Through your personal account on the website

This method is somewhat more complicated than the previous one, but you can use it even if you do not have access to a phone. It only requires an Internet connection and a browser.

Step-by-step instructions for using your personal account to determine the balance on your phone:

  1. Enter the address of the official Tele2 Kazakhstan web page into the address bar of your browser.
  2. In the upper right corner you can see the “Personal Account” button. Clicking on it will take you to the login page.
  3. You will see two shortcuts: “I have an account” and “Create an account.” If you have not registered previously, select the second one.
  4. To register, enter your Tele2 SIM card number and click “Get password.” After this, an SMS with a password will be sent to the specified number, which must be entered for authorization.
  5. After logging into your personal account, open the “Expenses and Payments” tab.
  6. Select “Account Balance” - this is the balance of your SIM card.

After logging into your personal account, do not forget to change the standard password to a more secure one.

How to find out the tariff from a modem

If your Tele2 card is installed in a modem or router, you can use the device software. In some cases, the device has a special button for checking the tariff. If there is none, you can open the window for sending USSD commands and enter the familiar number *107# there. After this, you will receive an SMS with all the parameters in response.

But not all modems can send USSD commands. If yours can’t either, you’ll have to use your personal account, install a card in your phone, or call the helpline from another number. In the latter case, you will have to tell the operator your personal data.

In most cases, finding out your Tele2 tariff will not be difficult, because all the methods are easy and accessible to any subscriber. But if you need advanced functionality, for example, if you need to change the tariff, then you should use your personal account.

Tele2 developers have made sure that subscribers can track their packages in a variety of ways to choose from. As of today, their current list is as follows:

Tariff “Call yours” [archived, connection closed]

So, if we talk about the “Call Yours” tariff with a subscription fee, it has the following conditions:

  • Subscription fee: 15 tenge (charged daily);
  • Making calls to Tele2 phones: free and unlimited;
  • Calls to ALTEL and other cellular companies operating in Kazakhstan: 11 tenge;
  • Sending messages to Tele2, ALTEL and other numbers (across Kazakhstan): 11 tenge;
  • Sending messages abroad: 29 tenge.
  • As for Internet access, it is not possible by default within this tariff package. You can use the resources of the Network only if you connect additional Internet packages (the composition and cost of the packages, see above).

Tariff “Turn on” [archived, connection closed]

This package is the youngest of the “Turn on” line, and, accordingly, the cheapest. However, this does not make it bad, since very impressive quotas are available to its users. The tariff conditions look like this:

  • Monthly fee: 1390 tenge. per month;
  • In-network calls: unlimited;
  • Package for calls to other phones: 60 minutes;
  • Cost of voice calls to landlines: 15 tenge;
  • Internet traffic package: 4 gigabytes + free traffic on WhatsApp (works as long as the main quota is present, after which only voice and video calls become available to the subscriber);
  • Calls to Tele2 if there is no money in the account to charge the subscription fee: 11 tenge;
  • Calls to numbers of other subscribers when the entire quota is used / in the absence of money to write off the subscription fee: 11/14 tenge;
  • Calls to landlines without charging the subscription fee: 15 tenge;
  • Sending messages: 9 tenge.

The oldest and maximum offer of the operator's new monthly tariffs in Kazakhstan has the following conditions:

  • Subscription fee: 2590 tenge per month;
  • Unlimited calls on Tele2;
  • Package for calls to other numbers (including landline landlines): 200 minutes;
  • Internet traffic quota: 15 gigabytes;
  • Web services for which traffic counting is disabled: Instagram, WhatsApp, VK, FB, OK;
  • Package of messages to Tele2 numbers throughout the country: 600 SMS;
  • Sending messages to other numbers in the Republic of Kazakhstan: 9 tenge;
  • Sending foreign messages: 29 tenge.

Tariff “Everything is simple” [archived, connection closed]

This package is a weekly package, which means that in its terms all prescribed quotas are provided not for a month of use, but only for a week, and are updated weekly.

The tariff conditions look like this:

  • Subscription fee: 440 tenge per week;
  • Calls to Tele2 subscriber numbers: unlimited;
  • Quota for calls to numbers of other operators in Kazakhstan: 20 minutes;
  • Calls to landline phone numbers: 15 tenge per minute;
  • Traffic quota: 2 gigabytes;
  • Traffic is not counted for WhatsApp (only if there is remaining traffic in the standard quota - after it is exhausted, only video calls and voice calls will be available to subscribers);
  • Package of messages to Tele2 numbers: 25 SMS;
  • Sending messages to other numbers in Kazakhstan/abroad: 9/29 tenge.

