, so it is recommended to top up the account immediately when signing an agreement for a new subscriber.

You can find out the price for re-issuing an MTS number by calling the hotline or directly at the salon where the client plans to contact to transfer rights.

To change the number, the new and future owner of the SIM card must go to the MTS communications office. Both citizens must have a passport with them. Instead, an identity document will do (only for foreigners and stateless persons!).

Note! Driving licenses are not accepted by MTS specialists for re-registration of license plates.

In the salon itself, you will need to fill out an application to transfer the rights to use the number to another person. Since the payment is debited from the balance, no checks or receipts are required. The application form is issued at the salon, where you will need to indicate the passport details of the old and new owner of the SIM card.

The entire procedure for filling out the contract takes no more than 10 minutes. However, the official change of owner of the MTS SIM will occur only after 10 days. If a “beautiful” number is reissued, the transfer period may be further extended.

If the owner of the SIM card has died, most relatives simply block the number. After a few months, it appears in the database and is available for registration by new clients. However, if one of the relatives wants to keep it and the SIM card, the re-registration procedure will be slightly different from the standard one.

Since only one of the parties contacts the communication salon, MTS complicates the procedure. An extended set of documents is required. In addition to the applicant's passport, it is necessary to provide:

  • Death certificate of the previous owner;
  • Documents on entry into inheritance.

Since the procedure for entering into an inheritance, for example, after the death of parents, lasts about six months, you can contact a mobile operator only after this period. All this time, the relative can use the SIM card, pay bills, and manage services.

If no paid actions are performed on the phone (calls, sending SMS) for 3 months, the operator automatically blocks the number. In such a situation, it will not be possible to re-register it. But if the combination is not redeemed by another subscriber, the user with the passport in hand will be able to contact the provider to unblock and change the owner.

How to change the owner to yourself without an MTS SIM card?

It is not necessary to bring the SIM card itself to the mobile phone store to change the owner; just the above documents are enough. If for some reason only one of the parties to the process can come to the MTS office, then the citizen will need a notarized power of attorney.

There are no other ways to transfer a number without an owner. Perhaps in the future MTS will simplify the procedure for transferring the rights to use a SIM card, as some other telecom operators have done, but so far there is no talk about this.

Required documents

To change the owner of a SIM card, you need to provide:

  • general passport;
  • an application filled out according to a unified template.

If the owner is an organization, then you will additionally need:

  • notarized power of attorney for the right to conclude such agreements on behalf of a legal entity;
  • a copy of the company registration certificate of their Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
  • a copy of the certificate of registration of the organization with the Federal Tax Service.

You can view the sample you need to use to fill out an application and download the form on the official Internet portal:

  • “Help” tab;
  • section “SIM card and number”;
  • item “Change number owner”;
  • column "Documents".

The document indicates:

  • personal information about the owner (full name, series and number of passport, contacts) or information about a legal entity (name, form and date of registration, location address);
  • information about the person for whom the contract is being renewed (full name, passport details);
  • item on balance balance (transfer to number or withdrawal to specified details);
  • agreement to pay the cost of the tariff and service;
  • Date of preparation;
  • signature with transcript.

Cost and terms of re-registration

Such a procedure is quite labor-intensive and it is not considered possible to carry it out using commands in a personal account or USSD environment. All operations are performed only by personal visits to the provider’s service centers. Subscribers need to perform these actions in the following situations:

  • Relatives or friends gave you their SIM card so as not to buy a new one;
  • after the death of one of his loved ones, the user received his number;
  • you bought a starter kit on the street, in an unlicensed place, and no contract was issued for you.

Before you start changing the owner of the number, analyze the conditions and restrictions that are set by the operator:

  1. The SIM card must be in working condition.
  2. No debt on your mobile account balance.
  3. Blocked numbers are not serviced.
  4. To register, the user must obtain the consent of the former owner and a power of attorney from him, or visit the sales showroom together.
  5. The cost of translation is 150 rubles. This amount is calculated for the Leningrad region and St. Petersburg. Check with local representatives of the cellular operator in your locality for information. All financial details and issues are resolved directly between users independently without the participation of the provider.
  6. After completion of the procedure, all monetary units on the card balance, as well as established services and tariff plan are transferred to the new owner without changes.
  7. The service is available to all MTS consumers throughout the country.

If it is impossible to reissue a SIM card

Approval of the operation is refused for the following reasons:

  • lack of information to confirm the fact of use;
  • presence of errors in the application;
  • lack of money in the SIM personal account.

It is enough to correct the mistake and provide a complete set of documents, after which the application will be approved.

