MTS “Your Country” tariff plan 2021: description of conditions, cost, how to connect

Tariff description

We are studying the latest version of the tariff, effective in 2019. This version has been open for transitions and connections since December 5, 2016 - since then there have been virtually no changes in the tariffs. Only prices for some international destinations could have changed. The tariff is provided without a monthly fee, but it has an additional option that reduces prices for calls within the network. Another option will provide cheaper mobile Internet - in the basic version it is quite expensive.

Shutdown

None of the operators have the option to disable the tariff plan. Clients can simply change the offer to another that is more suitable. After switching to the new offer, “Your Country” will be automatically deactivated. To switch to a new tariff, you must select it and use one of the above activation methods. This can be a connection through your account, by entering a request or sending a text message with a code, as well as through MTS employees, in a communication salon and through the support service.

Cost of services

Calls

The cost of all local calls on the “My Country” tariff is 2.5 rubles/min. These are calls to local MTS numbers, mobile phones of other mobile operators and landline phones in Moscow and the Moscow region. The tariff has its own tariff – 1 rub/min, which is beneficial for groups of working citizens coming to work or on business trips from abroad. Calls to all-Russian MTS numbers and other Russian phones cost 5 rubles/min, regardless of direction.

SMS and MMS

Prices for SMS and MMS on the “Your Country” tariff:

• SMS to all Russian mobile phones – 2.5 rubles/piece;
• SMS to CIS countries and other countries – 6 rubles/piece;
• MMS in any direction – 9.9 rubles/piece.

All incoming messages are free.

We recommend using instant messengers and social networks for text communication and sending files - just activate the Internet package or connect to a public/home/work Wi-Fi point.

Internet

Mobile Internet on the “Your Country” tariff is expensive - 1 MB of traffic without modifier options costs 9.9 rubles / min, which is prohibitively expensive. Two options will help correct the situation. The first is called “Basic Internet tariffication”, it provides for traffic tariffication in 20 MB packages at 25 rubles each. To connect or disconnect, dial *111*1430# and select the appropriate item. The second option is called “First Internet Package”; it provides 3 GB of traffic for a month for 12 rubles/day. To connect and disconnect, call the USSD menu *111*1431#. Options can also be connected through your personal account.

Starting services by default

When ordering a new phone number or registering a tariff, the operator automatically issues additional active services. They make life much easier for the client and make his mobile device more functional. For the “ Your Country ” tariff, the following options are activated by default:

1. Call management includes: forwarding, international access, easy roaming, video calls. In addition: call waiting and preferential bonuses when calling users of KCELL and Vodafone Ukraine operators.
2. Internet management includes options that allow you to activate the Internet assistant and mobile Internet. Also included are the MiniBIT and SuperBIT Smart .
3. Other useful options include services: conference calling, “ You got a call ,” and content blocking. The list also includes: “ Call MTS ”, access without settings, BIT abroad , “ Direct transmission ”.

When changing the tariff plan to “ Your Country ”, the list of functions that the operator can activate is similar, except.

How to connect

Let's figure out how to connect to the “Your Country” tariff plan:

1. The first method is through your personal account. Select the desired tariff in the “Tariff” section and click the connect button.
2. The second method is through the “My MTS” mobile application, similar to the application.
3. The third method is through the USSD command *111*182*1#. If less than 30 days have passed since the last tariff change, the cost of the current change will be 150 rubles. In all other cases - free of charge.
4. Method four is to buy a new SIM card at the nearest MTS office.

How to switch to the “Your Country” tariff with number porting? It’s simple - fill out an application for switching on the official MTS website and receive a SIM card by courier, without going to offices. The cost of the transition is 100 rubles.

How to switch to the Your Country MTS tariff

To connect a TP, dial *111*182*1# from your phone or go to your personal account. Log in to https://login.mts.ru. Select the one you want from the list of available offers and click “Go”. Confirm your choice and wait for an SMS with the results.

