What tariffs are in demand among pensioners?

Tariff "Zero doubts"

The tariff offers its users to call any number of mobile operators in their home region at a single price - 2 rubles. Calls to other regions of the Russian Federation will cost 5 rubles (to Beeline subscribers) and 12 rubles (to numbers of other operators). An SMS in the home zone on the tariff costs 1.5 rubles, and outside the home zone - 5. If you look at it in general, the tariff is quite good. However, it will be beneficial only if the subscriber’s relatives and friends, with whom he most often communicates by phone, live in the same region as he himself. Otherwise, outgoing calls will be a real blow to the budget of already poor pensioners.

Tariff “Per-second”

The tariff is designed for subscribers who communicate on the phone very little. Instead of standard billing by minutes, there is good old per-second billing here. How many seconds you speak, you will have to pay for so many. No overpayment for “rounding”. A second within a home network costs 5 kopecks, and not only for “friends,” but also to the numbers of other cellular operators in the region. A very budget offer for those who use their phone very little. Taking into account the fact that the first three seconds of the connection are not charged, the subscriber may not pay for communication services at all. All you have to do is dial your relative’s number and say, “Call me back.” Let the children and grandchildren spend their own packages on conversations.

Again, the offer is only beneficial for local calls. If the phone to which the outgoing call is sent is registered at least in a neighboring region (which may be only some 50 km away), then the cost of a second will increase to 3 rubles 90 kopecks.

Tariff "Message"

The tariff was developed directly for active users of text messages, but is now also used as an excellent offer for pensioners with hearing problems. Calls on this tariff are not profitable, but they are unlikely to be needed if a person has difficulty hearing. But SMS messages on the tariff are very cheap. The first thousand SMS messages are charged at 30 kopecks per piece, the next - at 1.5 rubles.

Beneficial only for pensioners who know how to use a telephone keypad and can handle typing messages.

Daily package - what is it?

If the main subscription fee is not charged, then the daily package is activated.

The package is activated automatically if there is no monthly subscription fee. The write-off occurs during connection. An SMS notification will be received upon payment.

If there are enough funds on your balance, the daily subscription fee will be charged automatically between 00:00 and 03:00 at night. If there are insufficient funds, then upon subsequent replenishment of the account, the fee for the daily package will be charged only at night.

These rules apply to the entire line of “More” tariffs.

This is the first, as far as I know, tariff from Beeline in Kazakhstan, where the subscriber can independently select the required amount of minutes and traffic (see table).

Benefits due to coronavirus

During the official quarantine in the country due to the COVID-2019 coronavirus, one-time bonuses are provided at the social tariff.

It's free, you don't have to pay for anything. Benefits are accrued once and are not renewable:

• 300 minutes for calls to any numbers in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• 30 GB Internet traffic.

They can be used until April 30, 2021, after which the remaining bonus minutes per gigabyte will expire.

The “Unlimited” tariff reduces the Internet speed to 256 Kbps when the user uses 200 GB.

Price

There is also a drawback - for some reason you can only connect one number to the tariff; I would like to add other family members as well.

I’m a student and don’t have much money, so the tariff plan was a real gift. Minutes, SMS and traffic are quite enough for everyday needs; if necessary, you can purchase more. The downside is the high cost of international calls.

One-time packages

Designed for use after the end of minutes, SMS or Internet: You can resume package activity by entering the command *355#. It will restore all packages included in the plan. Before you start using it, you need to make sure that there is money on your balance. You can purchase disposable packages separately; the table shows possible volumes and connection costs.

Checking the balance of one-time packages: *106#. The validity period of the packages is until the next subscription fee is charged or 4 weeks from the time of connection.

How to connect

The connection cost is fixed - it is 200 tenge. The amount is completely debited at the time of connection.