When contacting without the owner, it will be impossible to complete the operation if within 180 days he claims his rights to the number. Then the number will be blocked, since the owner will be given a physical copy of the SIM card.

Using a SIM card that is not yours does not mean that the subscriber cannot manage the services and number. To gain full access to the capabilities of controlling the balance, connecting and disabling options, you need to contact a Beeline branch and submit an application for renewal of the contract.

Changing the owner of a Beeline number

To understand whether a number has registration, you need to dial *385# and press “Call”. In response to the request, you will receive a message with information about whether the number is registered or not. After this manipulation, the subscriber will understand what form of application he needs - about registering a SIM card or about re-registration.

If a person takes a Beeline SIM card second-hand, he is exposed to many risks. Over time, most users wonder how to re-register a Beeline SIM card in their name without the owner and whether it is worth carrying out the procedure at all.

Algorithm of actions for current number holders

What should a Beeline subscriber do to re-register a work number to another person:

  1. On the Internet, visit the Beeline website, find an application for the correct registration of the number, print it out and fill it out carefully.
  2. Confirm the form. If the owner of the SIM was a private person, the form must contain the autograph of the previous owner. If the SIM was registered with the enterprise, then it is necessary to put the signature of the boss and the wet seal of the enterprise itself. Then he will accept an application to transfer the number from a legal entity to an individual.
  3. It is important that there are no debts under the agreement. You can find out about the financial situation using SIM by calling 0628, or from a landline by dialing 8-800-700-0628. If a debt is identified, the owner of the SIM card needs to pay it off.
  4. When the application is prepared and there are no debts, you need to visit the Beeline office. If the number belonged to a corporate subscriber, then the presence of the previous user is not necessary. For private individuals, the presence of two parties is required, acceptable at different times.

Algorithm of actions for new owners

New users of the old SIM card will also need some actions:

  1. Sign a contract for the provision of services by the operator so that the re-registration of the Beeline number to another subscriber is legal.
  2. With a postpaid payment scheme, the company requests a guarantee payment.
  3. The re-registration service is paid. To find out how much re-registration costs, you can call from a landline phone or from a mobile device by dialing 8-800-700-0628 and check the information at the company’s service center.

What documents are required?

What you will need for re-registration:

  1. Passport for individuals. If the office is visited by an authorized individual, he must present a document giving the right to sign on behalf of the future card holder.
  2. For a delegate from a legal entity. faces of the current owner - an application for re-registration with the autograph of the boss and a wet seal of the company, a power of attorney for the right to re-register. A passport is required.
  3. For a delegate from a legal entity of the future owner - a document that allows you to sign papers on behalf of the enterprise, a passport. The listed documentation is required if the company has an active contract with the Beeline operator.
  4. If the future owner does not have a signed agreement with Beeline for the provision of mobile communication services for corporate clients, the following documents will be needed: a document that allows you to sign on behalf of the company, company documents - a state registration certificate, a certificate of registration with a tax company, a passport.

Registering a number for another person without a SIM card owner

A SIM card is a purely personal thing, which is assigned along with a mobile number to each specific person when signing an agreement with MTS. But situations arise when you need to transfer your card to another person or vice versa.

You will be able to use it, but further maintenance will be difficult. Therefore, you need to rewrite the SIM to yourself in order to avoid future restrictions. The article lists all the methods on how to re-register an MTS SIM card in your name without the owner.

Cost and terms of re-registration

Such a procedure is quite labor-intensive and it is not considered possible to carry it out using commands in a personal account or USSD environment. All operations are performed only by personal visits to the provider’s service centers. Subscribers need to perform these actions in the following situations:

  • Relatives or friends gave you their SIM card so as not to buy a new one;
  • after the death of one of his loved ones, the user received his number;

Reassigning a number to another subscriber

This procedure for changing the owner of a SIM card is carried out at all service centers. First, you should familiarize yourself with all the terms of the transfer; if you are satisfied with everything, you should find the person for whom the contract is currently drawn up. The algorithm of actions is as follows:

  1. To start the replacement, agree with the former owner of the SIM card. Convince him of the need for the transfer.
  2. Visit the nearest sales office in the region where the phone number is registered.
  3. Voice your request and requirements to the consultant or manager.
  4. You will need to provide the passport of the former and future owner in order to use the change service. No other documents are required. The agreement that you previously concluded is not needed.
  5. You will then be asked to write a statement confirming your actions.
  6. Make a fixed payment of 150 rubles. Agree which of you will pay. Usually the amount is debited from the new recipient.

It is not always possible for a subscriber to find the former number holder. He may be in another city or country; meeting him in person is impossible. But it’s okay, you can leave a request without the old owner. But in this case the process becomes much more complicated.

To do this, you will need to obtain a power of attorney from the user, permission to re-register, and have it certified by a notary. After this, visit the company’s office and provide your passport and power of attorney.

Managers will check and if everything is correct, you will receive the coveted number.

Attention! Registration will not work if the power of attorney is handwritten and not certified. It simply will not have legal force. It is also impossible to change the owner using one passport.

Re-registration of a corporate number for an individual

There are often situations when the former owner is a legal entity and has a corporate SIM card. But even in this case, the company can re-register the number to an individual. But the procedure is much more complicated and requires a certain package of documents. For translation you will need:

  1. Visit the provider's service department in your locality by a representative of the company or a SIM card holder.
  2. It is necessary to provide a guarantee request signed by the head of the organization and stamped. The letter is formatted according to the established standard. You can download the corresponding form on the operator’s official resource in the documents section. Or ask a consultant at an MTS sales showroom for it.
  3. In addition, you need to provide a formalized and certified power of attorney to change the owner, which must bear the seal and signature of the boss, a representative of the customer’s company.
  4. You can also write an application to activate the International and National Roaming service. It must also contain the signature of the manager. This option does not automatically transfer to another user. Therefore, you can install it if you wish, but it is not necessary.
  5. An individual is only required to have a passport.

How to re-register a number if a subscriber dies

If there is grief in the family, and a SIM card remains from the old owner, you can write it down to yourself. But this will require a lot of time and effort, and patience. Most subscribers simply do not want to do this and waste their efforts. To reconnect you will need:

  1. Go to any sales office of a mobile operator in your city. Inform the manager of your intentions to register the number for yourself.
  2. Provide your passport.
  3. In addition, bring with you a package of documents: a certificate of death of the previous owner of the number and a paper that indicates that you have entered into inheritance rights.
  4. Write statements according to the established standard.
  5. Receive a new contract and sign it.

Without the listed papers, you will not be able to re-register and change the owner.

Renewal of the contract at Beeline

Re-registration of a SIM card is a procedure that does not cause difficulties. It is enough to collect the papers and take them to one of the cellular centers. Such simple actions will help save nerves, money, and make it possible to use the available functions of Beeline.

Why is it worth re-issuing a SIM card for yourself?

Only the owner of a SIM card, the contract holder, can use the opportunities provided by the Beeline operator. No one else has the right to carry out actions with the card. If your SIM card is broken, it is recommended to contact Beeline to replace it. The procedure can be carried out by the person indicated in the contract as the number holder. There are other unforeseen situations that may arise for an unregistered owner:

  1. The official holder can block the number remotely. The nominal owner cannot do this, nor can he unblock it.
  2. The card owner has access to the funds in the account and can use them at his own discretion.
  3. The owner can connect to various services, including paid ones.
  4. A registered user can withdraw money from a mobile account to a bank card. This is a legal procedure, so the nominal owner cannot prevent this.

Recommendation! To protect yourself from unscrupulous sellers and scammers, you should re-issue the Beeline mobile company card in the name of the new owner after purchase.

What is needed to change the owner of a SIM card?

In the absence of the current owner, Beeline managers do not have the right to issue a card. In addition, there are a number of conditions for re-registration of the agreement:

  1. Availability of a package of documents. This is a passport, a legally certified power of attorney from the previous owner, if he is not able to visit the office.
  2. Fill out an application for re-registration of a number using a special sample.
  3. Pay for the service. Unfortunately, renewal of the contract is a paid procedure. The cost of the operation is 50 rubles. Until the procedure is paid for, re-registration will not begin.
  4. To reissue a card, the balance must be positive. This is a prerequisite for starting the user change procedure. If there is a debt, it needs to be paid off.

For corporate clients, the list of documents is longer.

If there is no possibility of contact with the owner

There are times when it is not possible to contact the previous owner of the SIM. When contact with the actual owner is impossible:

  • in case of death of the owner;
  • The SIM card was purchased second hand;
  • when changing place of residence.

For force majeure, it provided a real chance to re-register a SIM without the previous user. The only caveat is that the procedure takes about six months. Why so long? The operator must ensure that the registered owner does not assert legal rights to use the number.

How to change the card holder without the actual owner:

  1. At the time of registration of the service, you need to know the last ten received and outgoing calls.
  2. When replenishing your account, you need to save receipts. To register a number, the last five receipts are enough.
  3. At the office, fill out an application and confirm payment of the invoice with receipts. Be sure to have a passport.
  4. After the described actions, Beeline managers will call or send a text notification that the application has been accepted or rejected.

