The Free Kyivstar 35 tariff is a special offer from the operator for residents of the region living in 8 regions of Ukraine. 3G online
By connecting to this tariff, the user receives for 55 UAH for 4 weeks:
- 3GB of traffic (3G or 4G, depending on network capabilities in a given location). After the limit is exhausted, the subscriber will receive packages of 50 MB for 5 UAH each.
- Unlimited calls on the network.
- 100 minutes of calls to subscribers of other mobile operators. Calls over the limit are assessed at 60 kopecks/min. Calls to the remaining “landline” numbers are not included and cost 1 UAH. 60 kopecks per minute.
Services are provided on an advance payment basis.
Social networks Unlim
This tariff plan is intended for those who are accustomed to an active social life in the virtual space. The prepayment is 75 UAH/4 weeks, for which the client receives:
- The main thing is complete unlimited access to 6 services: Facebook, Twitter, Wikipedia, Prometheus, MyBook and Smart Kyivstar.
- 3GB of Internet, which is not consumed when using the services described above, but only when using official applications. That is, if you access Facebook not through the application, but through a browser, traffic will be consumed. Upon exhaustion of the main limit, traffic is provided in packages of 50 MB for 5 UAH.
- 60 minutes of calls, calls in excess of preferential minutes are charged at 60 kopecks/min.
- Unlimited on Kyivstar Go TV (Light tariff is provided, you will have to pay extra for using other tariffs).
Unlim Video
This tariff is expensive - its cost is 150 UAH for 4 weeks. This amount includes:
- Unlimited on video services – Youtube, 1+1 video, Megogo, Divan.TV, Home TV.
- Unlimited use of the services Facebook, Twitter, Wikipedia, Prometheus, MyBook, Smart Kyivstar, Zvooq, Fonoteka, Radio Kyivstar.
- 6GB Internet traffic.
- 150 SMS messages to Ukrainian numbers.
- Kyivstar Go TV – unlimited.
Maximum Unlim
This is currently the most expensive prepaid tariff from Kyivstar, its cost is 225 UAH for 4 weeks. What is provided to the subscriber for this money:
- Completely unlimited mobile Internet without restrictions.
- Free calls within your network.
- 300 minutes to communicate with clients of other operators.
- 300 SMS messages to any Ukrainian operators (above the limit - 20 UAH/piece).
- Kyivstar Go TV and Kyivstar Football services at minimal rates.
- SIM pair – the user can receive an additional SIM card (without providing a separate number) with access to the Internet for use in a tablet or modem.
4G
This is a contract version of the Video Unlim tariff. It costs 150 UAH/4 weeks, the difference from the prepaid tariff is that it provides complete unlimited use of mobile Internet.
4G Extra
Contract version of Maximum unlimited. There are practically no differences from the prepaid version.
Smart Region
On July 17, 2021, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a resolution that some regions will be united and together form new ones. Now there are not 490, but 136 districts in Ukraine.

Due to the technical features of the Kyivstar telecommunications network, the territory of the tariff plan may differ by 10 km (+/-) from the administrative boundaries of the specified regions (districts).
Outside your home region, rates remain unchanged for seven days (day of departure + 6 days) after making/receiving a call or SMS from a new location. Starting from the 8th day, the tariffs will be as follows.
- Unlimited calls on the Kyivstar network will continue to apply.
- Calls to mobile and landline numbers, as well as to numbers in Italy, Poland, Russia, Germany and the Czech Republic - 1.50 UAH/min.
- Calls to numbers in other countries are paid according to the terms of ]“World in touch basic”[/anchor], unless another service/package for calls abroad is activated.
- Internet package 100 MB for 10 UAH (maximum 10 packages per day).
Megabytes from the 100 MB package are credited, and the fee for it is charged only when using the Internet.
After each packet ends, the next one is connected. Accrued package megabytes are valid until the end of the day (23:59:59) on which they were accrued.

After using all the packages, you will have unlimited Internet access until the end of the day.
When you return to your home region, call or answer a call or send/receive an SMS to renew your tariff terms.

There is no connection fee. Billing is per minute (the cost of a minute of conversation is paid in the first second). Upon making an outgoing call, on the same day you will be credited with 200 free minutes for calls on the Kyivstar, Dijus and Beeline networks within the region, the cost of the package is 0.37 UAH. The same minutes outside the region will cost 1.01 UAH. Calls to numbers of other operators within the zone and outside it are 0.37 and 1.33 UAH/min, respectively. 1000 free SMS messages are issued per day to Ukrainian numbers; over the limit they cost 0.53 UAH. Please note that there is no subscription fee as such. The subscription fee on free Kyivstar 35 is charged only after making an outgoing call with the accrual of 200 free minutes.
