3. In the next step, you can order the report by email (in this case, you should enter your email). If you check the word “Internet Assistant”, the “printout” will appear directly on the browser screen.
4. To save or open details of all MTS calls for a certain period on your computer, you will need to select a format. We recommend choosing “HTML”, then you will have the opportunity to view the details of incoming and outgoing MTS calls without additional programs.

Receiving express details
You can order call details of the last five conversations or SMS of an MTS subscriber using the special command *152*1#.

You can request a statement using someone else’s number only for the following reasons:
- The number is registered to another person.

- Your phone has been stolen and you want to find the thief using your account statements.

If the phone is registered to another person, then you can get a statement at the nearest MTS representative center, but only in the presence of this person. In principle, even though the application has a section for ordering details, and the operator himself advises using the application, if you do not have access to a computer, to complete the operation you will still have to log into your personal account, albeit through your phone browser. That is, at a certain moment the My MTS application will prompt you to open the page in the browser and continue the steps to obtain details in the mobile version of your personal account.
To make details on MTS in the “My MTS” application, follow these steps:
- Open the “My MTS” application;
- In the main menu, select the “Account” section;
