The situation regarding the peninsula is ambiguous. Currently there is only one operator operating in Crimea - K-Telecom. Russian companies entered into contracts with him to provide roaming services.

Subscription fee – 470₽ . The tariff is valid in the MTS network in Russia. SMS and calls are consumed from packages according to the tariff.

Smart Unlimited

According to the tariff, subscribers are provided with calls to MTS numbers in Russia without restrictions , calls to numbers of Crimean operators - 300 minutes, 300 SMS and 10GB of Internet traffic monthly.