The operation is free, but only if the tariff has not changed in the last 30 days. Otherwise, 150 rubles will be charged for the transition.

Additional options in the package

We have already discussed additional options for the Internet. But that’s not all – there are two more options on the tariff. The first is called “Call MTS”, it includes 100 minutes per day within the network with a subscription fee of 3 rubles/day. To connect, use your personal account or send the USSD command *111*859#.

The second option is called “Calls to MTS and Vodafone of Ukraine”, which reduces the cost of calls in this direction. It is provided without a subscription fee and is valid on the “Guest” (located in the archive) and “Your Country” tariffs. The cost of calls is reduced to 3.5 rubles/min in the first 30 minutes, then 5 rubles/min until the end of the current day. To connect, dial *111*825#.

Compatible Options

To satisfy the needs of subscribers, the operator offers its customers additional options. Services can be connected and used as needed, but you will have to pay a certain amount for this. “Your Country” is no exception, so paid packages also apply to this tariff plan.

Package of minutes

Among the current packages of minutes for the “Your Country” tariff plan, “Call MTS” is used. The service involves daily replenishment of the balance with 100 minutes of calls. Calls within the package can only be made within the network to numbers in both the region and the country. Activation of the function is paid - 3 rubles, but the cost counts towards the subsequent use of minutes during the day. After that, the operator will deduct 3 rubles from the account for each day.

You cannot transfer the remaining minutes, so it is better to spend them completely. You can activate the additional package like this:

• *111*859# call;
• message 859 to number 111;
• using your personal page on the official web resource.

To disable the service, just send an SMS with the text 8590, and indicate 111 in the “Recipient” column.

Message package

For those who still love to type and send warm messages, there is an option to connect an additional package with SMS. For the “Your Country” tariff you can activate:

1. 100 SMS for 120 rubles.
2. 300 SMS for 210 rub.
3. 500 SMS for 260 rub.

The services operate on an ongoing basis and do not require regular connection. Activation of the selected package is carried out by means of a short request *111*0ХХХ#, where ХХХ is the number of required messages.

The “SMS Smart Package” is attached to the tariff as a starter package. In the region, a subscriber is allowed to send up to 10 messages per day without charging a fee. The option is valid only for the first 15 days from the moment of connection. Then prices apply according to the basic payment rates.

Internet packages

If necessary, the subscriber can supplement the tariff with the amount of Internet traffic. Depending on the intensity of use of virtual space, the client has access to:

1. MiniBIT. Payment for the package is made daily. When using traffic in your home region, 25 rubles per day is deducted. When using the Internet in roaming, but within the network, the client will pay 45 rubles/day.
2. BIT. The package is based on a monthly payment of RUR 200.
3. SuperBIT. Using the additional package will cost the subscriber 350 rubles/month.

Roaming options

The tariff plan does not provide separate packages for activating preferential payment for calls to other countries. As a starting page and “International access”. The options greatly facilitate the client’s communication with other users located far from him.

Similar tariffs from other operators

We found a similar tariff from the MegaFon operator, it’s called “Warm Welcome Promotion”. It is provided with a subscription fee of 650 rubles/month and includes:

• Calls within Russia, to MegaFon numbers in Tajikistan, as well as to Uzbekistan, China and to numbers of the MegaCom operator in Kyrgyzstan - 100 minutes;
• Mobile Internet – unlimited;
• Package of TV channels “Warm welcome” and 4 films per month.

Cost of calls in other directions:

Cheap international calls were also found at the virtual operator Tinkoff Mobile. Here, calls to the USA, China, Great Britain, Germany, Israel, India, Canada, Singapore, Finland and South Korea cost 2.9 rubles per minute, to other countries - 29 rubles per minute. Other operators did not have similar offers, so MTS and Tinkoff Mobile can be considered leaders in the cheapness of international calls. Tinkoff Mobile also provides traffic in international roaming.
