When service packages within the “Netariff” come to an end, the following communication prices will be used:
- Calls to mobile numbers of any operators, as well as to landlines within the country - 1.75 rubles. in a minute;
- SMS messages to all subscribers in Russia - 3.5 rubles. a piece;
- SMS to any foreign numbers - 8.5 rubles. a piece;
- MMS to numbers of Russian operators - 10.3 rubles. a piece.
Internet traffic is not paid per megabyte. When the Internet package runs out, an additional 1 GB is connected for 160 rubles. If this option is disabled, the Internet speed is reduced to 64 Kbps.

TRANSITION COST - 35 rubles.
This tariff plan is served on the advance payment method by default. To switch to the credit payment method, you must connect. Connected subscribers are also served using the credit payment method. Since May 15, 2009, it is not available for connection.
In case of non-use of communication services (including free ones) and no payments within 150 days (5 months), tariffication of communication services will be carried out in accordance with the terms of the “Basic 092013” tariff plan. At the same time, the client receives the opportunity to make a one-time free transition from the “Basic 092013” tariff plan to any tariff plan in the MTS line that is open for connection. The use of USSD requests is not a service, the use of which leads to an interruption of the 5-month period. In this case, “Credit” is disabled, if they were connected earlier, the payment method changes from credit to advance and is not available. Attention! The “Basic 092013” tariff provides for a monthly tariff fee, which is debited until the client’s personal account reaches a zero balance.
Outgoing and incoming calls lasting less than 3 seconds are not charged. Outgoing calls to telephones of the state telephone network of Nizhny Novgorod and Dzerzhinsk, telephones of other fixed and cellular operators of Nizhny Novgorod; mobile phones of MTS subscribers in the “home region”, a communication session with Voicemail when listening to a message, outgoing calls to 0885 are paid per minute from the first minute.
Calls to PSTN in the Nizhny Novgorod region are charged per second from 61 seconds of conversation.
Calls to federal numbers of subscribers of other cellular and mobile communications operators are charged according to the direction of the region.
The indicated cost for outgoing calls does not apply to calls to short numbers. The cost of calls to short numbers is set separately.
The fixed component of the tariff for a paid outgoing call is charged for outgoing calls to mobile phones in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
Standard settings
If a subscriber purchases a new SIM card with a pre-installed “Netariff”, the following set of options awaits him inside:
- 10 GB Internet;
- 440 minutes to any numbers throughout the country;
- 50 SMS messages.
Exactly the same parameters are specified in the default constructor. The cost of this option in Moscow and the Moscow region is 510 rubles. per month. If a subscriber switches to this tariff plan from an old SIM card, but does not set up the conditions himself, he will receive the following set of packages:
- 20 GB Internet traffic;
- 460 minutes to any Russian numbers;
- 50 SMS messages throughout the country.
This option in Moscow and the Moscow region will cost a little more - 529 rubles. per month. Additional unlimited options, subscriptions and other services are not included in the standard “Netariff” packages.

MTS tariff "Stimul". Description
Let’s look in detail at how you need to connect to the “Stimulus” tariff of the MTS operator. This tariff is the most common in the Russian Federation. It is offered by Europe's leading operator. "Stimulus" has the following positive characteristics:

If you decide to activate the tariff yourself, then to do this you need to dial *111*109# on your mobile phone and then press call. Afterwards, a window will appear indicating that your tariff plan has been changed to a new one. The cost of the transition is thirty-five rubles. If you do not have that kind of money in your personal account, you can pay on credit. But to do this, you need to activate the “In Full Trust” service, and then top up your account.
How does Netariff work?
“Netariff” from MTS is very similar to the standard constructor of the popular “virtual” Yota. Its operating principle is as follows:
- The subscriber configures the amount of minutes and gigabytes using a special slider.
- The cost of the tariff varies depending on the selected values.
- After selecting the optimal option, the subscriber clicks on the “Connect” button, and the selected tariff plan is connected to the number.
An important feature of the MTS offer is an expanded number of additional options. While Yota only offers unlimited coverage for various services, MTS allows you to add paid subscriptions, spam blocking and other services to your tariff.
Who is the tariff suitable for?
The tariff is suitable for those users who make numerous calls in their region. This is justified by the low cost of payment for the provision of cellular services. Also, “Stimulus” will be loved by everyone who is partial to sending messages. Here, too, the operator tried to please his customers.
Activation of the tariff is carried out as follows: you need to log into your personal account, and from there manage your options. But there is another way, which is done by calling the operator at 0890. The tariff plan can include additional subscriptions to MTS services or operator partners. There are a total of five options to choose from:

- Subscription to online cinema IVI. It allows you to watch a huge number of films, TV series and cartoons in the highest quality, without advertising and without speed limits. Subscription costs 349 rubles. per month and is valid on five devices at once - you can watch movies with the whole family without interfering with each other.
- “Books” subscription to the MTS Library service. This option includes over 270,000 books of different genres. You can read not only fiction, but also useful literature - for example, popular science books or business manuals. Subscription costs 349 rubles. per month.
Paid subscriptions can be combined with each other in any combination. The only limitation is that it is impossible to purchase “Super” and “Super+” for MTS TV at the same time, because these options are mutually exclusive.
When purchasing a subscription, the subscriber also receives completely unlimited traffic in the selected service when using mobile Internet from MTS.

The first step is to understand who it is suitable for. It will definitely appeal to those who are used to paying for communication services as they are used and only for what is needed. It is clear that Stimul does not provide for a monthly fee or any package options. Also, its main focus is on those who communicate within their home region and, most often, within the network. Although other calls are priced at such a price that they will not empty the balance.

- incoming – free;
- outgoing to any operators within the “home” - 1.35 rubles/min.;
- calls outside the connection region – 3 rubles/min.;
- sending SMS to MTS numbers – 1.05 rubles, to other networks – 1.95 rubles. for each;
- Internet is paid per megabyte, for each you need to pay 8.45 rubles.
Important! “Stimulus” is rationally used by people of the older generation, who use practically nothing other than calls. For the rest, you will either have to pay too much or add additional options to optimize your costs.
Possible content and cost
The content of the tariff plan depends on the subscriber himself. Here are the service packages that can be activated within the “Netariff”:
- Mobile traffic: from 5 GB to 30 GB per month with settings up to gigabyte. You can also connect to completely unlimited Internet. Traffic is valid both in the home region and when traveling around the country.
- Minutes: from 200 to 2,000 minutes to all Russian phones, accurate to the minute. The package of minutes is also valid when traveling around Russia.
- SMS messages: 50 or 200 pieces to choose from. There are no customization options.
The cost of the tariff plan depends both on the selected set of services and on the region. For example, in Moscow, 10 GB of Internet, 440 minutes and 50 SMS will cost 510 rubles. per month, and in St. Petersburg the same set will cost 381 rubles. per month.
When you first connect, payment is debited in installments: 50% of the subscription fee is charged at the start, and another 50% after 15 days of use. If there is not enough money, access to communication services will be suspended until the account is replenished. In addition to standard service packages, you can add a lot of interesting additional options to the “Netariff”.
Transition
To switch to the tariff you need to be an MTS subscriber. Clients of other operators should buy a starter package or switch to MTS with their own number. Existing clients can transfer in one of the following ways:
