Like other mobile operators, Tele2 offers its subscribers useful functions and options. The company's clients don't even know about the existence of many of them. So, for example, only a small percentage of network users know about Tele2.
Activating the option will be useful in cases where it is not profitable to advertise your own mobile data. The anti-identifier masks them for outgoing calls. If the function seems interesting, we’ll figure out how to hide your phone number on Tele2 by connecting additional services.
What is AntiAON
Each Tele2 subscriber is connected by default. It is provided without a monthly fee and allows you to determine the number of the calling subscriber. The service does not require a connection and is provided as part of the basic package. “AntiAON” is its antipode - it allows you to hide your own phone number when dialing another subscriber.
This service is used to make anonymous calls to other subscribers. They will not see the phone number of the calling subscriber; instead, one of the inscriptions is displayed on the display - “Anonymous call”, “Unknown number”, “Number not identified”, etc. The content of the inscription depends on the model of the mobile phone and its firmware. You can block such calls by activating the corresponding functions in the black list. If this feature is not available, install the blacklist and whitelist app from the app store for your mobile platform.
Additional terms
AntiAON may not work under certain circumstances. Here is their list:
- One of the subscribers is outside the home region. Or they are located in different regions of the Russian Federation;
- Stable operation is not guaranteed when calling numbers of another operator, as well as to home phones;
- The number will not be hidden if the person you are calling has hidden caller ID enabled. Every operator has such a service, as well as an anti-identifier.
It is also worth noting that you will not be able to use the voice assistant in the Tele2 help service. Namely, to receive the balance status, a list of connected services, and the like.
How to connect
The service can be activated in four ways:
- Using your personal account – go to the “Services – Security” section and activate “AntiAON” by pressing one button;
- In the “My Tele2” mobile application - by analogy with your personal account;
- Using the USSD command *117*1# – dial the command and confirm your intentions;
- At Tele2 branded service offices, present your passport and voice your wishes to the consultant.
– controlled, it must be additionally activated in the call settings. By default, the “Use network settings” mode is set here. To make an anonymous call, select the “Hide number” mode.
Manual control is also provided - select “Use network settings” and control the anti-identifier manually. This is done using the prefix #31#, dialed before the phone number. For example, #31#+7951XXXXXXXX or #31#8951XXXXXXXX. If you substitute a prefix without a connected service (as was done before), the anti-identifier will not work.
To check the current status of the service (connected or disabled), use the USSD command *117#. The response will appear on the display within 2-3 seconds from the moment the command is sent.
Control via USSD commands
To connect the caller ID, dial the following combination *117*1# on the phone keypad and press the call button. After 3-5 minutes it will be added to the number, and you can remain incognito when making outgoing calls.
You can also check the status of the option - is it currently active or is it suspended on the number. To do this, dial another command *117# and wait for a response from the system. The report will arrive as a regular text message. Afterwards, you can connect the anti-determinant or discard it.
Deactivation also takes place in a few seconds. To disable Caller ID, dial *117*0# on your phone and press the call button. The system will automatically create a deletion request and you will receive an information alert.
Features and Limitations
Now you know how to enable AntiAON on Tele2 and start making anonymous calls. But the service is provided with some restrictions:
- Identification prohibition is guaranteed only for calls within the network;
- Both subscribers (called and calling) must be located within the same region, otherwise the operation of the service is not guaranteed;
- When calling the 611 hotline, it is impossible to listen to information about the balance and the availability of paid services/options.
The operator guarantees the functionality of the anti-identifier only if both subscribers are served in the Tele2 network of the same region - when calling to other regions, the service may fail.
As practice shows, “AntiAON” works successfully not only within the network, but also when calling numbers of other local operators. Don't forget to block detection in the call settings - these settings are present in all phones and smartphones.
Another limitation is related to the use of the called subscriber. In this case, AntiAON will not work. This service is designed to identify the phone number of the calling subscriber if he abuses the anti-identifier. It is provided with a subscription fee of 4.1 rubles/day with a one-time connection fee of 4.1 rubles. The service is activated by the command *210*1# and disabled by the combination *210*0#. It is recommended for connection to those who are tired of countless anonymous calls.
Now you know how to connect AntiAON on Tele2 and hide your number. We strongly do not recommend abusing this opportunity and using it to commit illegal actions against other persons. After all, such calls are easily tracked by contacting the police.