The procedure is long, but the wait is worth it. To clarify the nuances and details, you can call the company by dialing 8-800-700-0628. Operators will give answers to the client’s questions and explain in detail the algorithm of actions of the future owner of the SIM card.

Where can I get applications for contract renewal?

An up-to-date application form will be provided by Beeline consultants when visiting the office. If you cannot visit the branch in person, you can go to the website new.beeline.ru. In the “Help” section, go to “Mobile Beeline”, select “SIM card and number”, go to the “Change of owner” sub-item. There are statements for legal entities. and physical persons, as well as examples of how to fill out the form correctly. All you have to do is print out the form and fill it out. You can ask managers for a copy of the application to be sure that the application will not be lost after some time.

There are nuances

Where would we be without all these “nuances” in our business life... The fact is that the Federal Tax Service has one “amazing” property - its employees are always “interested” in how correctly the company reflects the expenses for its needs. In the case of corporate mobile communications, as well as compensation for expenses for it to employees, the Service has a number of requirements, the fulfillment of which is necessary for “reinforced concrete” confirmation of expenses specifically for communication, and not for something else (in case the company is trying to deceive someone) ? Thus, based on the text of the letter of the Ministry of Finance dated October 13, 2010 No. 03-03-06/2/178, as well as the Ministry of Health and Social Development dated August 6, 2010 No. 2538-19 (clause 3), it follows that in the event of a tax audit (no matter whether desk audit or visiting) the company representative must provide the following package of documents:

  1. A paper containing a list of positions of employees who, based on their job responsibilities, need corporate mobile communications. The document is certified by the signature of the General Director;
  2. Their job descriptions;
  3. In the case of compensation for mobile communication costs, the reimbursement certificate mentioned above is provided. Plus, you also need to attach a copy of the agreement between the mobile operator and the employee for the provision of telecommunications services;
  4. Copies of invoices issued by the telecom operator, as well as details (!) of calls by each employee.

There is a lot of controversy regarding the last point. Firstly, call details will give inspectors virtually nothing, if only for the reason that it will only indicate the phone numbers to which the calls were made. Secondly, it will be difficult to actually prove whether corporate communications are used for their intended purpose or not, because The content of the calls will be unknown in any case. Consequently, inspectors do not have to be denied the issuance of details - let them, if they want, sit in it and figure it out. They will still let you take it into account.

Re-issuance of a Beeline SIM card with and without the owner of the number

As mentioned above, re-registration is preferable with the card owner, but is possible without him. What is the algorithm of actions if the card is reissued by legal entities?

Re-registration from a legal entity

If a subscriber uses a corporate tariff plan, but for some reason, be it dismissal or something else, the user decides to transfer his number to an employee, the need arises to re-register the SIM card. What to do in this case?

For corporate subscribers, the number transfer procedure differs only in the number of documents provided, and the rest of the steps are the same.

If the papers are in order, then re-registration occurs instantly. Legal entities do not have to wait six months to complete the procedure.

If a private individual transfers his ownership rights to a SIM card to an enterprise, the process occurs in two stages:

  1. An individual fills out a card re-registration form at the office.
  2. A representative of the enterprise is invited to the Beeline office with the necessary documents to complete the re-registration process.

Instructions for clients

Customers should be aware that the procedure for changing the owner of a number is not carried out on the first two and last two days of the month. These days, operators generate invoices.

If a subscriber has several SIM cards on one contract:

  1. The owner's current bills must be paid.
  2. The account provided on the date of re-registration must be repaid.
  3. The final invoice, which includes not only mandatory charges, but also penalties, roaming services and others, must be paid in full.

If the application for SIM re-registration is not confirmed by the second party within six months, it is removed from consideration and the documentation is disposed of.

Required documents

List of papers required by a person who decides to register a number after the previous owner:

  • passport or identity document;
  • a correctly completed form for change of owner;
  • power of attorney from the company, giving the right to sign on behalf of the company (for legal entities);
  • certificate confirming state registration;
  • certificate of registration with the tax service.

Since May 2021, Beeline has really simplified the procedure for registering and re-registering SIM cards. After the innovations, subscribers can fill out an application on the operator’s website and attach a file with a scanned ID card. Beeline operators check the correctness of filling out applications and confirm or reject the request.

Is it possible to re-register a SIM card in your name without the owner?

It is easier to register a SIM card in your name without an owner if the owner has already completed an application to change the owner of the SIM card.

If contact with the current owner is lost, then Beeline has the opportunity to re-register if consent is given to regular calls from Beeline employees, taking into account the response to them, and the following information is provided:

  • about the last 10 incoming and outgoing calls on the SIM card;