If during the paid week the user uses up all quotas, further billing will be carried out according to the following conditions:

  • Calls to other numbers: 14 tenge;
  • Messages: 9 tenge.

In case of insufficient funds in the account to timely pay the subscription fee, services will be charged at the same rates as when using quotas.

Tariff “Super Plus” [archived, connection closed]

The tariff package allows you to receive free calls, SMS and Internet at the lowest prices:

  1. Unlimited free calls and SMS messages within the network.
  2. Package of free 90 minutes for calls to numbers of other operators.
  3. 5 GB mobile internet package at maximum speed.
  4. The monthly subscription fee is 880 tenge.
  5. To activate the tariff (cost 980 tenge) use the combination *122*1*0#.
  6. To switch to the tariff (cost 100 tenge, excluding the first free one), use the request *122*1*1#.
  7. To obtain information about the validity period and remaining balance of package services, dial the combination *123*1*3#.
  8. To disable a tariff plan, simply change it to any other:
  • In your personal online account on the operator’s website;
  • Through a mobile application from the operator;
  • Upon command to switch to another tariff;
  • At the office of the operator company;
  • By calling service number 504.

Tariff “Call them all” [archived, connection closed]

The tariff package allows you to receive calls to Kazakhstani phones at the lowest prices:

  1. All outgoing calls to regional numbers and SMS within the network are charged at 8 tenge. per minute or message.
  2. 1 MB of mobile Internet at maximum speed is available for 25 tenge.
  3. The monthly subscription fee ranges from 95 to 210 tenge. depending on the choice of region for calls to international destinations.
  4. To switch to the tariff (cost 100 tenge, excluding the first free one), use the request *122*2*1#.
  5. To disable a tariff plan, simply change it to any other:
  • In your personal online account;
  • Through a mobile application from the operator;

  3. 12 GB mobile internet package at maximum speed.
  4. The monthly subscription fee is 990 tenge.
  5. To activate the tariff, use the combination *122*6*0#.
  6. To switch to the tariff (cost 100 tenge, excluding the first free one), use the request *122*6*1#.
  7. To obtain information about the validity period and remaining balance of package services, dial the combination *123*1*3#.
  8. To disable a tariff plan, simply change it to any other:
  • In your personal online account;
  • Through a mobile application from the operator;
  • Upon command to switch to another tariff;

In the Tele2 Kazakhstan mobile application

Authorization in the Tele2 Kazakhstan application will allow the subscriber to change the tariff from a phone or tablet. First, download it from the mobile store, then activate it and enter the data. You will immediately be taken to an interface with tabs, you need to go to “My Tariff”, the “Change” option is also available there. The list shows active offers and descriptions for them; after clicking on one of them, the system will change the tariff plan. The screen will display the name of the package and its description with parameters.

Thanks to the mobile application, it is easy to change internal parameters with the connected “Change Everything” package.

How to provide yourself with traffic for the whole month?

If you connect a data plan or package, there is a risk of using it up too quickly. How to spend it effectively?

  1. You can install the Opera Mini browser with additional compression.
  2. Consider the size of the package and, depending on this, choose a plan for using the mobile Internet.
  3. You can also disable loading images if your browser has such a feature.

Call the Tele2 contact center

You can find out all the necessary information upon request from a Tele2 contact center employee:

  1. The number of the single call center of Tele2 Kazakhstan is 611. After the call, press 141 to speak in Kazakh and 2241 in Russian. The call is free, but is only available when calling from a Tele2 SIM card.
  2. If you need to talk to a support center employee from other mobile operators in Kazakhstan, then use the number +7(707)-000-070. The call is free if you call on your home network. If you are roaming, the cost is determined in accordance with the tariff plan.
  3. Finally, for calls from landline numbers there is the number +7-(727)-355-0707. The cost is charged in accordance with KZT tariffs, but for residents of Almaty the call is free.

By connecting to the operator, you can request any information of interest for a specific number, including the current balance. At the same time, be prepared for the fact that the specialist will ask for your passport information before the announcement.