Advantages and disadvantages
This service has its advantages and disadvantages.
For example, the downside is that your number is guaranteed to be hidden only in one case - when the interlocutor also uses the service from MTS. If he has a different operator, the data may be displayed. Another negative feature is the ability to recognize the caller’s number (with MTS anti-number ID activated) if you turn on Super Anti-AON.
Finally, you can use the free feature on some mobile devices only if your mobile provider allows it.

The advantages are as follows:

- The service is very cheap and easy to use. To connect, you just need to know the required combinations or open your personal account.

When calls come from hidden subscribers, it is used. If you receive threats from anonymous Tele2 users, you should contact the police. The Tele2 operator does not have the right to disclose the data of its customers before the office. requests from executive authorities.
To block unwanted calls and SMS (including advertising spam), you can also use Antispam.
"Black list"
“Black List” is a convenient tool for getting rid of annoying calls and SMS from any users. It will temporarily prevent the receipt of incoming calls and SMS when the user’s number is added to the “Black List”.
Antispam
- To block SMS spam, use the new free option Antispam SMS. You can block the number of an SMS spam sender by sending an SMS to the number. The body of the message indicates the number or alias of the recipient (for example, 89YYYYYYYYY or TaxiPiter).
- The option is deactivated after sending an SMS to the number. Text format "00". You can remove one number from the list by sending the command: 0*phone to unlock to number .
- A review of all phones and aliases is carried out after sending the request “1” to the number.
When the opportunity to hide themselves arose, many began to try this service as an experiment. Some people called their friends as a joke and had fun, and some even with malicious intent. When the CTN is hidden and the voice is difficult to recognize, people can be seriously annoyed. In most cases this goes unpunished.
After the launch of AntiAON, operators began to receive many complaints. Of course, the company cannot act as an arbiter in such situations.
In case of threats from a hidden number, Tele 2 specialists recommend contacting the police department to protect your interests.
Callers often demand to know the phone number from which the call was made. The specialist has no right to do this. The operator proposed the following scheme: when an attacker makes a call, you need to talk to him for at least 3 seconds. Next, you need to remember the exact time. Then, details of Tele2 calls are ordered in your personal account. If the connection lasted more than 3 seconds, the call will be recorded and displayed in the report. In it, AntiAON does not hide calls, so everything is visible when viewing.
There is one more trick. If an attacker calls from a hidden number several times, you can turn off the phone, wait a while and turn it on again. If you receive SMS notifications about missed calls, then this message will indicate the CTN of the person who called you using Anti-AON.
In order not to bother with such schemes, we developed a special service, which was popularly called “SuperAON”. In Tele 2 it is called “Identifier of intentionally hidden numbers.” The service allows you to determine the hidden Tele2 number in the case when “AntiAON” is connected.
In order to identify the necessary data, dial the command *210*1#Call. Disconnection using the same service code, only 1 is replaced by 0 - *210*0#Call. The cost of the service varies in different regions. For example, in Rostov-on-Don, connection is 1 ruble, subscriber. fee - 1 rub. per day. In Moscow, activation is free, and the daily payment is ten rubles per day. You can listen to information about the service and manage it by calling the short number 655.
"Blocking unknown numbers"
“Who might want to hide their number?” - this is a question often asked by subscribers. It is impossible to answer unequivocally, since the reasons can be of an individual or corporate nature:
- in the first option, a subscriber wants to reach you with whom, so to speak, “the bridges have been burned”;
- in the other case, most likely annoying advertisers and survey operators.
There is an option to get rid of such calls at once, using the “Block unknown numbers” option. You can set it up on any smartphone:
- go to the settings of your mobile device;
- in the call management tab, select “reject call”;
- then turn on the “auto-reject” mode;
- In the blacklist management section, activate the function of blocking unknown numbers.
After this, all unfamiliar calls will be rejected.
Other ways to disconnect
If for any reason you cannot turn off AntiAON using the proposed methods, you can contact the technical support service by calling 611. The operator will ask you to go through the identification procedure: give the owner’s last name, first name and patronymic, and passport details.
Having specified what actions need to be performed, the employee will disable the “Anti-identifier” independently. An SMS message will be sent to the subscriber’s phone about the deactivation of the service.
Employees of the company's communication salon can help you disable the function. Customer service occurs only after presenting your passport. You can find out the address of the nearest salon on the official Tele2 website.
