The user must remember about the service called “social networks”:

Traffic from the main Internet package is not consumed if the subscriber uses WhatsApp, YouTube, Vkontakte, Instagram;
Unlimited is available after debiting a fixed payment;
Unlimited is valid until June 30, 2019;
The service can only be used on the territory of the Republic;
This service is available only for this tariff and the “Change everything for 2590” plan.

If violations of the conditions are detected, the operator has the right to transfer the client to another tariff.

Best choice for the Internet

For subscribers who frequently use the Internet, it is most profitable to connect to the “Change Everything” tariff package for 2590, which already includes 20 GB and unlimited use of social networks and all popular instant messengers.

For active Internet users, the “Change Everything” tariff for 1890 is also a good option. It includes 10 GB of traffic and the ability to communicate freely on social networks and instant messengers, without removing traffic.

For users who occasionally access the Internet, the “Change Everything” tariff for 1390 is ideal. There is only 5 GB, but this traffic is quite enough for using social networks, instant messengers and sending mail.

For people who need the Internet very rarely, it is better to choose tariffs that provide one-time packages. The cost of such packages is charged the first time you access the Internet; connection is possible within 24 hours or until the established traffic is exhausted.

The fastest and most convenient way to change the tariff on Tele2 is to send a USSD request. Based on the results of its execution, the old tariff plan will be automatically disconnected and replaced with the selected one. Only current tariff plans are available for connection; archived ones cannot be activated.

Tariff “Call yours” [archived, connection closed]

So, if we talk about the “Call Yours” tariff with a subscription fee, it has the following conditions:

Subscription fee: 15 tenge (charged daily);
Making calls to Tele2 phones: free and unlimited;
Calls to ALTEL and other cellular companies operating in Kazakhstan: 11 tenge;
Sending messages to Tele2, ALTEL and other numbers (across Kazakhstan): 11 tenge;
Sending messages abroad: 29 tenge.
As for Internet access, it is not possible by default within this tariff package. You can use the resources of the Network only if you connect additional Internet packages (the composition and cost of the packages, see above).

Tariff “Turn on” [archived, connection closed]

This package is the youngest of the “Turn on” line, and, accordingly, the cheapest. However, this does not make it bad, since very impressive quotas are available to its users. The tariff conditions look like this:

Package for calls to other phones: 60 minutes;
Cost of voice calls to landlines: 15 tenge;

Tariff “Everything is simple” [archived, connection closed]

This package is a weekly package, which means that in its terms all prescribed quotas are provided not for a month of use, but only for a week, and are updated weekly.

The tariff conditions look like this:

Subscription fee: 440 tenge per week;
Calls to Tele2 subscriber numbers: unlimited;
Quota for calls to numbers of other operators in Kazakhstan: 20 minutes;
Calls to landline phone numbers: 15 tenge per minute;
Traffic quota: 2 gigabytes;
Traffic is not counted for WhatsApp (only if there is remaining traffic in the standard quota - after it is exhausted, only video calls and voice calls will be available to subscribers);
Package of messages to Tele2 numbers: 25 SMS;

If during the paid week the user uses up all quotas, further billing will be carried out according to the following conditions:

Using a mobile application

A similar way to change the tariff on Tele2 Kazakhstan is offered by the operator’s mobile application - this is the same personal account, but for a smartphone based on iOS or Android.

To do this, download the free Tele2 application - it is available on Google Play and the App Store. Next, register in the application.

In your personal account in the application, review the offers you are interested in and, having selected the one you are interested in, click the “Connect” button.

Within a few minutes, the tariff change will be made, about which you will receive an SMS notification.

Exchange minutes, SMS, GB

Subscribers can independently control the tariff conditions by exchanging call minutes for Internet traffic or SMS.

If a subscriber often uses social networks, he can completely remove SMS messages and get 17 GB of Internet and 170 minutes of calls. This way you can choose the most favorable tariff with suitable conditions.
